Object Management Method for Air Traffic Control Simulation Based on HLA/RTI

HLA is made for interoperability and reusability as distributed system framework under DMSO. RTI provides the necessary services for message transmission, object management as HLA 's understructure. But its performance can decrease as it becomes larger and more complex because of communication overhead. To solve this problem, RTI and TCP socket are partially used during data exchange and OMM is designed to efficiently manage objects. The efficiency of the proposed method is proved through simulation when it is applied to an air traffic control simulation based on HLA/RTI.

Mugunghwa Satellite N0.1 is fired after operation was 13 years. The establishment of communication satellites, as well as Internet service backbone network the country, including satellite broadcasting services to provide multimedia services to general users and contribute to have a big role. High-speed Internet Access Network was expanded and satellite Internet subscribers Access Network rapidly decreasing, but it also a difficult situation, satellite communications network is still important as a component is located. Launched the first communication satellite to be launched and operated several commercial communications satellite, but satellite communications services and the pace of the system is in place. In this paper VSAT, satellite communications service to provide a service based on the status and problems of the status of operating system and will present alternative policies to solve.
Accuracy Analysis of SBAS Satellite Orbit and Clock Corrections using IGS Precise Ephemeris

SBAS(Satellite Based Augmentation System) provides GNSS satellite orbit and clock corrections for positioning accuracy improvement of GNSS users. In this paper, the accuracy of SBAS satellite orbit and clock corrections were analyzed by comparing with the IGS(International GNSS Service) precise ephemeris. The GPS antenna phase center offsets and the P1-C1 bias are considered for the analysis. The correction data of the US WAAS and the Japanese MSAS were analyzed. The analysis results showed that the SBAS satellite orbit and clock corrections are highly correlated. The correction data accuracy depends on the SBAS ground network size and orbit trajectories.
The Lens Design Technique of High Precision Laser Range Finder

A lens which is one of cores for the high precision laser range finder is utilized to compute the distance by measuring the phase displacement. In order to measure the phase displacement, we transmit the optical signal from the laser diode to a target and receive the reflected laser light from the target. In this paper, we propose new lens design technique to solve the problem due to the inconsistent curvature of the lens, which consistently collects optical signals and performs the transmission and reception of the optical data, and test the implementation of the laser range finder based on the proposed technique. Since the proposed laser range finder has low error rate comparing to the conventional techniques, it may be apply to the high precision distance measurement.
Ring Hybrid Coupler with Compact Size and Wide Bandwidth

This paper introduces a ring hybrid coupler using shunt capacitors, high impedance lines and CRLH-TLs (Composite Right/Left-Handed Transmission Lines) with size reduction and bandwidth enhancement. The reduced method of line length uses to combine a short length high impedance line and shunt capacitors. Also, there is combined CRLH meta-material so as to obtain wide bandwidth of transmission line using nonlinear phase characteristic of CRLH-TL that consists of series capacitors and shunt inductors. The implemented ring hybrid coupler shows a novel design with compact size that is smaller than 10% and bandwidth is larger than 60% of conventional ring hybrid coupler.
Game Algorithm for Power Control in Cognitive Radio Networks

Recently effective spectrum resource technologies have been studied using a game theorectical approach for cognitive radio networks. Radio resource management is required an effective scheme because the performance of a radio communication system much depends on it's effectiveness. In this paper, we suggest a game theoretical algorithm for adaptive power control which is required an effect scheme in cognitive radio networks. It will be a distributed network. In the network distributed cognitive radio secondary users require an adaptive power control. There are many results which are suggested some possibility of game theoretical approaches for communication resource sharing. However, we suggest a practical game algorithm to achieve Nash equilibrium of all secondary users using a Nash equilibrium theorem in this paper. Particularly, a game model was analyzed for adaptive power control of a cognitive radio network, which is involved in DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) techniques. In case of K=63 and N=12 in the DSSS network, the number of iteration was less than maximum 200 using the suggested algorithm.
Adaptive Call Admission Control Based on Resource Prediction by Neural Network in Mobile Wireless Environments

