Structural Relationships Analysis of Technology Acceptance Model in M-Banking Service based on IC Chip

The objective of this study is to get an implication through the application of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) focused on Mobile Banking Service based on IC Chip. Thus firstly, this study reviewed the related literatures and materials. After this, this parer analyzed this TAM model with covariance structural method to search the factors influencing technology acceptance of Mobile banking service. In conclusion, the proposed model showed that 'innovation factor' influenced 'perceived usefulness' and 'user's acquaintance' influenced 'perceived ease of use'. And this 'perceived usefulness' influenced 'perceived ease of use' and this 'perceived ease of use' influence 'attitude toward use'.
A Design of the Voltage-Controlled Oscillator for Wireless Subscriber Network

In this paper, a voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) of core components for wireless subscriber network is designed. The type of oscillator is colpits method and the oscillator device uses a LC resonator. The product is made on FR-4 substrate with dielectric constant of 4.6. The designed VCO is operated at 3.2V, 10mA and has output value of 0.67dB. The VCO's phase noise property is -102DBc/Hz at offset frequence of 100kHz. The fabricated VCO is the same as target value and can be used for wireless subscriber network.
A Study on Characteristics of Triple-band Plastic Chip Antenna for Mobile Terminal using Foamex Materials

In this paper, triple-band plastic chip antennas for mobile terminal are investigated. Plastic chip antenna is composed of Foamex material with circle of PVC(Polyvilyl chloride). For its electric characteristics, the dielectric constant is 1.9, the insulation intensity is 112KV/cm. Plastic chip antennas are don't tend to break easily against to external shock, have more gain and efficiency than ceramic chip antennas. Triple-band plastic chip antennas of four type are implemented and experimented. From the experiments results, the antenna resonate at the triple-band, the gain of the antennas has about above -2dB, the pattern is ommidirectional the same as the conventional antennas. So, the antennas realized with Foamex material will be application for mobile phone antenna operated at the triple band which is cellular band and Korea-PCS band and ISM band or the antenna for other wireless communication system.
Design and Fabrication of 2.65GHz Antenna for Satellite-DMB

In this paper, we propose a microstrip antenna with sufficient impedance bandwidths and gains for the 2.65GHz antenna which can be used in the satellite digital multimedia broadcasting. The prposed 2.65GHz satellite DMB bandwidth microstrip antenna is implemented on a substrate, which is small enough to be installed in practical mobile phones, and described simulation feature using by CST MicroWave Studio program. And also, we measured the antenna performance between the proposed antenna and the commercial antenna. From the analysis, it was found that the radiation pattern of proposed antenna is superior to the commercial antenna and an acceptable frequency band is more wider than the existing products.
FMCW RADAR SIGNAL PROCESS USING REAL FFT

In this paper, it is presented a Real FFT for the FMCW radar distance measurement with high resolution. The high distance resolution needs the measurement of the accurate beat frequency. To improve the distance resolution, zoom fft, decimation, digital low pass filter and zero padding method are used. The simulation results using the Matlab show
of distance resolution and the measuring range is up to 35meter.
Radio Path Loss and Angle of Arrival Measurements to the Radio Environments at 60GHz

This paper presents the measured path loss exponents and standard deviations using measured data at 60GHz to analyze the propagation characteristics of millimeter wave bands having great demand for picocellular communications. In addition the angle of arrival(AOA) were measured to analyze the arrival direction of muitipath waves affecting the received signal strength. As results of analysis, the pathloss exponents in each environment are found to be lower than 2 for free space pathloss exponent. They were determined with the qualities of bottom materials affecting signal strength. The angles of arrival by multipath waves were different with the circumference structures between transmitter and receiver. That is, the multipath waves excluding direct and ground reflected wave were difficult to find in wide space such a gymnasium and playground, however the wall multipath waves were found to arrive at receiver in the corridor. The multipath waves at 60GHz can be known to hardly affect to the received signal strength because of weak signals compared with direct wave.
The Virtual Collaborative System among Experts

This paper proposes the web-based virtual collaboration among experts. The proposed system supports the presentation tool using Synchronous Multimedia Integration Language(SMIL) which is the easy and efficient way of adding multimedia to presentations. The presentation gives essential information to the participants before actual discuss. The participants use texts in discussing over the presented medical image. The spatial elements such as point or line, and some type of marker with their relative participants' comments can be set or removed dynamically to represent areas of interest in digital images. XML files are used for recording experts' opinions as well as the spatial elements that are associated with digital images during the discussion and stored for future reference. The participants can also set and reset a polygon in the image to select the interested area and refer to the stored relating information.

