A Study on the Effects of Tele-marketer Job stress on Organizational effectiveness in Airline

The purpose of this study was to investigate relations between tele-marketer's job stress on organizational effectiveness in airline. Research finding were firstly, job stress significant negative impacted on job satisfaction and turnover intention. but the job stress didn't effect to tele-marketer's organizational commitment. Secondly, job satisfaction significantly influenced organizational commitment. Finally, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significant negative impacted on turnover intention. Based on the research findings, airline's call center tele-marketer's manager have to examine cause variables of job stress and to suggest effective methods and practice that could manage organization effectively to lessen job stress as much as possible.
A Study on Frequency Sharing of Fixed Satellite Service with Microwave Landing System

In this paper, we consider the frequency sharing feasibility of Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) with Microwave Landing System (MLS) allocated in the C-band. On the basis of characteristics of MLS and FSS suggested by ITU and safety standards of MLS by ICAO, three interference scenarios are built and numerical simulations are carried out for investigating the frequency sharing between the two systems. From the simulation results, we calculate the separation distance between MLS and FSS ground antennas, required for frequency sharing by employing standard protection limits regulating the interference to noise ratio (I/N) of the receiver.

This paper proposes fault diagnosis system which is able to diagnose the fault from present operating condition by analyzing monitored signals with present ship monitoring system without additional sensors. For this all kinds of ship's engine room monitored data are classified with combustion subsystem, heat exchange subsystem and electric motor and pump subsystem by analyzing ship's operation data. To extract dynamic characteristics of these subsystems, log book data of container ship of H shipping company are used.

Recently NMEA 2000 protocol is familiarized as a standard real time instrument network of SOLAS ship. This paper is studied to develop NMEA 2000 based two-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer which is core device for navigation as a sensor of wind speed and direction using ultrasonic including temperature and barometer. Developed system is connected to NMEA 2000 network which is composed of various kinds of merchandised NMEA 2000 device such as depth gauge, speed gauge, GPS device etc. to test connectivity with other NMEA 2000 device and functional test are carried out as weather station in comparison with other merchandised weather station which are developed advanced foreign company to ascertain usability as a weather station on board.

In this paper, code and carrier tracking error which resulted from spoofing signal was analyzed by simulation. For a start, the types of spoofing signals and methods were classified. For the simulation, search spoofing method is assumed because a perfect position and velocity are not generally informed to spoofing device. In most cases, the tracking error is increased but a complete deception does not happen because of the inherent anti-spoofing characteristics of the GPS signal.

As the applications within Mobile devices becoming more extensive, the mobile communication security issues of these applications and researches are appearing to be the most important concern. In this paper, we propose new integration OTP framework technique which uses the fingerprint and voice features of biometrics in order to generate Mobile One Time Passwords (OTPs) Token. The fingerprint and voice are considered to be one of the powerful personal authentication factors of biometrics and it can be used for generating variable passwords based on mobile environments for one time use. However, we performed a simulation of homomorphic variability of fingerprint and voice feature points using dendrogram and distribution of fingerprint and voice feature points for proposed password generation method, and verified validation of availability.
A Study on the Energy Efficient MAC Layer ARQ Protocol for Wireless Ubiquitous Networks

The development of wireless sensor networks (WSN) can be motivated by several types of applications. However, these applications demand an energy-efficient WSN that can prolong the network lifetime and can provide high throughput, low latency and delay. Designing wireless sensor networks with the capability of prolonging network lifetime catch the attention of many researchers in wireless system and network field. Contrasts with Mobile Ad Hoc Network system, Wireless Sensor Networks designs focused more on survivability of each node in the network instead of maximizing data throughput or minimizing end-to-end delay. In this paper, we will study part of data link layer in Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, called medium access control (MAC) layer. Since the MAC development of energy aware MAC Protocol for wireless sensor layer controls the physical radio part, it has a large impact on the overall energy consumption and the lifetime of a node. This paper proposes a analytical approach that tries to reduce idle energy consumption, and shows the increasement of network end-to-end arrival rate due to efficiency in energy consumption from time slot management.
Performance Evaluation of a Next Generation European Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting System(DVB-T2)

