This paper was studied on the effect of temperature on SCC of Al-brass which is used as a tube material of vessel heat exchanger in
solution under flow by constant displacement tester. Based on the test results, the behavior of polarization characteristic, stress corrosion crack popagation and dezincification characteristic of Al-brass was investigated.
Study on the sprayability of the skincare product with powders using LPG as propellant

In the quality control of the aerosol skincare products containing powders, it is essential to guarantee that the contents in the bottle can be completely used without leakage or clogging of the nozzle. In this paper, the clogging caused by powder was investigated and the clogging can be effectively removed by emulsifying the contents containing powder with the LPG using a proper surfactant. And the spraying test shows that the contents in the bottle are completely propelled to outside by LPG when properly emulsified by POE(40) HCO.
Suitability of Dispersion Coefficients of the Gaussian Plume Model for the Small Scale Release of Chlorine Gas

To evaluate suitability of the Gaussian plume model for the small scale release of a dense toxic gas, experimental concentrations of the small scale release of chlorine were compared with theoretical concentrations calculated by the Gaussian plume model using various dispersion coefficients. As a result, Ive found that the dispersion of chlorine gas was fairly varied with dispersion coefficient and atmospheric stability and that chlorine concentrations were well estimated by the Gaussian plume model using Briggs' dispersion coefficient and the effective release hight.
A study on stabilized power source in intrinsic safety system

This study issues the component's ratings when low powered do intrinsic safety instrumentations using in flammable atmospheres. Test of reverse bias of zener diode characteristics and ignition characteristics test for power source consist of zener diode and resistor have done using IEC spark test apparatus. With this test, the ratings for zener diode and resistor are calculated and the design method of intrinsically safe power supply system is reported.
Development of NG Fueled Steel Cutting Torch for Industrial Application

First, this study carried out the numerical simulation of NG cutting nozzle developed for applying of NG inferior to ethylen, acethylen, LPG used in the existing cutting process in the characteristic of fuel. Second, to judge application and cutting performance of NG cutting nozzle, the experiments for applying in the field are carried out on the base of the results of numerical simulation.
Software Design of Computerized Gas Safety Control System

Although the usage of gas as one of the most economical energy source is ever expanding, numerous gas accidents occur as a result of negligence in safety management. The main reason behind such accident is that the current safety control system relies heavily on the manual control mechanism. This paper designed and developed a prototype of a computerized gas safety control system that automates such critical functions as the alarm sensing and the valve control. Since the system is connected through a digital network, the control can be performed remotely. Most importantly, the accidental risk or damage can be greatly reduced since the system monitors and reacts actively to gas leakage in real time.

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process using CMS as an oxygen purifier was developed to produce high purity oxygen over

Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment Management System in Gas Industry

ln this paper, we showed Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment management system(WISHE) in gas industry, which was inspired from the integrated gas safety management system. Using the object oriented information flow to analysis basic modules of safety, health and environment, we made web-based, which enables us to access system anywhere, integrated system and its modules that can meet various laws and rules. This system also can reduce man power and management cost.
