In this point of view, next generation Internet is required for strengthening comparative advantage in industry and infrastructure in country. So in this paper, identifying the limitation of present Internet, and the concept of next generation Internet. Finally it is suggested in this paper that definition of optical Internet as next generation Internet of which technical situation and evolution direction, then provide to the implication for successful its establishment.
Performance Analysis of DS/CDMA System in 2.4GHz ISM-band Wireless LAN

Wireless LANs in the 2.4 ㎓ ISM- band create a new Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) problem. We investigated the interference characteristics between such wireless LANs in the case of identical systems, systems with different technical parameters for modulation and demodulation, and using a Gaussian noise source as a disturbance source. Experimental results show that higher throughput is obtained when adjacent wireless LANs use different systems, and that interference characteristics can be evaluated experimentally using a Gaussian noise source. Calculated BER characteristics for the interference agree with experimental measurements, indicating that this calculation method can be used for the design of the wireless LAN network to avoid interference. It is possible to construct an efficient wireless LAN network by combining different wireless LAN systems.
Two-Dimensional Pilot Symbol Aided Channel Estimation for OFDM Systems over Frequency Selective Rayleigh Fading Channel

In this paper we analyze the performance of 2-D PSAM for wireless OFDM systems. We apply the analysis of single-carrier PSAM to the 2-D time-frequency lattice of OFDM. To estimate channel fading, we use interpolation filter which minimizes the average power of error as compensation method and analyze the affects on the system performance of the pilot symbol pattern on the 2-D time-frequency lattice. Finally according to the CP and the Doppler frequency, we analyze the performance of 2-D PSA-16QAM for OFDM systems over frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel model.
Performance Analysis of Multi-Carrier CDMA System by Co-Channel Interference Cancellation Technique in Mobile Communication Channel

In this paper we have evaluated the degree of performance improvement in Multi-Carrier CDMA system adopting CCI canceller against MUI under mobile channel coexisting MU which is a major interference degrading the performance of Multi-carrier CDMA system. As a result of analysis, BER performance was improved by adopting CCI canceller and it was found that the amount of performance improvement was largely increased as Eb/No became higher. Throughput Analysis of Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA System in Rayleigh Fading Channels

ALOHA Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA systems in the multipath Rayleigh fading channel. The throughput of two systems are compared according to the length of a packet in the fast Rayleigh and the slow Rayleigh multipath fading. As a result, we have known that Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system has less capacity than wideband DS-CDMA system in the same bandwidth, but throughput of Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system is higher than that of wideband DS-CDMA system. And in Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA systems, higher throughput can be obtained through shortening the length of packet in the fast Rayleigh fading, and it is efficient to control the length of a packet adequately or increase the system capacity of Multi-Carrier DS-CDMA system in the slow Rayleigh fading.
Load Balancer Performance Testing and Analysis for Improving Web Server Performance

In this paper, we tested and analysed the performance of the load balancer which advances the performance of web server farm. Load balancer distributes the traffic that is inputting from internet and accepts client's connection requests to its maximum capacity. Then we test the maximum connection requests per second that load balancer processed and the load balancing that established with the load balancer.

This is an example of ABSTRACT format. We made a HTTP server using 8 bit microprocessor It was TMP84c015 which applied a z80 core and RTL8019AS was installed for an ethernet physical layer. Assembly language was used to optimized a performance of the MPU, to overcome an restriction of memory sire and to maximize the throughput of packet using TCP, UDP, IP, ICMP, ARP protocol. We used LabVIEW to verify the each protocol on the client side.
Congestion Control of CBT Multicast Routing Mechanism with load balancing methods

In this paper, we propose a new CBT(core-based tree)multicast routing Mechanism by load balancing mechanism. CBT may result in traffic concentration and bottlenecks near the core routers since traffic from all sources nodes the same set of links as approaches the core. So the router have to load packet to new core router for such congestion. Congestion information is given by rtt(round trip time) between designed core router and the other router.

