A Method of GeoWeb Services Using SVG

GeoWeb services deliver various thematic information related to geographic positions over the internet GeoWeb services needs to provide efficient accessibilities to geographic contents by interaction with users through the map graphic elements. SVG, which is an application of XML, gives rich DOM I/F for interaction with graphic objects. In this study map servers and client viewers are implemented to serve SVG map available on the fixed mobile internet computing environments. Map servers are made compliant with OGC WMS and WFS specifications and SVG map viewers are developed for both Windows PC and WinCE PDA.
Improvement of Convergence Properties for Genetic Algorithms

Genetic algorithms are efficient techniques for searching optimum solution but have the premature convergence problem getting stuck in the local optimum according to the evolutionary operator. In this paper we analyzed the reason for converging to the local optimum and proposed the method which able transit to the global optimum from the local optimum. In these methods we used the variable evolutionary operator with the average hamming distance, to maintain the genetic diversity of the population for getting out of the local optimum. The theoretical results are proved by the simulation experiments.

In this paper, Stack structure patch antenna has been designed and fabricated for wireless LAN applications. The patch and ground plane were used by PEC metal. It was 0.05 [mm] thick. In order to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna and improve of gain, the stack structured antenna with probe feed. The measured input return loss showed less than -10 [dB] at the broadband from 5100 to 6140 [MHz]. It's measured bandwidth was 1040 MHz. Optimal cooperative sensing scheme in cognitive radio communication systems

In this paper, we study an optimization which determines the optimal sensing time and the number of cooperative sensing cognitive users for cooperative spectrum sensing scheme in cognitive radio networks. In cooperative spectrum sensing, cognitive users originally in inactive status are activated and take part in spectrum sensing along with transmitting cognitive users resulting in a reduced sensing time. Tradeoff between transmission rate gain and energy consumption due to cooperative sensing is formulated as a mixed integer programming problem which is solved for the optimal values.

In this paper, we derive the optimum number of users which can maximize the information theoretic sum capacity in multiuser OFDM virtual MIMO uplink system. In which, there are multiple antennas at the base station and a number of users with single transmit antenna. Pilot-assisted channel state estimation is assumed for a block fading channel and time-varying fading channel. We analyze the tradeoff between the multiplexing gain and pilot overhead especially in low SNR regime and conclude that the optimum number of users is min (

With the advancement of the mobile device and arrival of the integrated wired/wireless environments, the damand for services accessible by mobile devices is rapidly increasing. However, unlike existing wired networks, communication in wireless networks has many weaknesses. Security Container CRYPTEX Model for Copyright Management of Software Source Code

There are management and security of software source code equivalent to 10 assembly lines of important infrastructure in the early stage of information society directly. A support technology and framework to protect software source code are so poor state In this paper, the proposed model that is support protection and access control between software source code as object and subject that is not authenticated safely was named CRYPTEX model. And we propose active business model to provide delegate, mobile, and security/access control function for passive software source code in document state using CRYPTEX.
A study of multi protocol communication on single serial interface

The RS-232C (Unbalanced serial) and RS-485 (balanced serial) are standard in serial communication. RS-485 uses a differential electrical signal, as opposed to unbalanced signals referenced to ground with the RS-232. Differential transmission, which uses two lines each for transmit and receive signal results in greater noise immunity and longer distances as compared to the RS-232C. The greater noise immunity and distance are big advantages in industrial environments. In general, one protocol on one serial interface is very normal application. In this study, we implemented multi protocols on one serial RS-485 interface and examine the performance and result with hanging multi equipments.

This paper propose role base access control model that use context information for ubiquitous environment. Concept of access control that use context information assigns permission that can approach in some information or object in part. And do so that can assigned user in part to it and acquire permission. So it can approach in information or object. Therefore, user approaches in information or object in assigned role, and the role that is allocated ro own is having. So, do so that can secure information or utilization of object safety. Proposa1 model investigated lacking restriction item in GEO-RBAC model. So, it considered that present new restriction condition and role conflict in various case. Also, to GEO-RBAC model proposed suitable model, analyzed old model's advantage, shortcoming. And it presented proposal model to GEO-RBAC because improving this.
Hybrid Kriging Algorithm For Localization Based On Received Signal Strength Measurements

For effective wireless localization utilizing signal strength measurements based on IEEE 802.11 WLAN standard diversity of mobile hardware, characteristics of is one of the important problems to be considered for advanced location-based services. For improved accuracy regardless of a bias originating from the mobile hardware characteristics, this paper proposes a new localization algorithm, which is named as the hybrid Kriging algorithm. To evaluate the performance characteristics of the proposed algorithm, simulation and experiment results are illustrated. By the simulation and experiment result, the proposed algorithm is more accurate than the well-known location finger-print method given the same density of reference measurements.
3D Image Mergence using Weighted Bipartite Matching Method based on Minimum Distance

In this paper, to merge whole 3D information of an occluded body from view point, the new image merging algorithm is introduced after obtaining images of body on the turn table from 4 directions. The two images represented by polygon meshes are merged using weight bipartite matching method with different weights according to coordinates and axes based on minimum distance since two images merged don't present abrupt variation of 3D coordinates and scan direction is one direction. To obtain entire 3D information of body, these steps are repeated 3 times since the obtained images are 4. This proposed method has advantage 200 - 300% searching time reduction rather than conventional branch and bound, dynamic programming, and hungarian method though the matching accuracy rate is a little bit less than these methods.
Generic Summarization Using Generic Important of Semantic Features

With the increased use of the internet and the tremendous amount of data it transfers, it is more necessary to summarize documents. We propose a new method using the Non-negative Semantic Variable Matrix (NSVM) and the generic important of semantic features obtained by Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) to extract the sentences for automatic generic summarization. The proposed method use non-negative constraints which is more similar to the human's cognition process. As a result, the proposed method selects more meaningful sentences for summarization than the unsupervised method used the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) or clustering methods. The experimental results show that the proposed method archives better performance than other methods.

The requirement analysis which is clear essential important matter of the software development which is successful about demand of the user. Influences big in the software configuration which will be developed. However, So far Web Application about the justice of the development environment which is accurate is not becoming well. The implementation of the depth search system for relations of contents information based on Ajax

Recently, the Web has been constructed based on collective intel1igence and growing up quickly. User created contents have been made the mainstream in this environments. So it's required to make an efficient technique of searching for the contents. The current searching technique mainly is achieved by key words. Semantic Web based on similarity and relationship of a language and using user tags in web2.0 also have been researched with activity. Generally, the web of the participation architecture has a lot of user created contents, various forms and classification. Therefore, it is necessary to classify and to efficiently search for a lot of user created contents. In this paper, we propose a depth searching technique considering the relationship among the tags that descript user contents. It is expected that the proposed depth searching techniques can reduce the time taken to search for the unwanted contents and the increase the efficiency of the contents searching using a service of suggestion words in tags groups.
