The way of mobile apps development using open source software have been becoming increasingly popular recently. In opensource mobile User Interface components case, there is tends to much more be used than mobile functional components. Because it is more easier that the reusability for implementation of User Interface. The problem is to apply as an open source mobile components selected for this reason all of the existing two studies. It is an open source software selection process and selection procedures shelf components. We revise to conform to existing mobile components selected for the study on open source software selection process in this paper. Can help increase the productivity of the mobile app development by the open source components to meet the functional requirements when developing mobile apps that can be easily retrieved and presented the selection process of this study is effective.
Design of Planar Dipole Pair Antenna for Indoor Digital TV Reception

In this paper, a design method for a planar dipole pair antenna for an operation in the frequency band of 470-806 MHz for terrestrial indoor digital TV (DTV) is studied. The proposed antenna is composed of two planar dipoles connected through conducting strips, and the antenna is fed by a microstrip line. By employing different lengths of dipoles, a broadband characteristics is obtained, and the antenna is size-reduced by bending both ends of the longer dipole. The effects of design parameters on the antenna performance are examined by simulation, and the parameters are adjusted for terrestrial DTV band use. A prototype of the antenna for indoor DTV reception is fabricated on an FR4 substrate with a size of
and tested experimentally. The experiment results show that the frequency band for a VSWR < 2 ranges 458-864 MHz(61.4%), and it corresponds fairly well with the simulated band of 448-868 MHz(63.8%).
A Threshold-Based Distributed User Scheduling with Transmit Power Control for Uplink Multi-Cell Networks

In this paper, we propose a distributed user scheduling with transmit power control based on the amount of interference inflicted to other BSs in multi-cell uplink networks. Assuming that the channel reciprocity time-division duplexing(TDD) system is used, the channel state information (CSI) can be obtained at each user from pilot signals from other BSs. The amount of generating interference to other BSs will be calculated at each user. Especially, in this paper, we propose the threshold-based transmit power control, in which a user decrease its transmit power if its generating interference to other BSs is larger than a predetermined threshold. Simulation results show that the proposed technique significantly outperforms the existing user scheduling algorithms.
User Scheduling Algorithm for Cell Capacity Maximization in Full Duplexing Wireless Cellular Networks

In this paper, we consider a full duplexing (FD) wireless cellular network where a central base station (BS) works in the FD mode while the downlink (DL) and uplink (UL) users work in the time division duplexing (TDD) mode. Since this FD system induces the inter-user interference from UL user to DL user, the main challenge for maximizing the system performances is user scheduling that makes a pair of DL user and UL user to use the same radio resource simultaneously. We formulate an optimization problem for user pairing to maximize the cell capacity and propose a suboptimal user scheduling algorithm with low complexity. This scheduling algorithm is designed in a way where the DL user with a better signal quality has a higher priority to choose its UL user that causes less interference. Simulation results show that the FD system using the proposed user scheduling algorithm achieves the optimal performance and significantly outperforms the conventional TDD system in terms of the cell capacity.
Power Allocation Scheme For Mobile Communication Systems Using Directional Transmission

Directional transmission is one of key technology to solve the utmost problem that current mobile communication system faces, which is explosively increasing data traffic, since directional transmission can maximize the throughput of mobile communication systems. In this work, we consider power allocation scheme for mobile communication system which utilizing directional transmission. Especially, we consider the case in which multiple users in the same sector of base station, are served at the same time by utilizing directional transmission. For this scenarios, we consider equal power allocation scheme, Water-filling based scheme and inverse SNR scheme. Moreover, we propose beam power allocation scheme whose objective is to maximize overall system throughput by taking into account interference between different directional transmissions. Moreover, we have examined the spectral efficiency and Jain`s fairness index of various power allocation schemes for directional transmission by using system level simulator that has been developed in our previous work. Through simulations, it has been verified that the proposed power allocation scheme can improve the spectral efficiency of the system by 28%.

BIPM(International Bureau of Weights and Measures) uses GPS Time Transfer technique for UTC(Universal Time Coordinated). Recently, since GLONASS constellation started the service, studies on GLONASS time transfer and combination of GPS and GLONASS time transfer have been conducted. This paper introduces GNSS time, UTC and leap seconds and proposes the time offset results for applicability of leap seconds in GLONASS time transfer.