In this paper we researched on the implementation of the B-ISDN protocol embedded IP-PBX System with the computers interconnected by the Internet for the telephone exchange and multimedia communication. For the improvement on the structural problems of the previous PABX we designed the structure of the IP-PBX System, defined message and data structure for call control, designed call control state transition and implemented call control message flows for user's communication.
A Study on a Tester of the MEGACO Protocol Call Processing for the Next Generation Convergence Network

This paper discusses a tester of functionality and call processing performance, based on the MEGACO/H.248 protocol that both IETF and ITU-T recommend as a media gateway control protocol, of both a media gateway controller and an access gateway which constitute a next generation convergence network. Effective methods, a functional architecture and implementation for such testification are provided. Especially included are not only a virtual emulation function of analog subscriber lines connecting to an access gateway, but also a tester emulated as a counter system of the protocol for the testifying a media gateway controller and an access gateway system.
Efficient Multi-Receiver Certificate-Based Encryption Scheme and Its Application

In this paper, we introduce the notion of certificate-based encryption in multi-receiver environment, which avoids the inherent key escrow problem while preserving the implicit certification in identity-based encryption. We also construct a highly efficient certificate-based encryption scheme for multi-receiver environment, which eliminates pairing computation to encrypt a message for multiple receivers. Moreover, the proposed scheme only needs one pairing computation for decrypting the ciphertext. We compare our scheme with the most efficient identity-based encryption scheme for multi-receiver environment proposed by Baek et.al. in terms of the computational point of view, and show that our scheme provides better efficiency than Baek's scheme. Finally, we discuss how to properly transform our scheme into a new public key broadcast encryption scheme based on subset-cover framework.

. ANIDS reduces the false positive by using pattern graph even before finalizing the new pattern graph, the pattern graph which is being generated is compared with the existing one stored in DB. If they are the same, we can estimate it is an intrusion. Therefore, this paper can reduce the speed of intrusion detection and the false positive and increase the detection ratio of intrusion.
Implementation of Light Weight Linux O.S on the Flash Memory

Many people is studying the embedded system. The embedded system becomes a small size device. The DOM memory is using in the mobile device and small site devices. This paper proposes light-weighted Linux O.S that is running onto the DOM memory. The embedded system with the DOM must have a light-weigthed O.S due to the memory space restriction. This paper designs light-weigthed Linux O.S for the DOM memory. The new designed LILO boot loader boots the new designed light-weigthed Linux O.S as a normal Linux O.S. This paper experiments comparing the designed new light-weigthed Linux O.S with a Linux PC.

The Study for ENHPP Software Reliability Growth Model Based on Kappa(2) Coverage Function

Finite failure NHPP models presented in the literature exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. Accurate predictions of software release times, and estimation of the reliability and availability of a software product require Release times of a critical element of the software testing process : test coverage. This model called Enhanced non-homogeneous Poission process(ENHPP). In this paper, exponential coverage and S-shaped model was reviewed, proposes the Kappa coverage model, which make out efficiency application for software reliability. Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on SSE statistics and Kolmogorov distance, for the sake of efficient model, was employed. Numerical examples using real data set for the sake of proposing Kappa coverage model was employed. This analysis of failure data compared with the Kappaa coverage model and the existing model(using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, bias tests) is presented.

