This paper proposes the implementation plan of information network for an E-Navigation. Firstly, It configures to the network system based on E-Navigation information network using information and communication technology. And then, it builds on the total port network and tuning up the maritime traffic support system. It will expect to the efficiency through information network between ship to ship related pen operator. Building of information network for the E-Navigation, it is to build on the wireless internet infrastructure for the port logistics and traffic safety.
Study on the improved efficiency of Microwave linear Power amplifier

Current digital communication system is selecting very various digital Modulation way. Need linear power amplifier necessarily to reduce interference for contiguity channel maximum in this communication system and at the same time, power amplifier of high efficiency is required. In this paper Compare with result of equilibrium power amplifier that design Doherty power amplifier of way that linearity and efficiency are improved at the same time through simulation optimization techniques and at the same time design through simulation, efficiency 20% linearity showed 10dB that is improved.

Multi-Level Digital Watermarking for Color Image of Multimedia Contents

Because the embedded watermark of luminance component guarantees the extraction of ownership information when the color image is converted to gray scale image, the information of ownership right as to the luminance component is embedded in the luminance-chrominance color space such as YCbCr. Therefore, this paper proposes watermark embedding, extraction and authentication algorithm of color image. which considers the device and performance of multimedia contents service by focusing on the robustness and invisibility of watermark. The color image is converted from RGB color space to YCbCr color space, and then the properties of each component of Y(Luminance), Cb(Color Differences) and Cr(Color Differences) are considered in order to embed, extract and certify multi-level watermark in the frequency domain based on the wavelet. As a result, it can guaranteed the robustness for the JPEG compression and invisibility of watermark for multi-level.
A Study on the TH UWB-IR Medical Image Transmission System using the IEEE 802.15.4a

In this paper, we proposed TH UWB-IR medical image transmission system using the IEEE an. 802.15.4a specification in WPAN environment. Also, we analyzed reception performance of wireless medical image transmission system in indoor multi-path fading environment using ITU-R M.1225 channel model. As a results, the proposed scheme can solve the problem of interference from the medical equipment in same frequency band, and minimize the loss due to the indoor multi-path fading environment. Therefore, the transmission with low power usage is possible.
An Implementation of Mobile Platform using Location Data Index Techniques

In this thesis, GPS and the electronic mapping were used to realize such a system by recognizing license plate numbers and identifying the location of objects that move at synchronous times with simulated movement in the electronic map. As well, throughout the study, a camera attached to a PDA, one of the mobile devices, automatically recognized and confirmed acquired license plate numbers from the front and back of each cu. Using this mobile technique in a wireless network searches for specific plate numbers and information about the location of the car is transmitted to a remote sewer. The use of such a GPS-based system allows for the measurement of topography and the effective acquisition of a car's location. The information is then transmitted to a central controlling center and stored as text to be reproduced later in the form of diagrams. Getting positional information through GPS and using image-processing with a PDA makes it possible to estimate the correct information of a car's location and to transmit the specific information of the car to a control center simultaneously, so that the center will get information such as type of the cu, possibility of the defects that a car might have, and possibly to offer help with those functions. Such information can establish a mobile system that can recognize and accurately trace the location of cars

A Study on Minimize Method of EPIRB's Error Operation by Improve the Seawater Sensing

The EPIRB overcame the limitations of the conventional marine communication systems, the false distress calls by EPIRB systems internationally account for about 94 percent of the total calls because of the different usages of EPIRB systems with manufacturers, users' errors, and systems' faults. To resolve these problems, international bodies and manufacturers are developing many measures to reduce those error emissions. In conventional systems, the distress call was sent immediately after the EPIRB is removed from the automatic release system. Taking into account the properties of the system, however manufacturers improved the operation so that the distress call is sent only when the EPIRB is released and then immersed into water. In spite of these efforts, the error emissions have not significantly reduced. In this study, the domestic and international technical regulations and standards for the COSPAS-SARSAT and satellite EPIRB systems were reviewed, and a bridge-type water detection sensor was developed to minimize the error emission from EPIRB.
Electronic Approval System of XML-based Business Document using Crypto Algorithm

