Lately, influence of information rises and interest about estimation satisfaction of information service is rising. However, It requires complicated and various method that measure and evaluate correct value of information service by various attributes of information. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information offer service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. Therefor in This paper, measures lTFlND's User Satisfaction Index and establish information offer service strategy that improve. And wish to draw improvement way and present improvement method and way after direction through results of measurements of user satisfaction index in information offer service field.

This study recognize the problems about the High-speed IT building certification system and the technical standards of telecommunication facility, broadcasting public receiving facility including Home-network facility which are installed at apartments for the successful building of the Ubiquitous city that the government is driving and suggested a sweeping change of the housing law interrelated for making up a housing efficiency grade-display system and systematizing the maintenance by solutions. Also, presented the integrate-construction model designs separately of the residential IT line about the buildings applied to technical standards, the building acquired second grade below of High-speed IT building and the building when the above solutions get to he systematized.
Design Parameters of a RF Transceiver for Sensor Nodes

Many pilot projects are developed using USN(Ubiquitous Sensor network). Recently USN has more attention to be used for the applications of circumstance monitoring. In order to acquire information from sensor nodes, sensor nodes need a RF transceiver. In this paper we describe the design of a RF transceiver, based on IEEE 802.15.4, for sensor nodes operating in 2.4GHz frequency band. The architecture to be implemented and the electrical performance specifications satisfied IEEE 802.15.4 are presented. The noise figure of a receiver, selectivity, phase noise of a frequency synthesizer, transmitter's linearity and spectrum mask are derived as a design parameters from the specifications of IEEE 802.15.4.
A Design of X-Band Microstrip Array Antenna

In this paper, we designed the array antenna for FMCW radar in X - band frequency, and we chose stacked structure for improvement of narrow bandwidth. The array antenna is implemented on the circuit board which is relative permittivity 2.33 and the stacked patchs are designed on the circuit board which is relative permittivity 4.6. A Foam which has a similar permittivity of air is added to keep the particular gap between array antenna and the stacked patch. A Design and Implementation of Usecase Modeling Tool

This paper presents a design and implementation of Usecase modeling tool to support integrated usecase diagramming and description writing. It also suggests diagram maintaining based on relationship and it makes UML standard diagramming by providing connection verification between diagram elements. It results in not only user-friendly and effective usecase modeling but it also contributing to integrated and consistent usecase modeling.
Cloth Simulation System for 3D Fashion shopping mall based on Web

In this paper, we propose a new method for the design and implementation of Cloth Simulation System for 3D fashion shopping mall based on Web. Web 3D shopping mall is implemented by using a Web3D authoring tool, ISB, which provides easy mouse operation. 3D human models and cloth item model are designed by low polygon modeling method of 3D MAX. The designed 3D human models and cloth item model are exported to XML file. Finally, 3D human models and cloth item model are displayed and animated on the Web by using ActiveX control based on DirectX. We also implemented textile palette and mapped it to clothes model by using alpha blending during simulation.
A Study on an Efficient Routing Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Network

Conventional routing protocols proposed for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) cannot fully accommodate the characteristics of WSNs. In particular, although it is possible to largely obtain benefits in the solution of energy consumption and global identification problems through applying position information, there are few protocols that actively apply such position information. In the case of geographical and energy aware routing (GEAR) that is a typical algorithm, which uses position information, it does not fully represent the characteristics of WSNs because it is limited to forward query messages and assumed as fixed network environments. The routing protocols proposed in this paper defines the direction of data, which is routed based on the position information of individual and target nodes, in which each node configures its next hop based on this direction and routes signals. Because it performs data-centric routing using position information, it does not require certain global identifications in order to verify individual nodes and is able to avoid unnecessary energy consumption due to the forwarding of packets by defining its direction.
Based PKI System for Secure Authentication on IPTV

IPTV service is one of the representatives for the integration of broadcasting industry and communication industry, which also can meet users' various demands and provide efficient service. As the increasing number of IPTV users and contents servers, it is necessary to provide the safety authority system to prevent the illegal audio-visual, incorrect audio-visual authority, and illegal authority control. This thesis puts forward PKI(public Key Infrastructure) as the foundation key production mechanism. Through this mechanism, the key can be transferred safely to users and authenticate the ID of users and contents servers. In a word, our system can provide safe and efficient service for mutual authentication

Offline-based study is proceeding effectively for directly teaching and communication between a learner and a professor. In general virtual education system have been solve this problem using provides search of particular learning domain and auto feedback of relative learning domain after examination. But the learner needs personally select the right document among search result set and interconnected precedence study domain. Therefore, the unskilled learner is difficult of learning progress over against offline-based study. This paper suggests a index mechanism of varied views for helps to learner understand the flow and direction of learning and correlation between units.

