As ICT ecosystem changes, security-related threat on individuals and corporations has increased. With the recent sophistication of hacking strategy, hacking serves commerce and its scale becomes larger than ever. Accordingly, the analysis on cyber intrusion is required. As a number one electronic government around the world, the government's role for security solution for realization of safe electronic government. This manuscript analyzes cyber intrusion cases, speculates the government's measures and suggests political recommendation for the current phenomena.
Analysis and measurement of service area of ocean-based DGPS reference station in Korea

Based on the radio wave measurement of korean ocean-based DGPS by season, in this paper, the service coverages of ocean-based DGPS reference stations were analyzed according to the climate and season. The signal strengths and signal-to-noise ratios in the land service areas that are provided by ocean-based DGPS reference stations were measured. The ocean-based DGPS reference station except reference stations on the mountainous terrain and the low ground conductivity provide more than 68% service area in comparison with the designed land service coverage providing by the ocean-based DGPS reference stations. To provide the designed service area that is unrelated to a season, it is necessary to install and operate the DGPS reference station with good ground conductivity and high efficiency antenna. Also, the poor service regions which is generated by obstacles of electric wave on pathway can be resolved by the double service area providing by land-based DGPS reference stations.
Source Identification in 2-Dimensional Scattering Field Based on Inverse Problem

Inverse problem is very interest in the sciences and engineering, in particular for modeling and monitoring applications. By applying inverse problem, it can be widely used to exploration of mineral resources, identification of underground cables and buried pipelines, and diagnostic imaging in medical area. In this paper, we firstly consider 2-dimensional EM scattering problem and present the FDTD method to estimate unknown source. In this case, non-linear CGM technique is used to investigate unknown sources corresponding to measured data obtained from forward problem in near field. The proposed technique for solving the inverse source problem presents a reasonable agreement and can be applied to investigate an internal source signal of embedded security module.
ART2 Based Fuzzy Binarization Method with Low Information Loss

In computer vision research, binarization procedure is one of the most frequently used tools to discriminate target objects from background in grey level binary image. Fuzzy binarization is a reliable technique in environment with high uncertainty such as medical image analysis by setting the threshold as the average of minimum and maximum brightness with triangle type fuzzy membership function. However, this technique is also known as contrast sensitive method thus its discrimination power is not so great when the image has low contrast difference between objects and backgrounds and suffer from information loss as a result. Thus, in this paper, we propose a fuzzy binarization using ART2 algorithm to handle such low contrast image analysis. Proposed ART2 algorithm is applied to determine the medium point of membership function in the fuzzy binarization paradigm. The proposed methods shows low information loss rate in our experiment.
A method of searching the optimum performance of a classifier by testing only the significant events

Too much information exists in ubiquitous environment, and therefore it is not easy to obtain the appropriately classified information from the available data set. Decision tree algorithm is useful in the field of data mining or machine learning system, as it is fast and deduces good result on the problem of classification. Sometimes, however, a decision tree may have leaf nodes which consist of only a few or noise data. The decisions made by those weak leaves will not be effective and therefore should be excluded in the decision process. This paper proposes a method using a classifier, UChoo, for solving a classification problem, and suggests an effective method of decision process involving only the important leaves and thereby excluding the noisy leaves. The experiment shows that this method is effective and reduces the erroneous decisions and can be applied when only important decisions should be made.
Refining Rules of Decision Tree Using Extended Data Expression

In ubiquitous environment, data are changing rapidly and new data is coming as times passes. And sometimes all of the past data will be lost if there is not sufficient space in memory. Therefore, there is a need to make rules and combine it with new data not to lose all the past data or to deal with large amounts of data. In making decision trees and extracting rules, the weight of each of rules is generally determined by the total number of the class at leaf. The computational problem of finding a minimum finite state acceptor compatible with given data is NP-hard. We assume that rules extracted are not correct and may have the loss of some information. Because of this precondition. this paper presents a new approach for refining rules. It controls their weight of rules of previous knowledge or data. In solving rule refinement, this paper tries to make a variety of rules with pruning method with majority and minority properties, control weight of each of rules and observe the change of performances. In this paper, the decision tree classifier with extended data expression having static weight is used for this proposed study. Experiments show that performances conducted with a new policy of refining rules may get better.
Speaker Recognition Performance Improvement by Voiced/Unvoiced Classification and Heterogeneous Feature Combination