The idea of redundancy is used in order to improve the availability of networks and systems and there are various methods for implementing redundancy. To perform the availability analysis various stochastic models have been used. In this paper, 2N redundancy with one active service unit and one standby service unit is considered. To evaluate the expected availability, we model 2N redundancy using Stochastic Reward Nets. This model can be solved using the SPNP package.

With the development of technology, wireless sensor networks (WSN) are wireless networks of consisting a large number of small and low-cost sensors. Wireless sensor networks facilitate collaboration to achieve the perception of information collection, processing and transmission tasks in deployment area. They have various purposes such as military, disaster relief, medical rescue, environmental monitoring, precision farming and manufacturing industry etc. Therefore, technologies for data maintaining technologies in sensor network environment is one of essential parts of sensor networks. In this paper, we present the essential particulars about data management technology at wireless sensor network environments and propound the issues. Further, we could organize and develop a systematic approach in solving the issues.
A Study on Understanding Parking Turnover through Parking Survey

This paper researches on securing parking spaces and improving parking performance, by use of vehicle license plate investigation for average parking time and parking turnover ratio. Even though general surveys on vehicle license plate investigation are performed by the person, our survey is performed by the machine, CCTV. Unusually, our method checks average parking time and parking turnover ratio at time intervals of the survey. So, it is easy to check whether a parking lot is effectively used and its traffic flows smoothly or not. In our experiment, we exclude a method to recognize characters by use of 4-direction projection.
A Scalable Content-Sharing Architecture for High-quality TV Programs

It can be organized with PVRs and FC-AL for a high-quality TV content-sharing architecture. It is, however, not easy to configure a large community network with the FC-AL since it has a 7-bit address space with supporting up to 127 users. We, therefore, propose a novel scalable FC-AL multiple-loop architecture using shared disks, which does not need to use expensive and load-concentrated switches. In this article, our suggested architecture shows a superb startup delay, such as less than 20msec. In addition, it demonstrates outstanding scalability, such that the number of accomodable users increases almost linearly according to adding loops. Lastly, it reveals exceptional time-shifting hours, that is, which supports more than 140 hours with 1000 users.

To minimize low latency and improve the processing speed of the stock trading system, various technologies have been introduced. However, expensive network equipment has limitation for improving speed of trading system. Also, it is true that there is not much advantage by introducing those kind of systems. In this paper, we propose a low-Latency SPT(Safe Proper Time) scheme for overcoming the stock trading system in a cloud. The proposed method minimizes the CPI in order to reduce the CPU overhead that is based on the understanding of the kernel. and this approach satisfies the data timeliness.
Optimized Spectrum Pooling by Inventory Model

Recently, many research efforts have paid attention to spectrum pooling meshanism that provides efficient way to manage transient spectrum requests of secondary users in cognitive radio networks. Spectrum pooling is maintained by WSP (wireless service provider). WSP leases the spectrums stored in her spectrum pool to secondary users with being paid for it. It is natural that WSP tries to get profits as much as possible, which implies the WSP tries to minimize the cost required for maintaining her spectrum pool. In this paper, we model the spectrum pool into a probabilistic inventory model. Assuming secondary users` spectrum requests follow normal distribution, we give a strategic way that minimizes the maintenance cost of the spectrum pool. By a series of simulations, we show that WSP can reduce the total maintenance cost through our inventory model-based spectrum pooling than maintaining fixed inventory level.
Comparative Analysis of the Virtual Machine and Containers Methods through the Web Server Configuration

The technique of virtual machine construction using hypervisor such as Xen and KVM is mainly used for implementation of cloud computing infrastructure. This technique is efficient in allocating and managing resources compared to the existing operation methods. However it requires high resource usage when constructing virtual machines and results in wasting of resources when not using the allocated resources. Docker is a technique based on the container method to resolve such a problem. This paper shows the container method such as Docker is efficient as a web construction technique by comparing virtual machine method to container method. It is shown to be especially useful when storing data into DB or storage devices in such environments of web server or program development. In the upcoming cloud computing environment the container method such as Docker is expected to improve the resource efficiency and the convenience of management.
XMPP/SIP Presence Service System using Efficient Message Control Method