There are gradually built on electronic commerce and business information system for the effective and automated use of internet while the mainstream of industry moves on information. It is necessary that a company should develop a electronic approval system because the business documents have application to an electronic commerce, business information system as well Currently, electronic approval system on groupware is using the way of inserting the image of an approval signature, which is vulnerable on a security by attacks of fraudulent use of electrical signature and eavesdropping on electronic documents. In this paper, we implementation XML form generator based on DTD having business documents structure for creating a valid business XML documents. we designed electronic approval system based on secured XML which transfers encrypted documents. For the security issues of written XML business documents, it makes use of the crypto algorithm having high performance transaction by the interchange of public key between a server and a client.
A Study for High Performance of Intelligent I/O Architecture of RAID System

RAID(Redundant mays of inexpensive disks) were proposed as a way to use parallelism between multiple disks to improve aggregate I/O performance. The emerging of intelligent I/O architecture provides a standard for high performance I/O subsystems and introducer intelligence at the hardware level. With an embedded processor, intelligent I/O adaptors can offload the major I/O processing workload from the CPU and, at the same time, increase the I/O performance. This parer addresses the essential issue in the design of disk scheduling for intelligent I/O devices. In this paper we compare with MB throughput per second and maximum I/O respond time in RAID.

Open System Authentication Method, Shared Key Method, Mac Based Authentication Method are very hard to use in wireless network that needs security. So now, many researches have been performed about 802.1x and user authentication method applying PKI. but certificate verification protocol has been used abolished list called CRL since it's first usage of PKI, there were still has a problem about distribution point. This paper applied CVS to use CA direct not to use CRL and OSCP server in order to improve this problems. A Design and Performance Evaluation of Path Search by Simplification of Estimated Values based on Variable Heuristic

The path search method in the telematics system should consider traffic flow of the roads as well as the shortest time because the optimal path with minimized travel time could be continuously changed by the traffic flow. The existing path search methods are not able to cope efficiently with the change of the traffic flow. The search method to use traffic information also needs more computation time than the existing shortest path search. In this paper, a method for efficiency improvement of path search is implemented and its performance is evaluated. The method employs the fixed grid for adjustable heuristic to traffic flow. Moreover, in order to simplify the computation of estimation values, it only adds graded decimal values instead of multiplication operation of floating point numbers with due regard to the gradient between a departure and a destination. The results obtained from the experiments show that it achieves the high accuracy and short execution time as well.
Modelling the wide temperature range of steam table using the neural networks

In numerical analysis on evaluating the thermal performance of the thermal equipment, numerical values of thermodynamic properties such as temperature, pressure, specific volume, enthalpy and entropy are required. But the steam table itself cannot be used without modelling. In this study applicability of neural networks in modelling the wide temperature range of wet saturated vapor region was examined. the multi-layer neural network consists of a input layer with 1 node, two hidden layers with 10 and 20 nodes respectively and a output layer with 6 nodes. Quadratic and cubic spline interpoations methods were also applied for comparison. Neural network model revealed similar percentage error to spline interpolation. From these results, it is confirmed that the neural networks could be powerful method in modelling the wide range of the steam table.
Design of AC PDP driving Circuit for Low Power Consumption

PDP driving circuit requires switching devices and capacitors to stand up high voltages over 160V. This is the main cause that the power consumption and the cost of a PDP driving circuit increase. Conventional PDP driving circuits consist of 3 voltage sources and 16 switching devices. In this paper, we propose a PDP driving circuit using 2 voltage sources and 12 switching devices that can be operated with a lower supply voltage than conventional driving circuit. The operation of the proposed driving circuit is verified by the computer simulation. Simulation results show that the output signal can drive PDP cell when the supply voltage is higher than 45V in the input frequency range 70kHz to 100kHz.
Area-efficient Design of Intra Frame Decoder for H.264/AVC

H.264/AVC is newest video coding standard of the ITU-T Video coding Experts Group and the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Expets Group. Recently H.264/AVC has been adopted as a video compression standard in DMB and multimedia equipments. In this paper, we propose a H.264/AVC intra frame decoder which can minimize the memory usage and chip size. The proposed intra frame decoder is described in VHDL language and simulated in model_sim. It was verified in chip level by downloading to XCV1000E FPGA chip.