In this paper, separate probabilistic distribution models for voiced and unvoiced speech are estimated and utilized to improve speaker recognition performance. Also, in addition to the conventional mel-frequency cepstral coefficient, skewness, kurtosis, and harmonic-to-noise ratio are extracted and used for voiced speech intervals. Two kinds of scores for voiced and unvoiced speech are linearly fused with the optimal weight found by exhaustive search. The performance of the proposed speaker recognizer is compared with that of the conventional recognizer which uses mel-frequency cepstral coefficient and a unified probabilistic distribution function based on the Gassian mixture model. Experimental results show that the lower the number of Gaussian mixture, the greater the performance improvement by the proposed algorithm.
Direction-of-Arrival Estimation of Speech Signals Based on MUSIC and Reverberation Component Reduction

In this paper, we propose a method to improve the performance of the direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation of a speech source using a multiple signal classification (MUSIC)-based algorithm. Basically, the proposed algorithm utilizes a complex coefficient band pass filter to generate the narrow band signals for signal analysis. Also, reverberation component reduction and quadratic function-based response approximation in MUSIC spatial spectrum are utilized to improve the accuracy of DOA estimation. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the well-known generalized cross-correlation (GCC)-based DOA estimation algorithm in the aspect of the estimation error and success rate, respectively.Abstract should be placed here. A Study on the Propagation Environment for VHF Maritime Digital Communications Operation in South Sea Area

The IMO has recommended on VHF digital communications operation for sailing ships from 2017. And ships more than 5 tons is obliged to digital communications by fishing Vessels Act and Vessel Safety Act in domestic. The owner of all vessel is equipped to the automatic position reporting device in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to regulations, It shall be ensure to navigations safety and in order to respond quickly in the event of maritime accidents on all vessels. The info-communications station of fishery is operating the automatic position reporting system using the VHF DSC in east sea from 2012, Continuously, which is underway the install plan in south sea and yellow sea. But this plan is very difficult, because of propagation environment is poor on account of complicated coastline and many islands. This paper has analyzed the propagation coverage for position setting of coast station in south sea and the traffic zone set up by compare with RSSI and methode of navigation tracking by VMS.
Comparison of Time Offsets by Tropospheric Zenith Path delay models and Mapping Functions in GPS Time Transfer

This paper shows effects of tropospheric delay models and mapping functions among delay features occurred when GPS code signal is transferred for GPS Time Transfer. GPS time transfer uses CGGTTS as the international standard format. For geodetic GPS receiver, ROB has provided r2cggtts software which generates CGGTTS data from RINEX data and all laboratories participated in TAI link use this software and send the CGGTTS results periodically. Though Saastamoinen zenith path model and Niell mapping function are commonly used in space geodesy, r2cggtts software applied NATO zenith path model and CHAO mapping function to the tropospheric delay model. Hence, this paper shows effects of two tropospheric delay models by implementing Saastamoinen model and Niell mapping function for the time offset.
A Study of Efficient Viterbi Equalizer in FTN Channel

In this paper, we analyzed efficient decoding scheme with FTN (Faster than Nyquist) method that is transmission method faster than Nyquist theory and increase the throughput. we proposed viterbi equalizer model to minimize ISI (Inter-Symbol Interference) when FTN signal is transmitted. the proposed model utilized interference as branch information. In this paper, to decode FTN singal, we used turbo equalization algorithms that iteratively exchange probabilistic information between soft Viterbi equalizer (BCJR method) and LDPC decoder. By changing the trellis diagram in order to maximize Euclidean distance, we confirmed that performance was improved compared to conventional methods as increasing throughput of FTN signal.

