Since the five-day workweek has implemented and the spare time increased, the tourist industry has been showing the growth with quality. The tourist industry takes center stage as the twenty-first century higher value-added business on the strength of electronic communication development. Especially as being surrounded by water on three sides and national income has incremented, people have the interest in marine leisure industry. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries carries out a plan to promote marine tourism promotion plan through the significant policy support. Also, they makes an effort to lure the tourist through blending cultures. Therefore, through the 360 degree camera, the activity that mobilizes the policy fund can be monitored rightly and the application strategy that is useful to promote a higher value-added tourist industry can be suggested.
A Performance Improvement of Cognitive User by Using Bandwidth Reallocation in Cognitive Radio Systems

Another crucial issue is a providing secondary user(SU) with the its guaranteed quality of service(QoS) in cognitive radio systems, from the SU view to be allowed to opportunistically utilize the primary user(PU) spectrum on non-interfering. In this paper, we propose a bandwidth reallocation scheme for reducing SU dropping rate through renegotiation of requested channel numbers when available bandwidth is not enough for accepting the spectrum handoff SUs. We categorize SU calls into two types : the first priority and the second priority SU, and the first SU' service is supported by bandwidth reservation based on ARMA prediction model for PU arrivals, while the second SU's bandwidth demands for spectrum handoff is to be reallocated through their renegotiation. Simulation results show that our scheme can improve SU dropping rate and system resource utilization efficiency by bandwidth reallocation.
An Analysis on the Long-Term Variation of the GPS Broadcast Ephemeris Errors

GPS satellite positions can be obtained from the navigation message transmitted from the GPS satellite. In this paper, the accuracy of broadcast orbit and clock are analyzed by comparing with the NGA precise ephemeris. For analyzing global and local orbit errors in 2004 to 2013, GPS satellite visibilities are calculated in Korea. Local RMS of 3D orbit error and SISRE are 4 cm and 3 cm less than global RMS of 3D orbit errors and SISRE. Orbit and clock errors are calculated for each GPS satellite Block for 10 years. SISRE of Block IIA satellites are 2.8 times greater than Block IIF satellites. The correlation between orbit errors and shadow condition is analyzed. The orbit errors in shadow is 2.1% higher than that in sunlight. Correlation analysis between the orbit errors and solar/geomagnetic index shows that orbit errors has a high correlation with from 2004 to 2008. However, the correlation became low since 2009.

This paper proposes three methods of the time synchronization for Pseudolite and GPS and analyzes pseudolite time synchronization error factors for software based performance evaluation on proposed time synchronization methods. Proposed three time synchronization methods are pseudolite time synchronization station construction method, method by using UTC(KRIS) clock source and GPS timing receiver based time synchronization method. Also, we analyze pseudolite time synchronization error factors such as errors of pseudolite clock and reference clock, time delay as clock transmission line, measurement error of time interval counter and error as clock synchronization algorithm to design simulation platform for performance evaluation of pseudolite time synchronization.
Implementation of Video Processing Module for Integrated Modular Avionics System

The integrated modular avionics (IMA) system has quite a number of line repalceable moduels (LRMs) in a cabinet. The LRM performs functions like line replaceable units (LRUs) in federated architecture. The video processing module (VPM) acts as a video bus bridge and gateway of ARINC 818 avionics digital video bus (ADVB). The VPM is a LRM in IMA core system. The ARINC 818 video interface and protocol standard was developed for high-bandwidth, low-latency and uncompressed digital video transmission. FPGAs of the VPM include video processing function such as ARINC 818 to DVI, DVI to ARINC 818 convertor, video decoder and overlay. In this paper we explain how to implement VPM's Hardware. Also we show the verification results about VPM functions and IP core performance.
Considering the Multi-Purpose Display Designed for Aircraft Lightning Protection

In this paper, we introduce measures designed content for RTCA DO-160 F, Section 22 tests performed to verify the effects of indirect lightning and testing process of the test was carried out in the multi-purpose display certification process. This is referred to as indirect effects of lightning capability of an aircraft having electrical electronic equipment failure or damage to bring lightning induced voltages. In order to protect the avionics from lightning indirect effects of these aircraft are analyzing the effects of lightning strikes on aircraft and aircraft systems and interior design needs protection against the threat on their part. In this paper, we introduce RTCA DO-160 F, component selection process according to Section 22 category selection method and the selected level for determining the level of such measures for protection against lightning of multipurpose display for this aircraft. It also introduces the actual test process to confirm that the designed effectiveness of the selected part. We expect a good example of the lightning planned for future development of measures designed avionics through each step of the process introduced this.
Effects of Residual Dispersion in Half Transmission Section on Net Residual Dispersion in Optical Transmission Links with Dispersion Management and Mid-Span Spectral Inversion