An Optimized PWM Switching Strategy for an Induction Motor Voltage Control

An optimized PWM switching strategy for an induction motor voltage control is developed and demonstrated. Space vector modulation in voltage source inverter offers improved DC-bus utilization and reduced commutation losses and has been therefor recognized the preferred PWM method especially in case of digital implementation. An optimized PWM switching strategy for an induction motor voltage control consists of switching between the two active and one zero voltage vector by using the proposed optimal PWM algorithm. The preferred switching sequence is defined as a function of the modulation index and period of a carrier wave. The sequence is selected by using the inverter switching losses and the current ripple as the criteria. For low and medium power application, the experimental results indicate that good dynamic response and reduced harmonic distortion can be achieved by increasing switching frequency.
Construction of Two-Class Classifier based on D1-MACA with minimum memory

Classification problem plays a major role in grouping of the records in database systems, detection of faults in VLSI circuits, image processing, and so on. In this paper, we propose the algorithm constructing D1-MACA as a two-class classifier with minimum memory for given pattern sets using the concepts of subspace. Also we analyze the condition that is designed a two-class classifier D1-MACA with two attractors.
Discrimination of Bolt and Nut's Presence in a T-Bar Using Image Processing Method

In this paper, the algorithm discriminating the existence and nonexistence of bolts and nuts using image processing in an automobile T-Bar influencing the vibration of a frame, is introduced. To distinct whether bolts and nuts exist or not, the features of bolts and nuts are learned, and then these feature values are matched using a statistical pattern matching algorithm. Furthermore, the minimum and maximum variation rate of pixel values are used since the matching rate is low with the large variation of pixel values of bolts and nuts in each image. The proposed method in this paper is very efficient in the automation of inspection requiring real time since the inspection time is significantly reduced compared with the conventional methods.
Detection of Defects on Welding Area Using Image Processing

In this paper, we use image processing algorithms to detect the defects existed on a welding area automatically. It is difficult to detect the welding defects because it is sensitive to lights and has irregular patterns. For this reason, images are captured with 2 kinds of illumination condition, and are processed by 2 different algorithms for each image. The first algorithm separates some ROI's from the captured image and compares the similarity of intensity between each divided region. The second algorithm extracts boundary information from the processed image by the first algorithm, and calculates the length of boundary, curvature and base line area based on boundary information. The proposed method showed high performance in detection and classification of defects.
A Steganography for the Medical Images using Block Similarity

Recently, due to problems in terms of illegal copying of medical image and the right ownership and authentication of data, it is necessary for us to study about those problems. In this study, we propose steganography with a method of the hiding information of high-resolution in digital medical image. The proposed algorithm is one of the way that inserts secret information by protecting ROI area which is regarded as and important feature of high-resolution digital medical image. As a result, the proposed method made it possible to insert secret information of massive storage and didn't affect the imperceptibility in medical image quality based on capacity and PSNR showed the all image quality of about 33.33dB.
Transmission Distance Depending on Transmission Capacityin Inline Dispersion Managed WDM Systems

Effective transmission distance depending on transmission capacity of WDM systems with inline dispersion management (DM) and optical phase conjugator (OPC) at middle of total transmission length is investigated. The range of net residual dispersion (NRD) resulting 1 dB eye opening penalty (EOP) in 1 Tbps WDM system, in which NRD controlled by only postcompensation, is also investigated. It is confirmed that effective transmission distances are increasedto longer than several hundreds kilometers by applying optimal NRD depending on transmission capacity and distance. And it is confirmed that in 1 Tbps WDM system if NRD is determined to +17 ps/nm, the maximum transmission distance is achieved, and, especially, in long-haul 1 Tbps WDM system the effective NRD range will be determined within positive value.
Integrated Packet Scheduling Algorithm for real-time and non-real-time packet service

Recently, as 3rd-generation mobile communication services using high-speed data rate system are widely employed, the demand for a variety of real-time data services such as VoIP service are also increased. Unlike typical data packets, VoIP packets have delay bound and low loss rate requirement. In this paper we propose a new scheduling algorithm that schedule two deferent kinds of packets efficiently, considering the characteristics of VoIP. Basically this algorithm considers both time delay and channel condition and gives priority depending on the time delay. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm works more efficiently than conventional algorithms.
Performance Analysis of MIMO Detection in Frequency Selective Rayleigh Fading Channels

Timing Synchronization of Wireless OFDM LAN Systems

A timing synchronization method is presented for IEEE 802.11a wireless OFDM system. First the signal detection is achieved by measuring the moving energy of the received OFDM signal in two consecutive windows. By measuring the correlation between the short training signal and received envelope signal, fine OFDM symbol synchronization can be acquired. The variance and average value of the correlation value is acquired. And the theoretical values are compared with computer simulation results.
A dynamic Shortest Path Finding with Forecasting Result of Traffic Flow