QoS techniques and transmitted in real-time communication with the advancement of technology a variety of applications and services are available these days, mobile devices bogeuphwa LTE technology to the development of multimedia services with high quality can be realized. In order to satisfy this condition simply with a router with an increased bandwidth expansion by considering the increase in the routing table of the network scalability problems included. Burst traffic data to be distributed according to the environment is to be centered. To do this, the destination -based routing method to transmit the current paper -based (Source routing) routing settings are required. In this paper, published by the IETF, IP switching system based on standardized protocol Label Switching Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network by using the existing Best Effect is difficult to guarantee QoS for multimedia transmission in MPLS network environment using optimized QoS guarantees to transmit the multicast.

Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. In this study, by considering these realities, what impact location based constructs on smartphone environment, continuous intention to use you want to identification. Thus, this study conducted of preference the influencing factors for location based constructs. First steps, based constructs known empirical studies were categorized information, entertainment, safe&emergency, navigation&tracking and advertising& commerce. Second Steps, the categorized factors were analyzed preference relationship between constructs using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique. Questionnaire survey was conducted to those who employees S Telecom in Busan city and Gyeongnam province during 2000. 4. 15 and 2014. 4. 30. The result of the analysis might be summarized that the navigation(0.133) has the highest preference ran in the constructs. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.
Design and Implementation for Child Tracking System using GPS and WiFi under Android Environment

Recently feature phones are being replaced by smartphones. Because smartphones have various sensors, there are many applications and research works that utilize them. Very few feature phones have GPS modules but all smartphones are equipped with a GPS sensor. One of the hot issues for smartphone research and development is point interest research. In this paper, we will develop an application which protects children using GPS and WiFi.. If a child gets out of the interest-area which is established by parents or guardian, our system sends them messages.

Although there were many activities to provide FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) service by several foreign countries such as United States, FMC service could not make a good success for a number of reasons for example, customers indifference and lack of needs. On the other hand, recently FMC is showing its good progress at B2B market in foreign government such as in Germany and US satisfying e-government and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) needs. This paper studies FMC service of foreign countries and as a result makes a analysis presenting issues for Korean e-government service. Also, we make several suggestions to energize FMC service success.

In this paper, we apply the learning of the mobile robot insect augmented reality Digilog Book. In the era of electronic, book written in paper space just have moved to virtual reality space. The virtual reality, constraints spatial and physical, in the real world, it is a technique that enables to experience indirectly situation not experienced directly as user immersive experience type interface. Applied to the learning robot Digilog Book that allows the fusion of paper analog and digital content, using the augmented reality technology, to experience various interactions. Apply critical elements moving, three-dimensional images and animation to enrich the learning, for easier block assembly, designed to grasp more easily rank order between the blocks. Anywhere at any time, is capable of learning of the robot in Digilog Book to be executed by the mobile phone in particular.

In this paper, we analyze emddings among HFCube(n,n), HCN(n,n), HFN(n,n) with lower network cost than that of Hypercube. The results are as follows. We propose that
can be embedded into HFCube(n,n) with dilation 5, congestion 2. HCN(n,n) and HFN(n,n) are subgraphs of HFCube(n,n). HFCube(n,n) can be embedded into HFN(n,n) with dilation 3. HFCube(n,n) can be embedded into HCN(n,n) with dilation O(n). The results will be helpful to analyze several efficient properties in each interconnection network.

SaaS at a cloud computing is a framework to provide a software as a service. Depending on the difference of the tenant and the use, if the service provider re-establish a service, they are required resources In terms of costs and managerial. So we propose a technique for analysis of software structure using the process algebra to reuse existing software. A process algebra analyze the structure of the software, express in different languages and verify that it can be reused. CCS in a process algebra is useful to convert the business process or XML, by using this, we structure a process as process view and propose meta storage for comparison and management a structured document.

