Agriculture is usually the basis of a society, as well as the solution of dietary life. However, compared to other fields in which information-oriented system is rapidly accomplished, information system of agriculture certainly has slow growth since agriculture deals with a living thing. In addition, since government bodies related to filming have faced the difficulty of information system, they have tried establishing independent information system. The current agriculture-informationizing system can be considered as Agricultural Outlook Information System, Integrated agricultural marketing Information System and Outlook & Agricultural Statistics Information System but these systems are not effectively operated contrary to rut expectation, which

Actually, there are some problems of bothinvestment duplicated and management by each independent government body, as well as Korea Rural Economic Institute-Commodity Model improper to real situation. In this paper, Agricultural Outlook Information, Integrated agricultural marketing Information, and Outlook h Agricultural Statistics Information System independently operated are integrated; Circulation Control, Technical Support, and integrated Database system are established; new integrated agricultural information system and various kinds of measures for activation of this system are suggested.
The design of 800MHz band Broadband Antenna using L-Shaped

In this paper, we have designed 800MHz band broadband antenna which is improves of microstrip antenna narrow bandwidth problem including the CDMA band and be able to integrated the GSM and TRS band will design. It used the duplex resonance effect it had the L-Shaped feeding structure which adds the u-slot. It was measured that the frequency bandwidth of the designed antenna which is planed
with 215MHz(23.8%). And the antenna gain is 9.3dBi, 3dB beam width
in both the E-plane and H-plane.
Design and implementation of protection and management system of digital contents based on MPEG-21 IPMP

The usage increase of digital contents required solution for protection technology and interoperability of system. MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) proposed MPEG-21 Multimedia Frameworks. MPEG-21 IPMP is standard that provides the means to enable digital item and rights information to be persistently managed and protected across networks and devices. In this paper, MPEG-21 IPMP based system to protect digital contents designed by four structures of license server, production server, consumption server, tool server. License server create rights information document using the XML-based REL about multimedia contents of users. Production server makes a digital item by packaging multimedia resource and metadata, which is combined by REL information and IPMP information of multimedia resource. Consumption server takes care of the functions of players that use digital item, and tool server was implement to transmit for missing tool that might occur in all procedures.
Development of a Vector Graphics Kernel for Mobile Communication Terminals

Due to rapid development of mobile communication terminals and various requests of their users, multimedia information including image information has been the basis of mobile communication contents. In order to use vectored image information efficiently, which is more favorable than bit-mapped image information when transmission delay time and costs are considered, efficient vector graphics supporting systems are needed. Therefore, vector graphics kernel systems have been proposed and standardization attempts have been made in order to increase interoperability. In this paper, a vector graphics kernel based on OpenVG is designed and implemented. OpenVG was proposed as a standard vector graphics kernel by Khronos Group recently. The implemented vector graphics kernel, named by alexVG, is developed on a PC emulator as well as on a development board equipped with an ARM processor. In addition, performance tests are made in order to verify its functions.
System Design and Realization for Real Time DVR System with Robust Video Watermarking

A system design and realization for real time DVR system with robust video watermarking algorithm for contents security is presented in this paper. The robust video watermarking is used the intraframe space region and interframe insertion simultaneously, and to be processed at real time on image data and algorithm is used the 64bits special purpose quad DSP processor with assembly and soft pipeline codes. The experimental result shows that the processing time takes about 2.5ms in the D1 image per frame for 60% moving image.
Deconvolution Filtering Method for All-pass Systems

In this paper, a deconvolution filtering method for all-pass systems based on FIR approximation is proposed. The proposed method enables us to obtain a causal stable deconvolution filter by FIR approximating a non-causal stable deconvolution filter to a causal stable one. As we can see in this paper, the impulse response of the deconvolution filter for all-pass system is simply the mirror image of the impulse response for all-pass system itself. Due to this symmetric property between all-pass system itself and its deconvolution Inter, this method can be applied to all-pass systems without special limitation of the system's order. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method. computer simulation results for 1st-, 2nd- and 400th-order all-pass systems are included.
A Channel Management Technique using Neural Networks in Wireless Networks

The channel is one of the precious and limited resources in wireless networks. There are many researches on the channel management. Recently, the optimization problem of guard channels has been an important issue. In this paper, we propose an intelligent channel management technique based on the neural networks. An SRN channel allocation model is developed to generate the learning data for the neural networks and the performance analysis of system. In the proposed technique, the neural network is trained to generate optimal guard channel number g, using backpropagation supervised learning algorithm. The optimal g is computed using the neural network and compared to the g computed by the SRM model. The numerical results show that the difference between the value of 8 by backpropagation and that value by SRM model is ignorable.

