The 3D numerical analysis on runway with the flow in direction perpendicular to the runway

The aim of this paper is to research the change in the turbulent flow and the AOA occurred by the wind perpendicular to the direction of runway according to the three-dimensional numerical analysis. The maximum amplitude of AOA variation on runway reached
within 1 second because of the wake formed by the constructions in the vicinity of the airport. The overall effects appeared in aperiodic forms. It was also observed the rapid flow generated between the buildings shifted into the existing wake and eventually merged with it. It is expected thai the strong wake will cause instability during takeoff and landing.
A Study On Automatic Control Sector Hand-off Algorithm For Air Traffic Control System Automation

According to the recent increase in air traffic more efficient air traffic control automation is required. Aeronautical traffic environment is different from the common traffic environment since it exist controller for control of aircraft And controller have to control jurisdiction hand-off by manual when aircraft move to the other sector. This paper proposes the automatic control jurisdiction hand-off algorithm for efficient air traffic flow management. It is sector distinction algorithm that aircraft move sector to the other sector it recognized sector and then give permission to authorized controller. As a simulation result, so unlilke simply manual control sector hand-off of existing algorithm. we confirmed that proposed algorithm in this paper can do air traffic control more efficiently by performing automatic aircraft. control sector hand-off.
Fuzzy Relevance-Based Clustering for Routing Performance Enhancement in Wireless Ad-Hoc Networks

The clustering is an important mechanism thai provides information for mobile nodes efficiently and improves the processing capacity for routing and the allocation of bandwidth. plays the role in CH selection that processes the clustering in FSV. The proposed clustering scheme is used to solve problems found in existing 1-hop and 2-hop clustering schemes. NS-2 simulator is used to verify the performance of the proposed scheme by simulation. In the simulation the proposed scheme is compared with schemes such as Lowest-ID, MOBIC, and SCA. The simulation result showed that the proposed scheme has better performance than the other existing compared schemes.
Study on Security Threat and Requirement for Personal Health Management in u-Health Environment

The personal bio-information supplied from the PHD(Personal Health Device) for personal health management is very sensitive in relation to a personal living body in an aspect of privacy protection. On the assumption thai the information is about a patient, it is more serious problem if it is revealed to a third party. However. the established ISO (International Organizations for Standardization) standard protocol in October 2009 has just considered a transmission part for mutual exchange of bio-information between individuals, but has never actually considered security elements. Accordingly, this paper is to show all sorts of security threats according to personal health management in the u-health environment and security requirements newly.
Design of OTP based on Mobile Device using Voice Characteristic Parameter

As the applications based on Mobile and Ubiquitous becoming more extensive, the communication security issues of those applications are appearing to be the most important concern. Therefore, every part of the system should be thoroughly designed and mutually coordinated in order to support overall security of the system. In this paper. we propose new technique which uses the voice features in order to generate Mobile One Time Passwords(OTPs). Voice is considered to be one of the powerful personal authentication factors of biometrics and it can be used for generating variable passwords for one time use. Also we performed a simulation of homomorphic variability of voice feature points using dendrogram and distribution of voice feature points for proposed password generation method.
A Scheduling Algorithm to reduce inter-cell interference in OFDM Systems

In this paper, we propose a new scheduling algorithms in OFDM systems to reduce inter-cell interference. The proposed algorithm applies different subcarrier allocation sequences for different cells which is optimized through integer programming to minimize inter-cell interference. System level simulation is executed to derive the performance of the proposed algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed scheduling algorithm improves user fairness as well as throughput compared with previous algorithms and therefore improves support of user QoS.
A Study on Packet Recombination based QoS/QoE Guaranteeing Scheme for Real-time IPTV Services