A Study on the Gesture Recognition Using the Particle Filter Algorithm

The recognition of human gestures in image sequences is an important and challenging problem that enables a host of human-computer interaction applications. This paper describes a gesture recognition algorithm based on the particle filters, namely CONDENSATION. The particle filter is more efficient than any other tracking algorithm because the tracking mechanism follows Bayesian estimation rule of conditional probability propagation. We used two models for the evaluation of particle Inter and apply the MATLAB for the preprocessing of the image sequence. But we implement the particle filter using the C++ to get the high speed processing. In the experimental results, it is demonstrated that the proposed algorithm prove to be robust in the cluttered environment.
A Bayesian Validation Method for Classification of Microarray Expression Data

Since the bio-information now even exceeds the capability of human brain, the techniques of data mining and artificial intelligent are needed to deal with the information in this field. There are many researches about using DNA microarray technique which can obtain information from thousands of genes at once, for developing new methods of analyzing and predicting of diseases. Discovering the mechanisms of unknown genes by using these new method is expecting to develop the new drugs and new curing methods. In this Paper, We tested accuracy on classification of microarray in Bayesian method to compare normalization method's Performance after dividing data in two class that is a feature abstraction method through a normalization process which reduce or remove noise generating in microarray experiment by various factors. And We represented that it improve classification performance in 95.89% after Lowess normalization.

Edge Strength Hough Transform : An Improvement on Hough Transform Using Edge Strength

The detection of geometric primitives from a digital image is one of the basic tasks in computer vision area and the Hough transform is a well-known method for detecting analytical shape represented by a number of free parameters. However the basic property of the Hough transform, the one-to-many mapping from an image space to a Hough space, causes the innate problem, the sensitivity to noise. In this paper, we proposed Edge Strength Hough Transform which uses edge strength to reduce the sensitivity to noise and proved the insensitivity using the ratio of peaks in a Mough space. We also experimented the proposed method on lines and got small number of peaks in a Hough space compared to traditional Hough transform, which supports the noise insensitivity of the proposed method.
Implementation of Embedded System for IEEE802.11p based OFDM-DSRC Communications

In his paper, embedded system implementation for IEEE802.l1p based OFDM-DSRC is presented. After the IEEE802.11p physical layer specification is introduced and BER performance of the modem is evaluated by simulation, implementation aspects of the system such as system architecture, design method and implementation results are addressed. Implemented embedded system for the OFDM-DSRC communication consists of FPGA, flash memory, ARM9 CPU Core, peripherals, etc. from the results, it is shown that the implemented system operates well according to IEEE802.11p specification. It is expected that implemented embedded system shall be used for wireless communication system such as ITS application by enhancing system optimizing.
A Study on General Network Framework for Service Mobility

The Next generation network may describe one integrated network by IP (Internet Protocol) convergence and combining various access technologies. The IP version 6 (IPv6) becomes fundamental protocol and the terminal offered various services is having mobility, multihoming, and intelligent as well as smaller. In this convergence network, which integrate mobile network, broad cast network, and Internet as well as PSTN, can provide all of the service. In this context, we will briefly present that the end node should be required ubiquitous computing and networking. That is to say that we must guarantee the end node in any time, my place, my where, and offer continuously services to the node. As like this, Service Mobility is given if a user can obtain subscribed and personalized services consistently even if connected to a foreign network service provider. In other words, Service mobility allows users to maintain access to their services even while moving or changing devices and network service providers. In this paper, we have to refer technical consideration items to make the service mobility framework.
Process Optimization of the Contact Formation for High Efficiency Solar Cells Using Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithms

This paper presents modeling and optimization techniques for hish efficiency solar cell process on single-crystalline float zone (FZ) wafers. Among a sequence of multiple steps of fabrication, the followings are the most sensitive steps for the contact formation: 1) Emitter formation by diffusion; 2) Anti-reflection-coating (ARC) with silicon nitride using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD); 3) Screen-printing for front and back metalization; and 4) Contact formation by firing. In order to increase the performance of solar cells in terms of efficiency, the contact formation process is modeled and optimized using neural networks and genetic algorithms, respectively. This paper utilizes the design of experiments (DOE) in contact formation to reduce process time and fabrication costs. The experiments were designed by using central composite design which consists of 24 factorial design augmented by 8 axial points with three center points. After contact formation process, the efficiency of the fabricated solar cell is modeled using neural networks. Established efficiency model is then used for the analysis of the process characteristics and process optimization for more efficient solar cell fabrication.
Study on Context-Aware SOA based on Open Service Gateway initiative platform