In this paper a new message control method that can reduce server load and network traffic in XMPP/SIP presence service system has been proposed. This presence service system can process both XMPP(Extensible Massaging and Presence Protocol) based presence information and SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) based presence information. A new XMPP stanza architecture with added elements for presence stanza and IQ stanza has been designed, and a new presence information data processing method which can reduce size of SIP notification message and SIP PUBLISH message has been suggested. Furthermore a messages exchanging procedure that can transfer presence information between XMPP domain and SIP domain has been also suggested. The performance of the proposed system has been analysed by simulation.
Construction of a Radio map for WPS Resistant to Signal Strength Fluctuation

WPS determines position via a two-step process. In the construction phase, a radio map is constituted by collecting radio information signals. Positioning procedure is a step of comparing the radio signal newly acquired with the radio map. If the signals collected and the radio map are different the accuracy decreases. Even though the rate of accuracy is different according to positioning algorithms, accuracy drop is an issue common to all WPS systems. Signal strength fluctuation is caused by the malfunction of the device that receives positioning signals, obstruction and channel interference, etc. In this paper, in order to solve the problem caused by signal strength change, we propose a new radio map construction technique. The proposed method is intended to constitute a strong radio map to changes in the signal strength and updated by collecting the signal strength changes to the radio map. The use of this method is expected to enhance the accuracy of WPS by actively counteracting signal fluctuation.

SNOMED CT is a standard clinical terminology to provide a standardized way to record and manage clinical records for EMR or EHR. The structure of SNOMED CT is very complex because of huge expressive power and its internal design mechanism. Although there are some SNOMED CT browsers for browsing and searching SNOMED CT concepts, they are less effective because they do not consider such complexity of SNOMED CT. This paper depicts problems of current SNOMED CT browsers and analyze SNOMED CT dataset. Then, this paper analyze requirements of SNOMED CT browser which improves searching and selecting of appropriate clinical terms.
High Performance Ku-band 2W MMIC Power Amplifier for Satellite Communications

In this paper, we demonstrated a Ku-band 2W MMIC power amplifier for satellite communication applications. The device technology used relies on
GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) of Wireless Information Networking (WIN) Semiconductor foundry. The 2W MMIC power amplifier has gain of over 29 dB and saturation output power of over 33.4 dBm in the frequency range of 13.75 ~ 14.5 GHz. Power added efficiency (PAE) is a 29 %. To our knowledge, this is the highest power added efficiency reported for any commercial GaAs-based 2W MMIC power amplifier in the Ku-band.
Bus Arbitration Considering Waiting cycle

The conventional bus system architecture consists of masters, slaves, arbiter, decoder and so on in shared bus. As several masters can`t use a bus concurrently, arbiter plays an role in arbitrating the bus. The efficiency of bus usage can be determined by the selection of arbitration method. Fixed Priority, Round-Robin, TDMA and Lottery arbitration policies are studied in the conventional arbitration method where the bus transaction cycle, the wait cycle and the priority are primarily considered. In this paper, we propose the arbitration method that considers the wait cycle. Furthermore, we verify the bus transaction cycle and the wait cycle compared with the other arbitration methods through TLM(Transaction Level Model).
Conduction Path Dependent Threshold Voltage for the Ratio of Top and Bottom Oxide Thickness of Asymmetric Double Gate MOSFET

This paper has analyzed the change of threshold voltage and conduction path for the ratio of top and bottom gate oxide thickness of asymmetric double gate MOSFET. The asymmetric double gate MOSFET has the advantage that the factor to be able to control the current in the subthreshold region increases. The analytical potential distribution is derived from Poisson`s equation to analyze the threshold voltage and conduction path for the ratio of top and bottom gate oxide thickness. The Gaussian distribution function is used as charge distribution. This analytical potential distribution is used to derive off-current and subthreshold swing. By observing the results of threshold voltage and conduction path with parameters of bottom gate voltage, channel length and thickness, projected range and standard projected deviation, the threshold voltage greatly changed for the ratio of top and bottom gate oxide thickness. The threshold voltage changed for the ratio of channel length and thickness, not the absolute values of those, and it increased when conduction path moved toward top gate. The threshold voltage and conduction path changed more greatly for projected range than standard projected deviation.
Fast Median Filtering Algorithms for Real-Valued 2-dimensional Data

