Design of the Polyphase Network for the Interpolation of Discrete Signals with the Hybrid FIR/IIR Digital Filter

The method of designing the polyphase network for the interpolation filter of the discrete signals is designed, the polyphase network consists of the hybrid FIR/IIR digital filter with the FIR filter and IIR filter which are designed by independent methods. It is showed that the proposed polyphase network is useful for the interpolation filter, by the estimation method using the white-gaussian noise.
A Study on the Wideband Microstrip Disk Antenna

This paper proved experimentally that the disc array microstrip antenna designed and manufactured at X-band is capable to use for wide band antenna. This antenna arrayed the discs to have different resonant frequencies log-periodically on printed circuit board. The experimental result of this antenna showed the flat gain and good impedence matching characteristics. The VSWR of this antenna is 2.2 below through the system band.
On the Method of Measuring the Mobility using the Microwave by the Hall Effect in the semiconductor

The electric characteristics of semiconductor materials can be found by way of various methods, of which the measurement of the carrier mobility is thought to be of great importance. There exist some mobilty measurements, but the measurement based on Hall effect is the most widely uesd. In this paper is adopted the mobility measurement of semiconductor by the use of cylindrical eavity operated in the same shape as TE modes. It is hoped that the resultant values of measurement, the structure of measurement circut, cavity design and the raising of relevant problems may give much help to those who may interested in this field.
Effects of Radio Interference from Digital Phase Modulation(PSK) System on Analog Frequency Modulation(FM) System

This paper has investigated and discussed the effects of multiple PSK signals upon an wideband FM signal in an intersystem interference environment between analog and digital radios. Using the derived approximate equation for the output haseband interference noise, the signal-to-interference noise power ratio(SNR) in the top channel baseband signal has been numerically calculated. The results are plotted in graphs as the functions of carrier-to-noise ratio(CNR), carrier-to interfer power ratio(CIR), and normalized carrier separation. From the results in this paper, one can know some optimu, or suitable, operating conditions(frequency allocation, bandwidth, and power, etc.) for an FM channel in the intersystemn interferences from digital PSK channels.
Analysis for the Bit Error Probability in the PCM-NRZ/FM Telemetry System

PCM-NRZ/FM Telemetry system is constructed on the basis of RF link with FM modulatedand NRZ-L binary coded PCM data are assumed to transmit through 5th-order Bessel filter. Upon demodulated by the limiter-discriminator at the receiver, the probability of bit error, which is important for performance estimation of digital system, is analyzed against SNR. The analysis based on the following parameters, that is bit rate 140kHz, frequency of pre-modulation filter f-100kHz, maximum frequency deviation of transmitter 2f=300kHz, was performed. As a result, when the telemetry system with the parameters above is designed, the probability of bit error is obtained as 10 along with fT=0.7 and h=2, T=2.