Characteristics on sea level variations in the South Indian Ocean

According to standard procedures as defined in the users handbook for sea level data processes, I was compared to Topex/Poseidon sea level data from the first 350days of mission and Tide Gauge sea level data from the Amsterdam- Crozet- Kerguelen region in the South Indian Ocean. The comparison improves significantly when many factors for the corrections were removed, then only the aliased oceanic tidal energy is removed by oceanic tide model(11) in this period. Making the corrections and smoothing the sea level data ()ver 60km along-track segments and the Tide Gauge sea level data for the time series results in the digital correlation and RMS difference between the two data of c=-0.12 and rms= 11.4cm, c=0.55 and rms=5.38cm, c=0.83 and rms=2.83cm, and c=0.24 and rms=6.72 for the Amsterdam, Crozet and Kerguelenplateau, and Kerguelen coast, respectively. It was also found that the Kerguelen plateau has a comparisons due to propagating signals(the baroclinic Rossby wave with velocity of -3.9 ~-4.2cm/sec, period of 167days and amplitude of 10cm) that introduce temporal lags(
: 10~30days) between the altimeter and tide gauge time series. The conclusion is that on timescales longer than about 10days the RMS sea level errors are less than or of the order of several centimeters and are mainly due to the effects of currents rather than the effects of stories(water temperature, density) and winds.
RTP based Multicast Transmission Technique of Video Stream for Real-Time Multimedia Transmission

In this paper, we describe a method for real-time transmitting video streams based on RTP. In order to guarantee synchronous video streams, we propose a method to grasp network situations by analyzing end-to-end network traffic. In addition, we present an algorithm for satisfying QoS requirements of real-time multimedia transmission and maintaining continuity of transmission. It describes a buffering method for overcoming bandwidth limitations and an analyzing method based on RTCP for grasping network traffic situation to resolve the problem of real-time transmission of video streams.
The Generation of Cube Panorama Virtual Reality Environment

Virtual Reality technology is divided two parts Panorama technology to embody VR on space and Object technology to embody VR of things. About Object VR technology until present, they provided a cube access way, then observer can see object up, down, left, right side and zoom-in, zoom-out, but there is a fact that up-and-down expression is distorted or shows shortcoming that is not expressed by limited situation of manufacture way in Panorama VR's expression. Therefore, in this research, we examine the shortcoming that do not become top-and-bottom expression through basic concept of Panorama and Panorama VR manufacture process and do to propose cube type of new data format that permit up-and-down expression as a real world and compose Panorama VR space.
Three Phase Voltage Phase Shifter Using Three Phase PWM AC/AC Buck Converter

Phase shifter has been used as a means of power-flow control and for transient stability improvement in AC transmission system. Until now, phase shifters have been based on an injection transformer. Conventional phase shifters with tap changers require regular maintenance and allow only step-like control of the phase angle. This paper propose a three-phase phase shifter using PWM AC/AC converter, which can improve system response and control stability in the applications. This paper deals with the circuit topology, operating principle so that the features of the phase shifter will be shown through computer simulation, especially using PSIM software.
A study on the adaptive control used in a system with variable load

This paper proposed a speed adaptive control system with load torque observer and feed-forward compensation using neural network for air compressor system driven an induction motor. The motor receive impact load change under the influence of piston movement of up and down, and so it difficult to obtain good speed control characteristics. With real-time adjusting control gain estimated in neural network, control characteristics of motor is improved. The validity of the proposed system is confirmed through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation.

The Design of Low Noise Downconverter for K-band Satellite Multipoint Distribution Service

In this paper, we designed a downconverter for K-band satellite multipoint distribution service(SMDS). The designed downconverter consists of a low noise amplifiers, bandpass filter, stable local oscillator, drain mixer and If Amplifiers. Low noise amplifiers show 28㏈ gain and 1.5㏈ noise figure in the frequency range of 19.2㎓~20.2㎓, and a band pass filter has a -l㏈ insertion loss, and 18.25㎓ Stable local oscillator which is dielectric resonant oscillation, We obtained that the output power of the 18.25㎓ oscillation frequency is 0.5㏈m and the phase noise is the -84.67㏈c at 10KHz offset frequency. With the input RF signal the 19.2㎓~20.2㎓, conversion gain of the drain mixer shows 5㏈ at the Intermediate frequency range of 950MHz~1950MHz. We have proved that the designed downconverter satisfied the specification of a K-band satellite multipoint distribution service and it can be applied to the satellite internet receiver.
A Study on the Directivity of Portable Telephone Antenna