According to continuous development of information technology, it is needed to make convergence of other disciplines such as humanities and area studies. Among convergence fields related to information technology and humanities/area studies, electronic cultural atlas represents various digitalized cultural information on electronic map using spatial data such as points, lines, and polygons through time, spatial, and subject axises. Knowledge map is to represent special academic information based on electronic cultural atlas. In details, knowledge map can provide integrated information sharing and spread because academic information associated with electronic cultural atlas and data related to per subjects, regions, and period become organically connected. Therefore, knowledge map may be utilized to promote scholastic research and diffuse research result. In this paper, we describe basic concept and composition of knowledge map and propose design method to construct knowledge map.

Recently, medical expenses are increasing because of the accelerated aging phenomenon, thus study for the medical service of high quality and reduction of medical expenses should be continued as yet. Diligence/Indolence records are the key data for a human resource management and the basic data to measure the salaries of the employees. However, existing mechanical or electro-magnetic diligence/indolence management systems have the problems that the systems are often incorrect or require much cost to build them. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence management system using a smart device of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system acquires the location data of the employee using the MAC addresses of both a smart device and access points of the WiFi and transfers the data of punching-in/out based on the acquired location to a server. The benefit of the proposed system is that it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I management system with low cost because the system exploits smart devices and WiFi access points installed previously.

Knowledge of the manufacturing process of semiconductor devices in order to obtain a copper pattern using chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) planarization using a Wafer polishing process is applied with a thickness of the copper measured in real time, which need to be precisely controlled by, where the acquisition the actual thickness of the sensor value with the calculated value in terms of error can occur in the process. Analysis of Electrical and Optical Characteristics of Silicon Based High Sensitivity PIN Photodiode

In order to improve spectrum sensitivity of photodiode for detection of the laser at 850 nm ~ 1000 nm of near-infrared wavelength band, this study has produced silicon-based fast film PIN photodiode and analyzed electrical and optical properties. The manufactured device is packaged in TO-18 type. The electrical properties of the dark currents both Anode 1 and Anode 2 have valued of approximately 0.055 nA for 5 V reverse bias, while the capacitance showed 19.5 pF at frequency range of 1 kHz and about 19.8 pF at the range of 200 kHz for 0 V. In addition, the rising time of output signal was verified to have fast response time of about 30 ns for 10 V. For the optical properties, the best spectrum sensitivity was 0.66 A/W for 880 nm, while it was relatively excellent value of 0.45 A/W for 1,000 nm.
Design of Synchronized Power Control Embedded System Based on Core-A Platform

This paper realize power control embedded system with one master of Core-A 32-bit RISC processor and several slaves controling power with synchronized digital signals. Core-A platform is consisted of Core-A processor, AMBA bus, SSRAM, AC97, DMA, UART, GPIO etc. Slave is made by both digital part and analog part. The former generates various power control patterns synchronized with master signal. The latter converts 220V power proportional to 4 bit digital signals. design of Embedded system is executed in Flowrian II, in which software is cross-compiled and hardware is verified by simulation. Embedded system is implemented in FPGA board and CPLD chips as well as PCB board for analog power control.

This paper has analyzed threshold voltage roll-off for bottom gate voltages of asymmetric double gate(DG) MOSFET. Since the asymmetric DGMOSFET is four terminal device to be able to separately bias for top and bottom gates, the bottom gate voltage influences on threshold voltage. It is, therefore, investigated how the threshold voltage roll-off known as short channel effects is reduced with bottom gate voltage. Recently, SUA(Sudden Unintended Acceleration) are increasingly occurred. However, all the responsibilities of SUA are accepted by an innocent driver despite of painful results due to mystery of accurate cause. If a driver raises this kind of trouble to the corresponding manufacturer, the automaker collects EDR installed in that vehicle and provides the result of their analysis as it turns out most of the analysis results were diagnosed "there is nothing wrong with the car". In this trend, the technology to protect drivers' position from SUA should be developed. In this study, the researchers aimed to develop a black box system that collects additional data from throttle valve which is considered as one of major causes of SUA accidents, in order to explain cause of SUA and defend innocent drivers.