DVB-T2 system developed by DVB project is the next generation digital terrestrial television broadcasting standard designed for offering HDTV service in a post-Analog Switch Off (AOS) environment. In this paper, the performance of DVB-T2 is evaluated with the help of computer simulation. The bits error rate(BER) performance is studied in both AWGN, Rayleigh, Ricean and 0db-echo channel. Firstly, we will give a brief introduction to DVB-T2 system and then compare its BER performance to that of Implementation Guideline.
Analysis for Weak Keys of the Block Cipher SEED-192

In this paper, we analyze the key schedule of the block cipher SEED-192. According to the result of this paper, there exist weak keys in 16 out of 20 rounds of SEED-192 against the related-key rectangle/boomerang attack. This is the first cryptanalytic result for the key schedule of SEED-192.
QoE-aware Network Selection Algorithm for Scalable Video Streaming Services in the Heterogeneous Wireless Networks

Most previous work on network selection in heterogeneous wireless networks has concentrated on the quality of the network alone. Therefore, users are not satisfied with network quality based network selection due to different user preferences. To solve this problem, we proposes a QoE-aware network selection algorithm that is based on the consumption patterns of user preferences which is divided into normal user, cost-sensitive user, quality-sensitive user and video quality as well as network quality. As a result of experiments, cost-sensitive user and quality-sensitive user are satisfied with enhanced QoE by 36% and 3% from the proposed network selection algorithm compared to the normal user, respectively.
AoA Localization System based on Zigbee Experimentation and Realization

The technique of localization is the core technology for information exchange or environment monitering to measure the position of an object or person. Today, the techniques of localization have been studied extensively and it can be applied to logistics, medical, robotics, etc. But, a lot of money to apply technique of localization is needed. Hence in this paper, we proposed AoA localization system based on Zigbee at low cost. The System measured the RSSI value by rotating the directional antenna using a step motor and Zigbee module. When the measured RSSI is the largest, the receiver measures the angles from beacons which are located at the corners with the rotating angle of a stepping motor and the position of the receiver will be calculated by appling AoA localization method. The measured results show an error about 35~36 cm.
Design and Implementation the Control System of Automatic Spry Based on Sensor Network Environment

In this paper, we design and implement a automatic control system of wireless sensor network based sprayer for hog barns. The proposed control system is driven by events from sensor nodes. It gathers various sensor readings such as temperature, humid, water level and water temperature, and controls the sprayer in real time by analyzing the sensor readings. Through experiments, we show that the proposed control system manages temperature and humidity steadily. Our proposed system enhances the existing system about 33% for temperature management and 37.3% for humidity management.
Dual-Band Balanced Mixer using Nonlinear Phase Characteristic of CRLH Transmission Line

This paper presents a dual-band balanced mixer using nonlinear phase characteristic of composite right/left-handed (CRLH) transmission line. This metamaterial structure provides low LO leakage and high RF to LO isolation without additional filters for LO and RF path. The balanced mixer consists of balun and Wilkinson divider with dual-band characteristic of unit-cell which behaves like a CRLH metamaterial. Experimental results are used to verify the proposed metamaterial functions. The balanced mixer design results in an operating frequency of 870 MHz and 1660 MHz with an optimum mixer conversion loss of 15.2 dB at 870 MHz and 21.2 dB at 1660 MHz.
A study on the influences of R&D investment on Machine and Material Industry and Eletronics Industry

In this study, I have tried to analyze an influence of R&D investment on ROV(Real Option Value), corporate value and market value by analyzing R&D investment, ROV, corporate value and market value of machine and material industry in the perspective of ex post. As a result of this study, corporate value, which has been deduced by real option according to R&D investment, reflects market value well and possesses a strong correlation with R&D investment, ROV, corporate value and market value. This implication demonstrates this study result is corresponding with existing theories.
Prototype Design of Medicine Information System based on Mobile to check medicinal misusing