In this paper, the electric field distribution and directivity on human head caused by portable phone is analyzed. An analysis model is composed of a human head model and the antenna mounted on the same ground plane as portable telephone size. The QMSA to load a capacitor without limitation of the electric force is used In the computational model to apply to the antenna mounted on portable phone. This antenna is designed to operate in the near of frequency 2.0㎓, is observed the radiation characteristics of the antenna and their variations as a function of distance from the human head.
Implementation of Image Processing System for the Defect Inspection of Color Polyethylene

This paper deals with inspect algorithm using visual system. One of the major problems that arise during polymer production is the estimation of the noise of the color product.(bad pallets) An erroneous output can cause a lot of losses (production and financial losses). Therefore new methods for real-time inspection of the noise are demanded. For this reason, we have presented a development of vision system algorithm for the defect inspection of PE color pallets. First of all, in order to detect the edge of object, the differential filter is used. And we apply to the labelling algorithm for feature extraction. This algorithm is designed for the defect inspection of pallets. The labelling algorithm permits to separate all of the connected components appearing on the pallets. Labelling the connected regions of a image is a fundamental computation in image analysis and machine vision, with a large number of application. Also, we suggested vision processing program in window environment. Simulations and experimental results demonstrate the performance of the proposal algorithm.
An Efficient Algorithm for 3-D Range Measurement using Disparity of Stereoscopic Camera

The ranging systems measure range data in three-dimensional coordinate from target surface. These non-contact remote ranging systems is widely used in various automation applications, including military equipment, construction field, navigation, inspection, assembly, and robot vision. The active ranging systems using time of flight technique or light pattern illumination technique are complex and expensive, the passive systems based on stereo or focusing principle are time-consuming. The proposed algorithm, that is based on cross correlation of projection profile of vertical edge, provides advantages of fast and simple operation in the range acquisition. The results of experiment show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
A New Binary Thresholding Method using Bit-plane Information

A new approach for determining global threshold value of binary image is proposed in this paper. In the proposed algorithm, bit-plane information which involve the shapes of original image is used for dividing image into two parts; object and background. Optimal threshold value are selected based on difference values of average between two regions, which is considered in global binary thresholding. Proposed method is no need to set a initial value, and consequently, it is relatively simple as well as robust. Experimental results showed a good performance in preserving edge not only continuous tone images but also document image.
Synchronization and Secure Communication in Hyper-chaos system using SC-CNN

In this paper, we use hyper chaos circuit which is made through the phase differences which is generated during the process of weak-coupling of CNN between two and more chaos attractors. Notwithstanding the complexity of the hyper chaos, we could do the synchronization and according to it, Secure communication through this method coo]d be accomplished. On this research, we configurated 2-double scroll and 3-double scroll circuit ,not using Chua circuit, but SC-CNN(State-Controlled CNN) which is more flexible to configure the system.

Sea Level Variabilities in the East Asian Marginal Seas by Topex/Poseidon Altimeter Data

The first 7 years of altimeter data from the TOPEX/POSEIDON(T/P) were analyzed to study the surface circulation and its variability in the East Asian Marginal Seas. Long term averaged T/P sea level time series data where compared with in situ sea level measurements from a float-operated type tide gauge around of south Korea and Japan. T/]P data are a large contaminated by 60-day tidal aliasing effect, very near the alias periods of M2 and 52. When this 60-day effect is removed, the data agree well with the tide gauge data with 4.6 cm averaged RMS difference. The T/P derived sea level variability reveals clearly the well-known, strong current-topography such as Kuroshio. The T/P mean sea level of North Pacific(NP) was higher than Yellow Sea(YS) and East Sea(ES). The T/P sea level variability, with strong eddy and meandering, was the largest in eastern part of Japan and this variability was mainly due to the influence of bottom topography in Kuroshio Extension area.