Median filtering is very effective to remove impulse type noises, so it has been widely used in many signal processing applications. However, due to the time complexity of its non-linearity, median filtering is often used using a small filter window size. A lot of work has been done on devising fast median filtering algorithms, but most of them can be efficiently applied to input data with finite integer values like images. Little work has been carried out on fast 2-d median filtering algorithms that can deal with real-valued 2-d data. In this paper, a fast and simple median 2-d filter is presented, and its performance is compared with the Matlab`s 2-d median filter and a heap-based 2-d median filter. The proposed algorithm is shown to be much faster than the Matlab`s 2-d median filter and consistently faster than the heap-based algorithm that is much more complicated than the proposed one. Also, a more efficient median filtering scheme for 2-d real valued data with a finite range of values is presented that uses higher-bit integer 2-d median filtering with negligible quantization errors.
Fast MOG Algorithm Using Object Prediction

In a MOG algorithm using the GMM to subtract background, the model parameter computation and the object classification to be performed at every pixel require a huge computation and are the chief obstacles to its uses. This paper proposes a fast MOG algorithm that partly adopts the simple model parameter computation and the object classification skip on the basis of the object prediction. The former is applied to the pixels that gives little effect on the model parameter and the latter is applied to the pixels whose object prediction is firmly trusted. In comparative experiment between the conventional and proposed algorithms using videos, the proposed algorithm carries out the simple model parameter computation and the object classification skip over 77.75% and 92.97%, respectively, nevertheless it retains more than 99.98% and 99.36% in terms of image and moving object-unit average classification accuracies, respectively.
Detection Accuracy Improvement of Hang Region using Kinect

Recently, the researches of object tracking and recognition using Microsoft`s Kinect are being actively studied. In this environment human hand detection and tracking is the most basic technique for human computer interaction. This paper proposes a method of improving the accuracy of the detected hand region`s boundary in the cluttered background. To do this, we combine the hand detection results using the skin color with the extracted depth image from Kinect. From the experimental results, we show that the proposed method increase the accuracy of the hand region detection than the method of detecting a hand region with a depth image only. If the proposed method is applied to the sign language or gesture recognition system it is expected to contribute much to accuracy improvement.

Motion detection according to the movement and the change area detection method according to the background difference and the motion history image for use in a motion estimation technique using a real-time image, the motion detection method according to the optical flow, the back-projection of the histogram of the object to track for motion tracking At the heart of MeanShift center point of the object and the object to track, while used, the size, and the like due to the motion tracking algorithm CamShift, Kalman filter to track with direction. In this paper, we implemented the motion detection algorithm based on color and shape information of the object and verify.

For balanced development of the Sejong City, early settlement in transport infrastructure should precede the most. Of various means of transport, this study focus on BRT(Bus Rapid Transit) and the railway. Than the subway construction costs only a tenth. A Performance Improvement on Navigation Applying Measurement Estimation in Urban Weak Signal Environment

In recent years, Transport Demand Management has been conducted for the efficient management of transport. In ITS applications in particular, the prerequisite is accurate and reliable positioning. However, the major problems are satellite signal outage, and multipath. This paper proposes that outage and multipath measurement can be detected and estimated using elevation angle and signal to noise ratio data association relation in stand-alone GPS. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method, it is then evaluated by the car test. the evaluation test environment has low accuracy and unreliable positioning because of signal outage or multipath such as steep hill and high buildings. In the evaluation test result, 918times abnormal signal occurred and it was confirmed that the proposed method showed more improved 9.48m(RMS) horizontal positioning error than without proposed method.

Around-View, the image processing device which increases the comfort of drivers is sold in the market. This system prevents accidents in advance while driving or parking. The accidents are caused with their inexperienced driving or bad visibility. It is developed for driving convenience. However, it dosen`t spread to the driver widely due to the problem of the high installation costs and complex installation process. First, expensive equipment second, difficult development environment and third, inconvenient installation procedure. So the drivers don`t have many opportunities to use this system and dare to develop this system. I think if one of the problems can be solved, users might be able to access this system at low cost. In this paper, the AVM(Around-View Monitoring) minimizes two of them. Expensive equipment, inconvenient installation. The costly problems were solved by using low-cost USB device and rear cameras. In view of inconvenient installation process, the new system was designed to make it easy for people to install it. Through this, it can ease the burden of consumers.