Nodes in WSNs must operate under limited energy resource. Controlling access to the channel in WSNs plays a key role in determining channel utilization and energy consumption. This paper introduces a priority-based time slot allocation protocol for hybrid TDMA/CSMA MAC in WSNs. This protocol combines both TDMA and CSMA techniques while introducing prioritization by (m,k)-firm constraint. The performance of this protocol is obtained through simulations for various number of nodes and show significant improvements in delay and packet delivery ratio compared to S-MAC.
A Study on the Parallel Escape Maze through Cooperative Activities of Humanoid Robots

For the escape from a maze, the cooperative method by robot swarm was proposed in this paper. The robots can freely move by collecting essential data and making a decision in the use of sensors; however, a central control system is required to organize all robots for the escape from the maze. The robots explore new mazes and then send the information to the system for analyzing and mapping the escaping route. Three issues were considered as follows for the effective escape by multiple robots from the mazes in this paper. In the first, the mazes began to divide and secondly, dead-ends should be blocked. Finally, after the first arrivals at the destination, a shortcut should be provided for rapid escaping from the maze. The parallel-escape algorithms were applied to the different size of mazes, so that robot swarm can effectively get away the mazes.

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN), standardized as IEEE 802.15.6, enable digital devices on/around the human body to communicate with one another. WBAN is essentially a person's piconet consisting of a master (mobile) device and several slave devices, which follows his/her mobility pattern, and hence, occasionally collides with another piconet as people meet or pass by. As such, a mechanism to detect collision and avoid interference is needed for intra-piconet communications. In this paper, we focus on this notorious problem of piconet collision and propose Distributed Time Division Piconet Coexistence (DTDPC) using local time offset exchange as a simple, attractive solution. The proposed DTDPC provides different level of services for various applications. Besides our simulation results have shown that the proposed solution outperforms the conventional CSMA protocols.

This study analyzes the influence of the logistics quality of Chinese internet shopping mall on the customer satisfaction. This study also analyzes the influence of the customer satisfaction on the word-of-mouth intention. Then this study examines whether there is a difference among the influences of the logistics quality on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' traits. As a result, when it comes to the logistics quality, carriage, after service and kindness influence customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction influences word-of-mouth intention similarly. And this research reveals that the logistics quality can not differently influence on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' gender and ages.

Xe gas is moved to target from GPM. It is used to feasible nuclear reaction from proton of 30MeV cyclotron being investigated by the Xe-124 gas target system. This system is divided into four parts. The hardware system was constructed by solidworks 3-D CAD and Helium supply is to cool the Havor foil. The Cooling water has the job of cooling down the temperature when Xe gas is being investigated in the target. Temperature and pressure gauges are attached to be checked easily. GPM has the part that prepares to transport Xe gas. There are storage vessel that stores Xe gas, the cold trap that filters humidity and impurity and lastly storage vessel that temporarily stores Xe gas. HCS using the helium is to clean and cool for each part. These parts are configured with SIEMENS PLC and PcVue monitoring program for more comfortable and easy maintenance.

Recently, with the popularization of smartphones, augmented reality has become even more familiar to the public as an application that can provide realistic images as a tool for location-based services. Therefore, as a location-based application for smartphones that is appropriate for the application of augmented reality technology, the study develops a golf information system. Golf is the sport for which we should exactly know the accurate shape or distance to the destinations or obstacles, so the sport is suitable for applying the augmented reality technology. Even though the sport of golf has constantly increasing population to play it with the popularization of it, presently released golf-related smartphone apps are established as 2D images or in GPS basis; thus, they lack a sense of realism unfortunately. Thereupon, this study develops a golf information system by modifying and complementing usefully Mixare, the open source for augmented reality, for the sport of golf into an augmented reality-based system that can provide various information according to the actual environment of the golf course and describes how to apply it actually to the golf course.