Recently, the Korean Pharmaceutical Association has a public service advertisements for medicinal misusing prevention and environment protection by medicinal substances. And the cost and procedure complexity was increased by specialization of dispensary and medical practice. To overcome this situation, we have use for medicine information system. Ubiquitous and convergence technology have become trends in the IT field. In this paper, we designed prototype of medicine information system and drug image searching based on mobile for management and prevention of medicinal misusing using IT technologies.
A Recommendation based Role-Assignment Method by Adapting Dynamic Weight Changing

In the process of cooperation which can be the best proposals for resolving complex problems in computing domain, the way of team organizing is one of the most important aspects for succeeding the goal. Especially in ubiquitous computing environment, where the participants of a team are selected from the heterogeneous computing objects which are deployed by other providers for their own goals, finding the relevant teammate can be regarded as the most important factor for determining the success or failure of the given problem. In this paper, we propose a method of finding teammate and assigning a role, which is a sub task of cooperation, by comparing the attributes of the computing object and the requirement of the role such as capability of functions, loyalty for the given team, and harmony with other teammates. By considering the situationally changing weights of each attributes, this method can be suited for dynamic computing environment where the cooperation should be executed with dynamically in/out computing objects and satisfy the dynamically chaining constraints.
Vehicle tracking algorithm using the hue transform in HIS color model

In this paper, vehicle tracking algorithm using hue transformation in HIS color model is proposed. the proposed algorithm is installed on the road of the two horizontal virtual data sampling lines. The difference images are detected between the frame and the frame, respectively and also detected in the vehicle by using the hue color distribution to determine identity and lane changes. To examine the effectiveness of proposed algorithm, identification and velocity measurement for driving vehicle are evaluated. this evaluated results is shown by hue data of vehicle passing of two virtual data sample lines, and the velocity measurement for driving vehicle is less than 0.4% comparing with existing vehicle speed meter system.
Fast Object Classification Using Texture and Color Information for Video Surveillance Applications

In this paper, we propose a fast object classification method based on texture and color information for video surveillance. We take the advantage of local patches by extracting SURF and color histogram from images. SURF gives intensity content information and color information strengthens distinctiveness by providing links to patch content. We achieve the advantages of fast computation of SURF as well as color cues of objects. We use Bag of Word models to generate global descriptors of a region of interest (ROI) or an image using the local features, and Na
ve Bayes model for classifying the global descriptor. In this paper, we also investigate discriminative descriptor named Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). Our experiment result for 4 classes of the objects shows 95.75% of classification rate.
A Study on Development of Component based Common Use Passenger Processing Systems for Incheon International Airport

IATA is playing a central role in the process of changing the international technical standards of common-use system which supports the airport check-in and boarding business in conjunction with the airline systems from CUTE to CUPPS. IATA expects that if the airport common-use system is changed to CUPPS, the development and maintenance costs related to the airline's common-use system can be reduced by the implementation of the standard interface about check-in and boarding business-related equipment and the certification of airline applications. Incheon International Airport is in the face of stiff competition with major Northeast Asian Airports to attract more airlines. To be more competitive than other airports, switching over to CUPPS is vital for airline's cost-saving effect. This study builds on CUPPS international technical standards and suggests design and implementation plans of Incheon International Airport's component-based next-generation common use passenger processing systems to support the various functions of user's requirements.
A Fault-Tolerance Agent for Multimedia Collaboration Works running on Vehicle Environment

This paper explains an error process for multimedia collaboration works with session management running on vehicle network environment. This system consists of an FDA and FRA. FDA is an agent that detects an error by hooking techniques for multimedia system based on vehicle network environment with session management. FRA is a system that is suitable for recovering software error for multimedia system with session management based on vehicle network environment. This paper describes only FRA. When multiple local sessions is opened, each local session manager sends information of participant to global session manager and take current information about session of processing in network.