One of the most popular services of Telematics is a shortest path finding from a starting point to a destination. In this paper, a dynamic shortest path finding system with forecasting result of traffic flow in the future was developed and various experiments to verify the performance of our system using real-time traffic information has been conducted. Traffic forecasting has been done by a prediction system using Bayesian network. It searched a dynamic shortest path, a static shortest path and an accumulated shortest path for the same starting point and destination and calculated their travel time to compare with one of its real shortest path. From the experiment, over 75%, the travel time of dynamic shortest paths is the closest to one of their real shortest paths than one of static shortest paths and accumulated shortest paths. Therefore, it is proved that finding a dynamic shortest path by applying traffic flows in the future for intermediated intersections can give more accurate traffic information and improve the quality of services of Telematics than finding a static shortest path applying by traffic flows of the starting time for intermediated intersections.
Impact of legacy DCF stations on voice service using EDCA scheme in IEEE 802.11 wireless LANs

The EDCA scheme in IEEE 802.11 MAC protocols was adopted to support QoS of each traffic. The impact of legacy DCF stations on EDCA voice service is studied using extensive simulations. The maximum number of voice sessions are obtained in cases that IEEE 802.11b and IEEE 802.11a physical layers are used.
An On-line Mobile RPG System Development based on Real time

Multimodal Biological Signal Analysis System Based on USN Sensing System

In this paper, we proposed the biological signal (body heat, pulse, breathe rate, and blood pressure) analysis system using wireless sensor. In order to analyze, we designed a back-propagation neural network system using expert group system. The proposed system is consist of hardware patt such as UStar-2400 ISP and Wireless sensor and software part such as Knowledge Base module, Inference Engine module and User Interface module which is inserted in Host PC. To improve the accuracy of the system, we implement a FEC (Forward Error Correction) block. For conducting simulation, we chose 100 data sets from Knowledge Base module to train the neural network. As a result, we obtained about 95% accuracy using 128 data sets from Knowledge Base module and acquired about 85% accuracy which experiments 13 students using wireless sensor.
Processing of Sensor Data Stream for OSGi Frameworks

In an environment of home network where a number of technologies including heterogeneous hardware platforms, networking and protocols, middleware systems, and etc, exist, OSGi provides a platform for deployment and sharing of services managed in hardware and guarantees compatibility among applications. However, only simple control and processing of event data are considered in a home network using OSGi, and the consideration about real time processing of data stream generated by sensors is not enough. Therefore, researches allowing users to effectively develop OSGi applications by using various kinds of sensors generating data streams in the home network environment using OSGi are needed. In this paper, we propose an effective method of processing various types of real time data streams supplied to OSGi applications, including filtering, grouping, and counting, etc.
A Study on Implementation for Wireless Gas Sensor Data Transmission Platform using ARM11 and Linux

What Ubiquitous means "being or existing anywhere, anytime"in Latin, which is, in other words, the users are able to access the network no matter where they are, what kind of network or computer terminals they use. This paper focuses on the implementation of hardware system. The first part of the sytem is the sensor node which transmits the sensor data from node to ARM11 platform through the Zigbee network wirelessly. The other part of the system is the ARM11 platform which receives and displays the sensor data. ARM11 platform is sink node. The ARM11 platform is based on ARM11 architecture and ported with Linux OS. Qtopia is used as Window Manager in order to make applications. The highly efficient ARM11 processor, S3C6400 MPC is the main part of the ARM11 platform.
A Study on the Implementation of the High Speed Timer for SAW Device

SAW Sensor is greatly developed today and Reader Platform which uses SAW Sensor for temperature or pressure is required to use TDS method for low power and high speed processing. For to use this Platform, high speed timer is required to measure a short interval between reference signal and reflectior's signal. This paper proposes that platform receive SAW Sensor's signals and transform digital signal through comparator. Next the transformed signal is measured by Timer Platform and the measured interval is displayed with time. This paper proposes method of measurment of time with nano sec unit.
The Computer Programming Education of Based Project Learning

Recently, such education is required as the one to nurture the capability for higher order thinking such as creativity and problem-solving ability on the eduction field of not only elementary and middle school but also colleges. Thus, this study is aimed to discuss the computer programming education to enhance higher order thinking in conducting computer programming education for college students. To this end, this study is intended to suggest the computer programming education of based project learning based on preceeding studies and literature reviews. Through this research, the researcher expects that this study forms the small foundation for offering computer programing education covering the computer and engineering education across the board.