The system performance is analized for the optimal design of the transmission links with dispersion management and optical phase conjugation for compensating for the optical signal distortion due to the group velocity dispersion and optical nonlinear Kerr effects in the long-haul optical transmission system. That is, the effect of the relation of the residual dispersion in both half transmission sections with respect with optical phase conjugator (OPC) on the net residual dispersion (NRD) is assessed. It is conformed that the best compensation is obtained in NRD of 10 ps/nm, which is only controlled by the difference of the residual dispersion between each half transmission sections.
A New RED Algorithm Adapting Automatically in Various Network Conditions

Active queue management (AQM) algorithms run on routers and detect incipient congestion by typically monitoring the instantaneous or average queue size. When the average queue size exceeds a certain threshold, AQM algorithms infer congestion on the link and notify the end systems to back off by proactively dropping some of the packets arriving at a router or marking the packets to reduce transmission rate at the sender. Among the existing AQM algorithms, random early detection (RED) is well known as the representative queue-based management scheme by randomizing packet dropping. To reduce the number of timeouts in TCP and queuing delay, maintain high link utilization, and remove bursty traffic biases, the RED considers an average queue size as a degree of congestions. However, RED do not well in the specified networks conditions due to the fixed parameters(
) of RED. This paper addresses a extended RED to be adapted in various networks conditions. By sensing network state,
can be automatically changed to proper value and then RED do well in various networks conditions.
A Study On Recommend System Using Co-occurrence Matrix and Hadoop Distribution Processing

The recommend system is getting more difficult real time recommend by lager preference data set, computing power and recommend algorithm. For this reason, recommend system is proceeding actively one's studies toward distribute processing method of large preference data set. This paper studied distribute processing method of large preference data set using hadoop distribute processing platform and mahout machine learning library. The recommend algorithm is used Co-occurrence Matrix similar to item Collaborative Filtering. The Co-occurrence Matrix can do distribute processing by many node of hadoop cluster, and it needs many computation scale but can reduce computation scale by distribute processing. This paper has simplified distribute processing of co-occurrence matrix by changes over from four stage to three stage. As a result, this paper can reduce mapreduce job and can generate recommend file. And it has a fast processing speed, and reduce map output data.
Design of Time Synchronizer for Advanced LR-WPAN Systems

Recently, with the growth of various sensor applications, the need of wireless communication systems which can support variable data rate is increasing. IEEE 802.15.4 LR-WPAN system using 2.45 GHz frequency band is very popular for the sensor applications. However, since LR-WPAN only supports the data rate of 250 kbps, it has a limit to be applied to various sensor networks. Therefore, we define the preamble structure which can support the data rates of 31.25 kbps, 62.5 kbps, 125 kbps, and present the low-complexity hardware architecture for time synchronizer based on double-correlation algorithm which can resist the CFO (carrier frequency offset). Implementation results show that the proposed time synchronizer include the logic slice of 18.36 K and four DSP48s, which are reduced at the rate of 79.1% and 99.4%, respectively, compared with existing architecture.
Electronic Ballast Design for Power Factor Improvement and Harmonic Reduction

Proposed electronic ballast circuit for harmonic reduction includes adding lossless snubber circuit to DC-DC converter. To get inverter for changing DC-AC, a lamp has been changed to equivalence resistance in the standard lamp voltage and current data, also inverter circuit has been interpreted by being changed to R, L, C equivalence circuit. Using converted equivalent circuit, the most suitable circuit constant which can satisfy the characteristics of fluorescent lamps has been decided on and finally designed. It could not only eliminate distortion waveform from pulsation frequency in inverter direct side current but also reduce considerably pulsation rate and switching loss by making input current of inverter discontinuous. The validity for the results of this study has been verified through the experiment to measure harmonic occurrence after applying a newly-manufactured product of electronic ballast to 40 W line tube style fluorescent lamps.
Study on the Development of Devices for Smart HACCP Systems with WCDMA-LTE Based

