Estimating on The Construction Costs for Public Kindergarten Buildings

The purpose of this study is to propose different construction costs based on the number of kindergarten classrooms. Literature review reorganized the space program for kindergartens. For suggesting the room sizes of each spaces, this paper collected the three types of analysis; 1) the previous researches, 2) field survey, and 3) construction drawings. Based on the results, building sizes for the individual class sizes were presented. And, this paper made a standard priced BOQ(Bill of Quantity) through analysis on the existing priced BOQ. Finally, the recommendable construction costs were proposed by applying the building sizes to the standard priced BOQ. The practitioners of school districts and government organizations can make appropriate budgets considering the building sizes.

With introduction of amended educational curriculum in 2007, optimizing project of educational environment to accomplish its purposes and goals includes expanding educational facilities and supplying eco-friendly school facilities. However, while the focus of optimizing project of educational environment is quality improvement of educational facilities, aging of these facilities built at th times of quantitative expansion and its management become serious problems. Higher concerns on studies and jobs on management of building caused by serious aging of facilities, management cost of building becomes a very crucial issue. Therefore, this study aims to analyze environment improvement budget of school facilities through building and using data warehouse, by investigating and analyzing the current status of environment improvement budget of school facilities and its cost through questionnaire and interview surveys on officers who are in charge of environment improvement budget of school facilities in educational administrations. This study thus analyzed environment improving budget of school facilities by using data warehouse technology collecting related data to the topic and setting levels by region, school class, establishment year, school facility types and others.
A Survey of the effective BIM introduction plan on school building construction by Delphi Technique

This study is focused to find the ways to improve the effective BIM introduction plan on school building construction by Delphi Technique. For this, the questionnaire is made by in-depth interviews of 10 BIM specialists, the survey of other 30 experts was carried out. The results of 30 experts Delphi survey are as followed. (1) The haptic effect of BIM introduction is very rare as lack of awareness and information on BIM. (2) Problems are arising from deficiency of training and experience on BIM. (3) Practical utilizations of BIM are very useful. (4) Barriers of the spread of BIM are high cost and insufficient environments. (5) The development potential of BIM is high. In order to activate the BIM market, the introduction of an accurate evaluation criteria and rational cost calculation standard are needed.

In an effort to resolve environmental pollution problems, developed countries enforce green building certification systems. The same is true in Korea. However compared professional accreditation system to certification systems did not systematically in Korea. Therefore, in accordance with development of green building related systems and technology the requirement for foster green building professionals is urgent. Accordingly this study is purposed to analyze and propose that green building professional accreditation system development and operation of the direction. Through data analysis domestic and international green building professional accreditation system for draw a development plan. And then conduct an expert Delphi survey reflected in the survey results to development plan.
A Research on the Improvement of G-SEED Certification Standards - Focused on School Facility -

Currently G-SEED certification standards was in an effort to building energy-saving and carbon emissions reduction. In this study, focusing on school facilities to suggest an alternative improve green building certification standards through data analysis and conduct an expert Delphi survey. In this study, evaluation of the existing areas of green building certification 7-5 suggest that one out. There are five proposed areas of ecology, health, function, energy and resources. A Study on the Analysis of Current Situation of the Closed School Application Educational Facilities and General Plan

The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

Recently, multiple metropolitan counties and local authorities have been actively working on improving their local existence with various methods and strategies. Such change cannot be observed when local authorities were chosen by the government. Also, the public administration has recently emphasized important factors of public design which seeks better lifestyle and outward beauty from quantitative growth and policy of strongly considering outward form due to the compressive modernization. Public design intends to complete aesthetic factor and improve the quality of life as the efficiency as the value of public administration. The purpose of this study is to discuss how public school has been evolved as public space and how to create local user-centered interaction. The study retrieve the communication which the essential publicness in the school public design and the self-management which is the original value in terms of sociology. The method in which the characters of the public design of the publicness have been changed will be concentrated on in public area. In addition, the study has been focused on the efforts of the reflection of the development in public design are the challenges for the aim of the design of the publicness.

Intelligence of children is developed by psychological factors, and these are affected much by visual cognition. Language, behavior, arts, and cultural environment would be the main factors for visual cognitions of children. Therefore, the aim of this study is to set up those data for children intelligence development. For this, I researched, analyzed, and evaluated the esthetic consciousness of children on visual arts.
A study on the characteristics of the School groundrevels and its Improvement in Korea

In this study, the characteristics and the composition of the school groundrevels in Korea to identify the problem, were compared with Japan, where in geographic and culturally similar environment the composition of the school groundrevels analyzed. The spatial extent of this study is the development of metropolitan areas and small city within 10 years (range time) survey of the 34 elementary schools were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the school groundrevels are flat step-like form of the composition for the same level of barrier-free should be provided. Second, if the lower places in slopes where to place buildings and playgrounds are placed in high places. Third, the external space and the interior space of the connection is the concept of fault tolerance and eliminate need for stairs. This study is a part of the urban Newtown and there are limitations to generalize the results. Therefore, this result on the general guidance of school groundrevel composition in order to objectify an additional studies are required.