Recently, various systems are being developed for efficiently assignment and management of such resources as seats of airplane, train, bus, theater, and library. If it occurs the exceed demand for the limited seat resource, the system has much difficulty for the seat resource management and assignment efficiently. The existed allocation and management methods were processed using the centralization management of the limited seat resource. But these methods cannot consider the preference of each user, and these not support the fairness of usage for each person. Accordingly, we design and implement the seat assignment system based on the customer-driven for the seat management in the reading room of library, customer selects directly for the fairness of seat.
FFT based Monitoring System for Combustion Vibration Data Processing of Gas Turbine

This paper presents a method for improvement of communication speed and reduction of data storage space in gas turbine monitoring system to acquire, save, and display combustion vibration data. The proposed method implements FFT from sampled raw data. The FFT result data are encoded to be transferred to monitoring PC for storage. By this way, it can reduce data storage space. To display the received data, it needs inverse FFT to reconstruct original signal. To verify the validity and efficiency of the proposed scheme, computer-aided simulation are carried out. It includes the analyzed results the relationship between FFT's order and Gibb's Phenomenon. Finally, high-performance of the proposed method is proved by combustion experiment results using a prototype gas turbine.
Comparison of meridians electric response property for laser and acupuncture stimulation

Laser stimulation has been widely studied and used in clinic. However, electrical response by laser stimulation on meridians has not been investigated. In this study, we compared electric potential of laser and acupuncture stimulation on meridians. We measured electric potential variation at acupoints(Samgan(LI3) and Hapgok(LI4)) on Large Intestine Meridian. In laser stimulation results, average peak electric potential is very low(
) for before and after stimulation. However, acupuncture stimulation was performed in ground connection condition and resulted in huge variation of average peak electric potential(
). That is, the intensity and pattern of electric potential were dependent on the ground connection condition and individual. Also, the electric potential pattern was very similar to the pattern of electric charge and discharge of capacitor. The acupuncture stimulation using a insulating needle resulted in lower average peak electric potential variation(
) than that of acupuncture stimulation. It might present little electrical response of acupuncture stimulation using insulating needles. In point of electrical response, the laser stimulation was determined to be no acupuncture effect at meridian. Acupuncture stimulation seems to be most effective method to induce electrical response at meridians. The procedure and effect of acupuncture might be considered as energy consensus phenomenon by transportation of bio-ion charge between a practitioner and patient.

Design of High Performance Hybrid Fuzzy Controller for the zero-crossing speed control of a Hydraulic System

Due to the friction characteristics of cylinders and the rail of a passenger car, in the elevator actuated with hydraulic systems, there exist dead zones, which can not be controlled by a PID controller. In this paper, the friction characteristics of a cylinder is examined, which may cause the abrupt increase of the acceleration in the zero-costing speed region. To overcome the drawbacks of a PID controlled hydraulic elevator system, a zooming fuzzy logic controller is designed and finally an improved hybrid fuzzy controller is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme are shown by simulation and experimental results, which the proposed fuzzy hybrid control method yields good control performance not only in the zero-crossing speed region but also in the overall control region including steady-state region.
Electrical Conduction Properties of OLED Device with Varying Temperature

Temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes(OLEDs) were studied. The OLEDs were based on the molecular compounds, N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3- methylrhenyi)-1,1'-diphenyl-4,4'-diamine (TPD) as a hole transport and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum(Alq3) as an electron transport and emissive material. The current-voltage characteristics were measured in the temperature range of 10[K] and 300[K]. A conduction mechanism in OLEDs was interpreted in terms of tunneling and trap-filled limited current.

In this paper, a low-power and small-area asynchronous 1 kilobit EEPROM for passive UHF RFID tag chips is designed with
EEPROM cells. As small area solutions, command and address buffers are removed since we design asynchronous I/O interface and data output buffer is also removed by using separate I/O. To supply stably high voltages VPP and VPPL used in the cell array from low voltage VDD, Dickson charge pump is designed with schottky diodes instead of a PN junction diodes. On that account, we can decrease the number of stages of the charge pump, which can decrease layout area of charge pump. As a low-power solution, we can reduce write current by using the proposed VPPL power switching circuit which selects each needed voltage at either program or write mode. .We have studied to obtain the properly conditions about impedance matching of the SAW filter for the SPUDT type and the bidirectional transducer type later. And we have studied to obtain the SAW filter for the Slanted Finger Interdigital Transducer(SFIT), was formed on the Langasite substrate and was evaporated by Aluminum-Copper alloy and then we performed computer-simulated by simulator In case the SPUDT, we have employed that the number of pairs of the input and output IDT are 50 pairs and the thickness and the width of reflector are

