A Study on the Improvement of International Frequency Administration System

This study, noting the provisions of the complete revision of the International Frequency Administration System, mainly frequency allocations of the Broadcasting Service and the Broadcasting-Satellite Service forming part of the World Radio Administrative Conferences, 1979, bearing in mind the development of International Frequency Administration System and international trends, with a view to attempting the effective utilization of frequencies which may be adapted for those plans of the service in the future, is analysed and considered on the points and improvement of frequency allocations.
Design of Gyrator Filter using Switched Capacitors

Recently, there has been a great interest in the realization of analog fiters using switched and fixed capacitors and active elements. It is known that a switched capacitor has an performance much better that a resistor in the characteristics of temperature and linearity, and can be fabricated on the much smaller area than the resistor. In this paper all the resistors in the gyrator filter network are relpaced by the switched capacitors for an SC-Gyrator filter circuit can be fully integrated into a single chip by using MOS technology. By experiments we show that the response of designed SC-Gyrator filter is much similar to that of its protorype gyrator filter.
PMMA수지의 수 Tree현상

The Tree phenomenon of the PMMA resin depends on an annex of the inorganic fillers and water. If the internal of an arganic insulating materials exist the fault of inorganic fillers, Void and Projecting part, the high voltage concentrates in this place. It leaves a trace about the partical breakdown and this phenomenon develops into the degration of insulating material. This paper researchses that have an effect on the tree phenomenon by the inorganic fillers and water. The results is as follow. (1) The growth of tree are less the influence of inorganic fillers. Because , the constant of water are more. (2) If the tree branches contact the inorganic filler, the advance are relaxation.
Symbolic Reliability Evaluation of Combinational Logic Circuit

A method for finding the symbolic reliability expressision of a conbinational logic circuit is presented. The evaluation of the probabilities of the outputs can be symbolically evaluated by the Boolean operation named sharp operation, provided that every input of such a circuit can be treated as random variables with values set(0, 1) and the output of a circuit can be represented by a Boolean sum of produt expression.
A Study on the Low-Pass Filter Design Using the Concept of FDNR

This paper investigates the utilization of the concept of FDNR first proposed by L. T. Bruton to eliminate the necessity of inductance in a network. A new FDNR with single OP-Amp is also introduces to simplify the network in this paper. The efficiency of the new contrivance is also proved through experimented confirmation of its frequency when applied to on active eliptic low pass filter.
Error Rate Performance of Fading Differential Phase Shift Keying(DPSK) Communication Systems

We have analyzed the effect of multipath cochannel interference and Gaussian noise on binary DPSK systems used in land mobile radio communications. Considering multipath channel as non-selective Rayleigh channel, we have found a gnenral equation for bit error rates (BER) deriving the probability density function (p.d.f) of output of phase detector. The numerical results are shown in graphs and discussed as functions of carrier to noise power ratio (CNR), carrier to interferer power ratio (CIR) and correlation of signal component over the pulse length.