Smoke detector is commonly used to reduce fire detection time. However, technical problems regarding its inaccuracy of laser beam-receiving point on the surface of the sensor associated with incoming interference are identified when the laser transmitter and receiver are installed at a distance of about 100m. In this paper, we propose the auto focus alignment algorithm with high precision to adjust tilting angle of lasers caused by environmental interference so that solve existing issues using multi-level worm gear set.

Rear view cameras which help to park or to drive backward has been distributed through after-market, but it is inconvenient because they do not provide views of left, right and front sides. Around view monitoring(AVM) systems which can monitor around vehicle at a glance have been developed and equipped by vehicle vendor but systematic studies on these systems is lack. While the AVM system which equipped on Infiniti cars of Nissan is adequate to monitor around vehicle at a glance, it has disadvantages that additional cabling because of using analog cables is required and image quality is lowered due to EMI/EMC intervention. The around view monitoring system implemented in this paper has advantages that there are no EMI/EMC problems because of using optical network and that cabling is simple because of using plug-and-play ways. Additionally, an advantage of MOST150 network is that camera nodes and display node can be easily installed in the form of plug-and-play.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm that select efficient relay nodes using information of network environment and nodes. The proposed algorithm can be used changeable weight factors as following network environment in node density. The routing protocols adopting store-carry-forward method are used for solving network problems occurred by unstable end-to-end connection in Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs). Exiting DTN routing algorithms have problems that large latency and overhead because of deficiency of network informations. The proposed algorithm could be provide a solution this problems using changeable weight factor and prediction of network environment. Thus, selected relay nodes work efficiently in unstable and stressed network environment. Simulation results show that enhancement performance as overhead, delivery ratio, average latency compared to exiting DTN routing algorithm.

Edge Detection is a technique that obtains the particular information of the image using the brightness variation of pixel values and utilized for preprocessing in various image processing sectors. The conventional edge detection methods such as Sobel, Prewitt and Roberts are processed by applying the same weighted value to the entire pixels regardless of pixel distrbution and provides somewhat insufficient edge detection results. therefore, this paper has proposed an edge detection method considering the direction and magnitute of pixels by applying a modified directional mask.
Energy Saving Smart Illuminating System Implementation Based on Obstacle Environment Presetting

This paper describes the smart illuminating system based on the obstacle environmental presetting to improve the user convenience to easy lighting and energy conservation. Obstacle environment has trouble controlling the illuminating equipment using manual buttons in certain circumstances, which requires a smart remote controller. The smart remote controller is operated by the smart phone, motion sensor and timer to turn on and off the lamps. The event sensor module transmits the signals of the event occurrence to equipment on the remote place when smart phone and motion sensor detect an event, and the illuminator received the event turn on or off the lamp. The system results in energy saving by simple on/off control and manipulating the operating time with controlling the illuminating system preset by user`s obstacle or preference circumstances. The proposed system implementation is experimented to figure out the energy saving about13.5w/h and the optimized convenience control.

In modern society, to be achieved status as a Science edutainment experience, not just a science museum is established. It requires strategy and differentiation of a variety of entertainment, including theme parks, games, movies which are youth like. When the understanding of the audience for the principles of science to improve the use of ICT Convergence contents display, you need to take measures to increase the effectiveness of the Science Museum by giving the function of interesting leisure space in addition to the popular area of Science Education, Scientific and Cultural aspects reached. This role requires a science museum as a cultural space with the community as a chapter in science education. Science Museum is not a need to worry about what will convey to the public as efficiently as the Mecca of the educational content for the National Science Education. The analysis of the external environment, the composition will take on science education as a mecca of science education and how to combining ICT convergence technology in modern society beyond mere science museum experience and education in this study.
Three-Dimensional Map System Using Integral Imaging Technique

In this paper, we suggest three-dimensional information extraction map system using integral imaging technique. Integral imaging can record multiple elemental images with different perspectives using a 2D image acquisition device with lenslet array. Using these images, integral imaging can obtain 3D information and display 3D image. In this paper, the position difference between elemental images can be obtained using summation of absolute difference (SAD), and then 3D information can be extracted. Therefore, this technique can find the height information of 3D objects.