This paper proposes a QoS/QoE guaranteeing scheme by reassembling packets that have already been delivered to the end systems under the condition that there is no other way to fulfill user's QoS/QoE with the current network conditions. The proposed scheme is a QoS/QoE provisioning scheme that can be applied when IPTV streaming packets have not been consecutively received by the receiver. The receiving end system modifies the continuous counter field in the MPEG-2 Transport Stream and reassembles packets based on this information. In the simulation, broadcasting streaming environment has been implemented in order to verity the QoS/QoE performance of the proposed scheme under the good and poor network conditions.
A Study on an efficient handover scheme for real-time multicast services in PMIPv6 network

The PMIPv6 is a network controlled mobility management protocol in which mobile nodes never participate in IP mobility protocol signaling. One issue in using PMIPv6 for multicast service is that a new component should be added as the mobility management functions are located not on the device but on the network. Currently, standardization activities for providing muticast services with PMIPv6 have been actively in progress. This paper addresses some issues about the on-going standardization works for providing efficient real-time multicast services with PMIPv6, and proposes a scheme for minimizing hand over delays and packet losses by using a new neighbor cell reporting method. The proposed scheme has been verified to outperform the existing scheme in hand over delay and packet loss perfonnrmces by using computer simulations.
Development of Radio Interface Module for Status Monitoring of Industrial Automation Equipment

In this paper, we study on a radio multiple sensing interface module to accurately decide serious error sources that are happened by unexpectable problems in industrial fields, in addition, we study a reliability improvement scheme to guarantee the integrity of multiple sensing data. For multiple sensing interface module, communication drivers such as USART, TWI, ADC and GPIO-I2C are implemented. to improve the transmission reliability, reed-Solomon code is used. From the simulation result of this system in indoor environment, we confirm that the reliability of RS coded data is improved about 5 times than uncoded data. Moreover, we prove that multiple sensing interface module is suitable to diagnose error sources of industrial automaton equipment.
Robot vision system for face tracking using color information from video images

This paper proposed the face tracking method which can be effectively applied to the robot's vision system. The proposed algorithm tracks the facial areas after detecting the area of video motion. Movement detection of video images is done by using median filter and erosion and dilation operation as a method for removing noise, after getting the different images using two continual frames. To extract the skin color from the moving area, the color information of sample images is used. The skin color region and the background area are separated by evaluating the similarity by generating membership functions by using MIN-MAX values as fuzzy data. For the face candidate region, the eyes are detected from C channel of color space CMY, and the mouth from Q channel of color space YIQ. The face region is tracked seeking the features of the eyes and the mouth detected from knowledge-base. Experiment includes 1,500 frames of the video images from 10 subjects, 150 frames per subject. The result shows 95.7% of detection rate (the motion areas of 1,435 frames are detected) and 97.6% of good face tracking result (1,401 faces are tracked).
A Study on the Response Propogation of Biological Action Potential

The transmission phenomenon of neuron action potential due to exterior stimulation is somewhat identical to electrical reaction configuration. Therefore, I tried to analyze the transmission status of membrane excitation, by introducing electrical concept to this issue in this paper. First of all, I researched the complex electrical status of axon, and then simplified the electrical circuit into pure resistance circuit under the assumption that it was reasonable in practice. And I derived the transmission status of exciting action potential through the simplified circuits using electical theory and mathematical concept. I calculated overshoot potential of a certain portion and then confirmed that it excited neighbor portion and made it to be transmitted using the proposed data which was typical in point of biological and electrical view to verify this result.
Attentional Effects of Crossmodal Spatial Display using HRTF in Target Detection Tasks

Driving aircraft requires extremely complicated and detailed information processing. Pilots perform their tasks by selecting the information relevant to them. In this processing, spatial information presented simultaneously through crossmodal link is advantageous over the one provided in singular sensory mode. In this paper, probability to apply providing visual spatial information along with auditory information to enemy tracking system in aircraft navigation is empirically investigated. The result shows that auditory spatial information, which is virtually created through HRTF is advantageous to visual spatial information alone in attention processing. The findings suggest auditory spatial information along with visual one can be presented through crossmodal link by utilizing stereophonic sound such as HRTF. which is available in the existing simple stereo system.