In an proposed Context-Aware SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) based OSGi(Open Service Gateway initiative) platform, Service provider manages relative kinds of services in an integrative basis from various sensors, puts each service in a SOAP (Simple Object access Protocol) message, and register thorn to the UDDI(Universal Description Discovery and Integration) server of service registry, service requester retrivel the specified kinds of services and call them to service provider. Recently most context-aware technologies for ubiquitous home network are mainly putting emphasis on RFID/USN and location-based technology. Because of this, service-oriented architecture researches have not been made enough. Under the environment of an OSGi service platform, various context-aware services are dynamically mapping from various sensors, new services are being offered for the asking of users, and existing services are changing. Accordingly, the data sharing between services provided, management of service life cycle, and the facilitation of service distribution are needed. Taking into considering all these factors, this study has suggested an Context-Aware SOA based eclipse SOA Tools Platform using OSGi platform that can transaction throughtput of more than 546 TPS of distributional Little's Law from ATAM(Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method) while remaining stable other condition.
A Resource Adaptive Data Dissemination Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks

In this paper, it proposes a protocol of resource adaptive data dissemination for sensor nodes in a wireless sensor network. In general, each sensor node used in a wireless sensor network delivers the required information to the final destination by conducting cooperative works such as sensing, processing, and communicating each other using the battery power of a independent sensor node. So, a protocol used for transferring the acquired information to users through the wireless sensor network can minimize the power consumption of energy resource given to a sensor node. Especially, it is very important to minimize the total amount of power consumption with a method for handling the problems on implosion. data delivery overlapping, and excessive message transfer caused by message broadcasting. In this paper, for the maintaining of the shortest path between sensor nodes, maximizing of the life time of a sensor node and minimizing of communication cost, it presents a method for selecting the representative transfer node for an event arising area based on the negotiation scheme and maintaining optimal transfer path using hop and energy information. Finally, for the performance evaluation, we compare the proposed protocol to existing directed diffusion and SPIN protocol. And, with the simulation results, we show that the proposed protocol enhances the performance on the power consumption rate when the number of overall sensor nodes in a sensor network or neighbor sensor nodes in an event area are increased and on the number of messages disseminated from a sensor node.
A Node Positioning Method for Minimizing the Node Sensing Energy in Sensor Networks with Adjustable Sensing Ranges

In this paper, we addressed the node positioning method for minimizing the sensing energy consumption in wireless sensor networks with adjustable sensing ranges. It is necessary for minimizing the sensing energy consumption to minimize the overlapped sensing area by neighboring nodes. To find a optimal node position, we derived a optimal equations by using the overlapped areas, each node's radiuses and expended angles of opposite neighboring nodes. Based on it, we devised a new node positioning method, called as ASRC(Adjustable Sensing Ranges Control). Unlike existing condition based model, our proposed method was derived from mathematical formula, and we confirmed its validity of sensing energy consumption through simulations

As growing up of elderly population, the interesting on healthcare system in normal life using W is increasing. An integrated u-healthcare service architecture with IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4 based sensor network and code divisi(m multiple access(CDMA) public mobile telecommunication networks was designed and developed. Sensor nodes with electrocardiogram(ECG), body core temperature sensors are attached on the patients' body. The healthcare parameters are transferred to web server via CDMA mobile network or through existed LAN network. The existed LAN network is suggested to be used for continuous monitoring of patient's health status in hospital while mobile networks can be used for general purpose at home or outdoor where infra networks unavailable. This system enable healthcare personal to be able to continuously access, review, monitor and transmit the patients information whereever they are, whenever they want. And immediately check their status by using cellular phone and obtain detail information by communication with medical information server through CDMA. By using this developed integrated u-healthcare service architecture, we can monitor patients' health status for 24 hours.
Design of r-Sensor Protocol and Hardware Implementation for Intelligent Home Service

In this paper, we design the r-Sensor protocol for reliable data transmission in the Intelligent Home Service based on the wireless sensor network environment. The r-Sensor protocol improve the reliability of data transmission and node fairness using simple routing algorithm, congestion control, and loss recovery method that minimize the load of relay node. Reposed routing algorithm find out upstream and downstream nodes using the Network Management packet. Meanwhile, loss recovery algorithm uses the Aggregated-Nack. To apply supposed algorithm, the IHS-AMR(Intelligent Home Service - Automatic Meter Reader) and sensor node are designed and implemented in hardware. The IHS-AMR provides remote metering service and also offers home safety service by internetworking with sensor network, mobile phone network and internet.