This paper presents an adaptive call admission control(CAC) algorithm based on a target handoff call dropping probability in mobile wireless environments. This method uses a neural network for predicting and reserving the bandwidth demands for handoff calls and new calls. The amount of bandwidth to be reserved is adaptively adjusted by a target value of handoff call dropping probability(CDP). That is, if the handoff CDP exceeds the a target CDP value, the bandwidth to be reserved should be increased to reduce the handoff dropping probability below a target value. The proposed method is intended to prevent from increasing handoff call dropping probability when bandwidth to be reserved is not enough for handoff calls due to an uncertain prediction. Our simulations compare the handoff CDP in proposed CAC with that of an existing CAC. Results show that the proposed method sustains handoff call dropping probability below our target value.
A Study on the Analysis and Simulation of WAVE Channel for IEEE802.11p Communication Systems

In this paper, we analysed and simulated the high speed mobile wireless channel for IEEE802.11p WAVE/DSRC standard draft. IEEE802.11p working group measured and suggested 6 channel model for WAVE/DSRC systems which is used for vehicle to vehicle or vehicle to infra communication. However, the models only provides numerical model, it did not provide Computer based software simulation model. So it can not be used directly for performance estimation of WAVE system. In this paper we suggested simulation technique of WAVE channel simulation which is developed S/W based WAVE channnel simulator. The simulation results for PSD, LCR, and AFD are also obtained, which can be used for performance estimation of IEEE802.11p based vehicular communication system.
Emergency Message Transmission Protocol using CSMA/TDMA in Medical Body Area Networks(MBANs)

In the latest date, medical body area networks (MBANs) are emerging as a new technology for diagnosis the human body. MBANs in the health care fields are based on short-range and low-power (e.g. ubiquitous computing) among small-sized devices, and have been used by means of medical services. In this paper, we proposed an emergency message transmission protocol using carrier sense multiple access/time division multiple access in MBANs. This scheme focuses on dependability and power-efficiency. In order to increase the reliability of the transmission, this scheme modified a MCTA slot of IEEE 802.15.3 standard to a SR-MCTA slot. SR-MCTA slot is assigned by MBAN coordinator according to requesting terminal nodes. The method, having the priority of transmission, occurs a collision packet randomly. Results from this proposed solution revel that reservation-based TDMA medical body area network(MBAN) protocol for transmitting emergency message was improved in terms of transmission delay.
A Study on Ubiquitous technology Convergence by Public Use of Physical Space and Function Unification of Physical Facilities

According to the enforcement of various laws for the ubiquitous city, the convergence technologies for the ubiquitous in the industry has been emerging. In this paper, we propose a method for the ubiquitous convergence technology by a functional integration of the public employment of the physical space and physical facilities, as the related laws are enforced and the city development plan is processed in the situation which constructs the ubiquitous and eco-city. We also present a scheme for the establishment to prepare the foundation of systematization, standardization, and information-oriented by providing an application example for the common-use-channel and unification IP pool based on the proposed method.
A Study on IEEE 802.15.4 for wireless Communication of Data in the Factory Automation System

Now, the production process systems are largely based on automatic system using the wired network. The production process systems using wired network has disadvantage that it is expensive when the installed and replaced equipment. The each equipment happens to repair cost for control and management in production processes. And the replaced equipment has also the additional expense and breaks production process. These problems are solved through wireless communication between the industrial equipments. So, we propose wireless production process system based on IEEE 802.15.4 technology. It solves a complicated space and stops by replaced equipment in the factory. Then we simulated and analyzed IEEE 802.15.4 for Industrial Equipment based on Wireless Network.
The Design of a compact slot antenna for 2.4GHz ISM band applications

In this paper, a compact slot antenna for 2.4GHz ISM band applications has been designed. The folded slot with some additional meander sections are used in the design of the antenna within the restricted PCB space. The operating frequency band and the fractional bandwidth of the antenna is about 2.32~2.58 GHz and 11%, and the radiation patterns within the operation bandwidth are almost same. Also, the radiation efficiency and gain of the antenna is more than 49% and 1.2 dBi respectively. To check the validity of the design result, the measurement and simulation results are compared and presented.
The Proposed of Emergency Light Monitoring System by Self-Organization Radio Communication based on USN