A Design of Interface Module for Multiple Level MIL-STD-1553 Bus Topology

In this paper, described a design result of bus interface modulo for multiple level MU-SID-1553 data bus network. In general, MIL-SID-1553 network is used for single level data bus topology. But, according to applied system's structure. multiple level bus architecture is required., And for his, micro processor must be involved for system be, and a additional hardware and software functions are needed. The designed data bus interface module is simply consists of communication transceivers and simple electronic circuit without micro processor. Through the hardware testing and software simulation, the functional performance of the designed interface module was successfully validated.
A Design of Hop-by-Hop based Reliable Congestion Control Protocol for WSNs

In Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs), a sensor node broadcasts the acquisited sensing data to neighboring other nodes and it makes serious data duplication problem that increases network traffic loads and data loss. This problem is concerned with the conflict condition for supporting both the reliability of data transfer and avoidance of network congestion. To solve the problem, a reliable congestion control protocol is necessary that considers critical factors affecting on data transfer reliability such as reliable data transmission, wireless loss, and congestion loss for supporting effective congestion control in WSNs. In his paper, we proposes a reliable congestion protocol, called HRCCP, based on hop-hop sequence number, and DSbACK by minimizing useless data transfers as an energy-saved congestion control method.
Media Access Scheme for Achieving an Effective Traffic Control Mechanism and Energy Efficiency in Sensor Networks

Data collected by sensors in field are transmitted to the base station gathering all of data. Because sensors have to gather data in surroundings and periodically transmit data to the base station, it makes energy consumed much. In this paper, we mose the scheme that is to avoid traffic congestion with achievement of energy efficiency, so collected data is transmitted efficiently. This is to adjust transmission rate differently in case of increasing or decreasing traffic and minimize the energy consumption with setting ideal options up basic CSMA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access) protocol in each sensor. Through the simulation, we find the ideal CSMA options and apply the proposed scheme of traffic control mechanism to them and analyze them, then show energy efficiency and effective traffic control mechanism.
Method to Verify the Validity of Device in a Home Network

With a home network, a device can dynamically join a home network obtain an IP address, convey its capabilities, and learn about the presence and capabilities of other devices. Devices can subsequently communicate with each other directly. Device discovery protocol defines how network services can be discovered on the network. In this paper, we propose the secure discovery method of devices that uses mutual authentication with symmetric key between devices. This method that we present distributes symmetric-key to home network devices by the home server. Using this key, mutual authentication is performed between home appliances. It enables any appliance under any middleware's control to securely communicate any other appliances.
The Analysis of the TETRA Authentication Protocol

TETRA system provides the radio authentication service which permits only authorized radio to access network. Radio authentication is the process which checks the sameness of authentication-key(K) shared between radio and authentication center by challenge-response protocol. TETRA standard authentication protocol can prevent the clone radio to copy ISSI from accessing network, but can't prevent the clone radio to copy ISSI & authentication-key. This paper analyzes authentication-key generation/delivery/infection model in TETRA authentication system and analyzes the threat of clone radio caused by authentication-key exposure. Finally we propose the new authentication protocol which prevent the clone radio to copy ISSI & authentication-key from accessing network.
Design and Implementation of A Medical Prescription Documents Based on XML

With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the sin quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to heir user to manage interface and maintenance easily.
Gas Turbine Data Acquisition System based on LabVIEW

This paper presents a gas turbine data acquisition and monitoring system using a LabVIEW programming. The developed real-time monitoring system entitled a C-Tune DAS Plays an important role to make an analysis of the real-time operation of the gas turbine under maintenance. the LabVIEW based software is divided into three parts according to their original functions; Data acquisition, Data analysis and display, and Data storage. The data acquisition part receives data from a PMS (Plant Management System) server and two cFPs (Compact-Field Point). To verify the validity of the developed system, it is applied to gas turbines in the combined cycle power plant in Korea.

Event based Rule Processing in Ubiquitous Web Services Environments

Ubiquitous computing network comprises a variety of distributed service devices. Today Web services technology enables the heterogeneous devices to provide their own services and interact with each other via well-defined Internet protocol. Nevertheless, service devices in ubiquitous environments require more event-driven, autonomous interaction beyond rather passive service-oriented architecture of the present time. This paper presents an ECA (Event-Condition-Action) rule description language in an attempt to support capability for autonomous interactions among service-oriented devices in ubiquitous computing network. Specifically, the proposed WS-ECA is an XML-based ECA rule description language for web service-enabled devices. The rules are embedded in distributed devices which invoke appropriate services in the network if the rules are triggered by some internal or external events. The presented ECA-based device coordination approach is expected to facilitate seamless inter-operation among the web service-enabled devices in the emerging ubiquitous computing environment.
Integrated Management Middleware for the Servers supporting the terminal-independent