, respectively. Also, we have performed to series connected the SPUDT type with the bidirectional transducer type filter. The frequency response of the fabricated SAW filter has the property that the center frequency is about 190MHz and bahdwidth at the 3dB is probably 5.3MHz after when we have matched impedance. Also, we could obtain that ripple characteristics is less than 0.3dB and insert loss is probably -20dB after when we have matched impedance.
A New Polynomial Digital Predistortion Method Based on Direct Learning for Linearizing Nonlinear Power Amplifier

A new polynomial-based predistortion method for linearizing nonlinear power amplifier is proposed. The proposed method finds the predistortion parameter directly without the help of postdistorter whereas most existing polynomial-based predistortion methods calculate the predistortion parameter indirectly from the prostdistorter. First, a new predistortion algorithm is derived based on the assumption that the characteristic of the amplifier is modeled by piecewise linear function. Then it is modified into a proposed method which does not require any assumption or prior knowledge of the amplifier. The proposed method is derived based on the RLS (recursive least squares) algorithm. The proposed technique is simpler to implement than the existing methods and the computer simulation demonstrates that the proposed method is more robust to the initial condition and the saturation region of the amplifier.
Performance Evaluation of Uplink OFDMA Systems

I evaluate the BER performance of uplink OFDMA systems in time variant Rayleigh Doppler fading channel, considering the carrier frequency offset and the nonlinear high power amplifier. I obtain the required output back-off of the nonlinear amplifier and value of frequency offset for good BER performance. And I also analyze the BER degradation upon Doppler fading channel.
Contrast Enhancement Technique by Intensity Surface Stretching

This paper proposes a contrast enhancement technique which stretches the intensity surfaces of image to improve the quality of the digital photos. The proposed method enhances the contrast of image by stretching the intensity surface of the original image to the maximum range of the output image in proportion to the distances between the original intensity surface and upper, lower intensity surface, respectively. The upper and lower intensity surfaces are generated from the original intensity surface by gaussian smoothing. In the experiments, digital color images in a variety of illumination conditions were used and the proposed method was compared with other several existed image enhancement algorithms, which are histogram stretching, surface stretching, histogram equalization, gamma correction and retinex. It was proved that the experimental results were more natural visually without deterioration of gradation.
A Natural Language Conversation Method for Intelligent NPC Implementation in Games

Recently, there are many researches about natural language processing programs using artificial intelligence methods. But the researches mostly concentrate on Korean morphological analyses and there are few researches about application of the results of Korean morphological analyses. In this paper, we implemented a natural language conversation program that NPC in games can talk with users by natural language sentences using the results of morphological analyses and a rule-based inference method. We proposed representation and implementation methods of rules suitable for the processing of natural language conversation using NEO, a rule-based inference engine. In the experiment using rules and facts about knowledge of conversation for diet counselor NPC, we could verify that natural conversation results were produced.
Design of the Energy Efficient Virtual Backbone Construction in the Zigbee Network

IN wireless sensor networks (WSNs), one challenging issue is to In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), one challenging issue is to construct a virtual backbone in a distributed and localized way while considering energy limitation. Dominating set has been used extensively as core or virtual backbone in WSNs for the purposes like routing and message broadcast. To ensure network performance, a good dominating set construction protocols should be simple and avoid introducing extra message. In addition, the resulting dominating set should be small, connected, and take into account the energy level at each node. This paper studies efficient and simple virtual backbone construction protocol using defer time in IEEE 802.15.4- based WSNs (e.g. Zigbee). The efficiency of our proposed protocol is confirmed through simulation results.

There are many activities that open source software can using at several areas from the government. It enforces the open source software demonstration activities with different meaning link It is an evaluation field whether or not using the open source software in information projects. But the public information and the education against the open source software are insufficient to the middle and high school students who are be latent open source software users. In this paper, I present an examination and analysis of the open source software understanding of the middle and high computer subject teachers in Korea. This research results could be applied with the place fundamental data which searches a program which revitalizes the open source software education from the middle and high school.