To protect the students from food poisoning, in this paper, it is proposed that the Smart HACCP system which based with WCDMA-LTE to monitoring the temperature and humidity of a freezer, a heating cabinet and kitchen instruments at the elementary, junior and high school. After gathering the data, It is compared with a standard food poisoning index to provide more safe food reserves from the server. Then the server send a index to the terminal which is installed in a kitchen at any school to show the current environment. It is need an WCDMA-LTE terminal to realize smart HACCP system that is proposed from this paper. So, the proposed WCDMA-LTE terminal is designed with using a LTE modem included a 424 MHz wireless modem and a bluetooth 4.0 modem to communicate with other terminals. It can be use the monitoring system of a plastic greenhouse or remotely environment control system.
A study on the Effective Selection of the Personal Information Audit Subject Using Digital Forensic

Recently the leak of personal information from in-house and contract-managed companies has been continually increasing, which leads a regular observation on outsourcing companies that perform the personal information management system to prevent dangers from the leakage, stolen and loss of personal information. However, analyzing many numbers of computers in limited time has found few difficulties in some circumstances-such as outsourcing companies that own computers that have personal information system or task continuities that being related to company's profits. For the reason, it is necessary to select an object of examination through identifying a high-risk of personal data leak. In this paper, this study will formulate a proposal for the selection of high-risk subjects, which is based on the user interface, by digital forensic. The study designs the integrated analysis tool and demonstrates the effects of the tool through the test results.
New Stability Conditions for Positive Time-Varying Discrete Interval System with Interval Time-Varying Delay Time

A dynamic system is called positive if any trajectory of the system starting from non-negative initial states remains forever non-negative for non-negative controls. In this paper, new sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of the interval positive time-varying linear discrete-time systems with time-varying delay in states are considered. The considered time-varying delay time has an interval-like bound which has minimum and maximum delay time. The proposed conditions are established by using a solution bound of the Lyapunov equation and they are expressed by simple inequalities which do not require any complex numerical algorithms. An example is given to illustrate that the new conditions are simple and effective in checking stability for interval positive time-varying discrete systems.
A Study on the Streetlight Remote Control System using Radio Frequency

This paper suggests the control system and algorithm for auto and manual control of the streetlight using RF system. There are two control system in this auto control algorithm. One is group control, the other individual control. In case of group control, if a car is detected by the object detecting sensor of the system installed on the streetlight, it will turn on the light per group by transmitting the RF signal. The streetlight turns on separately when it detects people or a car parked on the shoulder in accordance with the individual control. Also, there is manual control algorithm that manager can check surrounding environment and condition of the streetlight by RF signal and various sensors. So, not only the proposed system reduce meaningless energy consumption, but also it offers convenience regarding maintenance and control of the streetlight.
Implementation of RF Monitoring System for the Dust Collector in Industrial Environments

In this study, we implemented and designed an RF monitoring system to manage a dust collector wirelessly, which is manually operated. The dust collector prevents the emission of air pollutants and improves air condition. It is possible to implement a high-value monitoring system of a dust collector, the system will wirelessly monitor many important data such as the operating time, the amount of electricity consumption, and the differential pressure value of a large number of the dust collectors in an industrial site, the system also displays and saves these data on a manager's PC, and when an error occurs, the system sends the error message to a manager's mobile phone. Therefore, through the RF monitoring system implemented in this paper, it is possible to reduce unnecessary loss for recording information of each dust collector to stack emission management system (SEMS).

The development of Societal and Scientific technologies have increased risk of dysfunction caused by new technologies such as nuclear power, information technology. Also, urbanization and population density is increasing risk to high-rise building fires, traffic accidents, crime and etc. Implementation of wireless communication network on the societal security is very necessary for prevention, preparation and response against these risks. It always consists maintenance, management and the network must be maintained in an emergency. In this paper, we studied the societal security wireless communication network for prevention, preparation and response against complex disasters, and analyzed requirements(essential function, add-ons) for implementation network in the societal security wireless network.

In this paper, we have proposed the processing and analyzing the linked open data (LOD), a kind of big-data, using resources of cloud computing. The LOD is web-based open data in order to share and recycle of public data. Specially, we defined the InfograaS (Info-graphic as a service), new business area of SaaS (software as a service), to support visualization technique for BA (business analytics) and Info-graphic. The goal of this study is easily to use it by the non-specialist and beginner without experts of visualization and business analysis. Data visualization is the process to represent visually and understand the data analysis easily. The purpose of data visualization is to deliver information clearly and effectively by chart and figure. The big data of public data are shared and presented in the charts and the graphics understood easily by various processing results using Hadoop, R, machine learning, and data mining of open source and resources of cloud computing.