The Internet has become an important instrument for providing many pieces of information to us. And server systems offer the various services after processing a volume of information, it's network topology also has been complex for providing information. Therefore this expansion means the importance of fast and sustained management of server systems. But most of server systems are located in fire-walls to allow only restricted access. Moreover, due to the difference of management based on the different operating system of each server system, management of server system is not to efficiency. That is, sever administrators have to manage by themselves many kinds of servers by using local-based or socket-based single access applications. Therefore, we design and implement a middleware system which allows to manage many kinds of severs integrally ruling XML-based Web Services which have distributed object technology such as CORBA, Java RMI and DCOM, but are free from platforms or development languages. System also provides location transparency and terminal independence and calls a server system management command to manage systems.
Passive and Cost Effective People Indoor Location Tracking System for Ubiquitous Healthcare

Wireless sensor network plays a prominent role in tracking the location of the target outdoor or indoor. This paper describes the implementation of the passive indoor location tracking system using ultrasonic and RF technologies that provides accurate location in the form of user space and position in three dimensions. Our system used a combination of RF and ultrasonic technologies to provide a location-support service to users and applicants. Ceiling-mounted beacons were spread through the building, publishing location information on an RF signal. The person carried a listener and the listener determined the location by calculating the distance from three beacons using triangulation algorithm.
Design and Implementation of Picture Archiving and Communication System Component using the RFID for Mobile Web Environments

The recent medical treatment guidelines and the development of information technology make hospitals reduce the expense in surrounding environment and it requires improving the quality of medical treatment of the hospital. Moreover, MIS, PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System), OCS, EMR are also developing. Medical Information System is evolved toward integration of medical IT and situation is changing with increasing high speed in the ICT convergence. Mobile component refers to construct wireless system of hospital which has constructed in existing environment. Through RFID development in existing system, anyone can log on easily to internet whenever and wherever. It is the core technology to implement automatic medical processing system. This paper provides a basic review of RFID model, PACS application component services. In addition, designed and implemented database server's component program and client program of mobile application that recognized RFID tag and patient data in the ubiquitous environments. This system implemented mobile PACS that performed patient data based db environments, and so reduced delay time of requisition, medical treatment, lab.

A Study on Success Factors of Logistics IT Companies

Under this economic circumstance, the logistics firms located in port take better advantages than those in other areas. This study observed those firms with consciousness to which matters were affected a growth of the logistics IT firms. This study considered in terms of three factors which are an economic factor, a political factor and an internal-ability factor for the matters of logistics IT firms' success through the factor analysis. According to the factor analysis, subjective factor showed positive: (1) expanding market through the ideas and abilities, (2) internal relations and government support (3) capability of market identification and focusing on regional industrialization. As a result of the internal ability analysis, there were three positive matters such as (1) a factor of organization or human resource management, (2) relationship with consumer and resource and management ability for strategy, and (3) developing unique product, networking, suitable goods of regional industrialization. The external factor, through the factor analysis was trued out (1) a emerged political factor such as a support up venture, cluster composition, investing R&D and specialist training, (2) economic factor such as tax reduction, financial support, marketing collaboration renting office in a low price by regional government.
A Study on Active Suspension Robust Control with Sensor and Actuator Location

This paper proposed modelling and design method in suspension system design to analyze sky hook damper system by adopting active robust control theory. Recent in the field of suspension system design it is general to adopt active control scheme for stiffness and damping, and connection with other vehicle stability control equipment is also intricate, it is required for control system scheme to design more robust, higher response and precision control equipment. It is known that sky hook suspension system is better than passive spring-damper system in designing suspension equipment. We analyze location of sensor and actuator in sky hook system and its motion equation, then design robust control system. Numerical example is shown for validity of robust control system design in active sky hook suspension system.
Nucleus Segmentation and Recognition of Uterine Cervical Pop-Smears using Region Growing Technique and Backpropagation Algorithm

The classification of the background and cell areas is very important research area because of the ambiguous boundary. In this paper, the region of cell is extracted from an image of uterine cervical cytodiagnosis using the region growing method that increases the region of interest based on similarity between pixels. Segmented image from background and cell areas is binarized using a threshold value. And then 8-directional tracking algorithm for contour lines is applied to extract the cell area. First, the extracted nucleus is transformed to RGB color that is the original image. Second, the K-means clustering algorithm is employed to classify RGB pixels to the R, G, and B channels, respectively. Third, the Hue information of nucleus is extracted from the HSI models that is the transformation of the clustering values in R, G, and B channels. The backpropagation algorithm is employed to classify and identify the normal or abnormal nucleus.