In this paper, the emergency light where is being scattered always inspection and will be able to manage from the management center. Is not interfered in data neck of a bottle actual condition and the data communication will be possible and the cluster monitor network will grow and uses establishes the emergency light monitoring system. Will not be interfered in location of emergency light and not to be will be able to establish the system. And the monitoring network there is by a destroyer and the communication relay system is born breakdown but the dead zone without condition of emergency light proposes the emergency light management system where the monitoring and management are possible.
Image Contour Extraction Method base on Gestalt Theory

This paper propose a new method using Gestalt theory to extract image contour. The proposed method use Gestalt theory based on proximity, similarity and continuation for grouping objects from image segmentation. It use downward feedback and perception to materialize one visual level in image from heterogeneity visual levels in image. The experimental result show that the proposed method achieves better performance than other methods.
Gesture Recognition based on Motion Inertial Sensors for Interactive Game Contents

The purpose of this study was to propose the method to recognize gestures based on inertia sensor which recognizes the movements of the user using inertia sensor and lets the user enjoy the game by comparing the recognized movements with the pre-defined movements for the game contents production. Additionally, it was tried to provide users with various data entry methods by letting them wear small controllers using three-axis accelerator sensor. Users can proceed the game by moving according to the action list printed on the screen. They can proceed the experiential games according to the accuracy and timing of their movements. If they use multiple small wireless controllers together wearing them on the major parts of hands and feet and utilize the proposed methods, they will be more interested in the game and be absorbed in it.
Analysis of Privacy threats and Security mechanisms on Location-based Service

A location information used in LBS provides convenience to the user, but service provider can be exploited depending on how much risk you have. Location information can be exploited to track the location of the personal privacy of individuals because of the misuse of location information may violate the user can import a lot of damage. In this paper, we classify the life cycle of location information as collection, use, delivery, storage and destroy and analyze the factors the privacy is violated. Furthermore, we analyze information security mechanism is classified as operation mechanism and policy/management mechanism and propose a security solutions of all phase in life cycle.
A Study on The Instant Messaging Security Policy in The Organizations

A policy of instant messaging usage is offered in this article. First, a brief introduction of instant messaging system structure is described. The main threats and vulnerabilities of Instant messenger (IM) are described in the second part of the paper. Instant messaging applications offer so many advantages in so many different fields that they're fast becoming the preferred communication tool for a number of different professional scenarios. When properly implemented, instant messaging can be a true asset to the business by making communications easier throughout the organization. If instant messaging is carelessly implemented, though, it can cause problems with privacy and may expose the organization to various forms of malware. The solution offered in this paper is one of the effective ways against threats of IM. However, the system cannot be secured entirely. All we can do is reducing the risks.
A Study on Attribute of User Generated Content in Ubiquitous Technology

These days, information technology is rapidly changing our society. Thus, considering such a business environment, many companies are seeking revenue models for successful business. In particular, digital content with the convergence of culture and information technology create revenue for businesses. For this reason, many companies are interested in UGC (User Generated Content), which refers to various kinds of publicly accessible media content that are produced by end-users. Thus, this paper analyzed the attributes of UGC and businesses using ubiquitous technology. From this analysis, this paper shows the critical success factors for UGC in ubiquitous business environments. In addition, this paper analyzed the attributes of UGC through the research of literature reviews and expert reviews. Based on this research, many companies are encouraged to develop successful digital content generated by end-users.
The Learning Preference based Self-Directed Learning System using Topic Map

In the self-directed learning, learner can construct learning course. But it is very difficult for learner to construct learning course with understanding the various learning contents's characteristics. This research proposed the method to support to learner the information of learning contents type to fit the learner as calculate the learner's learning preference when learner construct the learning course. The calculating method of learning preference used preference vector value of topic map. To apply this method, we tested 20 learning sampling group and presented that this method help to learner to construct learning course as getting the high average degree of learning satisfaction.
