The Promotive Direction the International Cooperation in Telecommunications

Nowadays, The function of telecommunication contributes to maintaining the peace of the world, and the international cooperation in the communication field can not be emphasized too much. The pioneers in telecommunication field dvoted their lives to the infinite love for humanity. However, the modern communication system in our country was initiated, in the later part of the Lee-Dynasty, not for the international cooperation but for the invasive avarices of the neighbouring nations such as Japan and China. The true international cooperation should be based on the love of humanity and the peace of the world such as the pioneers'. This paper proposes to resarch the historic process of initiation and development of the international organs relating to telecommunication as well as the international telecommunication network. Finally, I will make the following suggestions for the promotive direction of the true international cooperation. 1. Intensification of the radio administrative power. 2. Promotion of the international cooperation on the man-power and economy in telecommunication field. 3. Establishment and adjustment of research institutes of telecommunication. 4. Promotion of space communications. 5. Establishment of the world telecommunication network for world-wide peace.
A Study on the extension of Petri net

Petri ant is employed to analyze the coneurrent system and to make it into a model. But the faculty of Petri net is limited. Therefore in this thesis a Petri net of which restricted edge and capacity are extended is proposed in order to improve the modeling faculty. This paper also proves that the algorism which I have designed, can be transformed into a general Petri net for improving the analytic power of the expanded Petri net. Through explanatory examples i have also shown the usefulness of the algorism.
A Study on a Comb Filter Bank Circuit using B.B.D.

A Comb Filter(C.F.) is constucted with a N-stages one-dimensional B.B.D.(Bucket-Brigade Device) delay line. One channel of the B.P.F. (Band Pass Filter) Bank is experimented, which includes a R.F.(Recursie Filter) using S/H circuits cascaded to the C.F. This algorithm of the C.F.B.(Comb Filter Bank) becomes the parallel spectrum analyzer circuit. The algorithm has less number of multiplication than that of FFT and improves the SNR.
A Study on the Birefringence Properties of Single Mode Optical Fiber

In this paper, the intrinsic birefringence and twist-induced rotation of the single mode optical fiber have been investigated. On the analysis, the optical fiber has been modeled as a linear retarder and the intrinsic linear retardation of the single mode optical fiber is approximately found to be 2.57'/m from the measurement. Theoretically analyzing the twist-induce rotation by the purturbation theory, it is found that the magnitude of the twist-induced rotation varies linearly with the twisted angle. And this theorerical result has been in good accord with the experimental result.
QAM Error Performance in the Environment of Cochannel Interference and Impulsive Noise

We have studied and discussed the error rate performance of Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(QAM) in an environment of cochannel QAM interference and impulsive noise. A general equation of error probability for L-level QAM signal has been derived and the error rate of the 16-QAM signal, as an example, has been calculated as functions of carrier-to-noise power ratio(CNR), carrier-to-interferer power ratio(CIR), impulsive indes, and the phase difference between signal and interferer
A Study on the Limited Availability of the Link in a Communication Nework

Point-to-point congestion, a criterion by which service quality in a communication network is estimated, Can be obtained by single moment method of analysis, point-to-point congestion can be computed by link blocking probability in turn is calculated by link offered traffic. Consequently, exact calculation of link offered traffic is vital to analysis of communication network. In this paper a fomula which facilitaties the calculation of link offered traffic in the limited available state of links, is derived.
