WEB Advertising and Electronic Commercing Method Based on Dual LCD Monitor

The tophead monitor is a dual screen monitor that concludes auxiliary monitor with size 6.4 inch on the top of monitor. The bottom monitor screen provide previous function in the same way as before and the auxiliary monitor screen is arranged contents of internet advertising icon, banner advertising icon, moving picture screen, mail icon, etc. If you click contents, contents is moved peristaltically with the bottom monitor screen. The dual monitor screen is controlled by mouse and keyboard in the same way as before.
An Implementation of Smart Card Identification System Using 1 vs. 1 Fingerprint Matching

According to the rapid development of information and communication, various services are offered using information and communication infrastructure for example e-commerce, internet banking, stock dealings, etc. This time, the most important problem is personal identification. But now secret number that is used to personal identification mostly can be misappropriated. To solve this problem, this paper proposes smart card identification system using 1 vs. 1 fingerprint matching. Information protection and security of smart card excel and use is convenient. And fingerprint becomes the focus of public attention in biometric field. Implemented system in this paper is based on PC. This system stores minutia that is fingerprint information into smart card and compare it with personal minutia. Therefore this system is sure to be on personal identification. If this system is applied to various services, safety degree of services will be enhanced.
A Study on Design and Fabrication on X-Band Oscillator for radar system

In this paper, A X-band voltage-controlled hair-pin resonator oscillator(VCHRO) is able to a local oscillator or a signal source in transmitter/receiver of a microwave communication system for mobile radar, is designed and fabricated In order to apply mobile radar system is used the hair-pin resonator stronger on shock or vibration than the dielectric resonator, and also, in order to improvement the phase noise and output power is used a system of serial feedback format A hair-pin resonator was simulated by momentum method of HP ADS and then a oscillator circuit was designed that operates at 10.525 GHz by nonlinear method in harmonic balance simulation. The HRO generated output power of 6.93 dBm at 10.525 GHz, phase noise of -57.74 dBc at 100 kHz offset from carrier and the 2'nd harmonic was suppressed -23.90 dBc.
Design of Synchronization Algorithms for Burst QPSK Receiver

In this Paper we describe the design of synchronization algorithms for burst QPSK receiver, which are applicable to BWLL uplink. The demodulator consists of digital down converter, matched filter and synchronization circuits. For symbol timing recovery we ufo Gardner algorithm. And we use forth power method and decision directed method for carrier frequency recovery and phase recovery, respectively. For the sake of performance analysis, we compare simulation results with the board implemented by FPGA which is APEX20KE series chip for Alter. The performance results show it works quite well up to the condition that a frequency offset equal to 4.7% of symbol rate.
A Study on the Kalman Filter Automatic Frequency Control in Impulsive Noise Environments

In this paper in order to estimate a frequency offset in the presence of the impulse noise, the kalman filter automatic frequency control has been presented and compare with some well-known automatic frequency control. The kalman filter automatic frequency control has shown its potential robustness against the impulsive noise, keeping a stable frequency acquisition performance among all the automatic frequency control considered, resulting in the reduction of the preamble length for training the automatic frequency control and the higher efficiency in transmission power.
The design of the blocking system against file infected with virus on router

The technology of the internet has made advanced progress the number of users increase rapidly. but, the technology doesn't only show users good and beautiful sides. the immoral hackers containing even children create computer viruses, and then spread them over network. so it makes the threat of viruses more serious. In this paper, we designed an improved blocking system against the infected file with viruses on router after analysing blocking systems against virus previously developed. comparising with other systems, the system designed is more efficient in terms of communication in complexity since it omits the transmission time between router and blocking system.
The Design of Resource Assignment Algorithm using Multiple Queues-FIFO over Residential Broadband Network

Earlier efforts on optical access concentrated on the design of PONs for the collection and distribution portion of the access network. In these networks the optical hardware in the RN is very simple, but a multiple access protocol is needed for upstream traffic control. On the other hand, the role of communications is already well established in the office environment. With the advent of cheap, affordable broadband communications and the increasing complexity of consumer electronics, it seems natural to extend the network into the home. As the application of Home Area Network is ever increasing, we therefore consider connectivity between access network and home network which generates various traffic to design MAC protocol over residential network. Global-FIFO is quite simple and allows dynamic upstream bandwidth assignment on the basis of a request-and-permit mechanism. It has good bandwidth efficiency and being cell-based, it does not consider the various traffic from home network. In this paper, we design and analyze the new MAC resource assignment algorithm called MQ-FIFO (Multiple Queue-FIFO) that provides good performance under the environment of ATM-PON and Home Network.
An Effective Method for Approximate Fault-Tree Analysis

In this paper I describe an Effective method by which analyzes the Fault-Tree, with Shannon decomposition. The advantage of this method are: 1) All the minimal outsets can not be preprocessed. 2) The maximum error can be prespecified. 3) s-dependent system also can be analyzed. But disadvantage is that certain subtrees of the decomposition tree can not be determined easily.
Distributed Resource Allocation in Multimedia Ad Hoc Local Area Networks Based on OFDM-CDMA

A resource management scheme for ad hoc wireless local area networks (AWLAN's) is presented. This scheme combines distributed resource management scheme and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing-code division multiple access(OFDM-CDMA) technique to support multimedia services with QoS guarantees. The performance evaluation has done in terms of blocking rates and QoS loss probability.

An Implementation of Non-invasive Blood Pressure System Using Variable Characteristic Ratio

There are two methods in blood pressure measurement ; Invasive methode and Non-invasive method. The Invasive methode can get the 띠cod pressure measurement but, patient feel uncomfortable. So Non-invasive methode used generally. The Oscillometric method is typical Non-Invasive method. This method is commonly used to measure BP in electric sphygmomanometer and has various algorithm. In this paper it is described about a algorithm, it controls, determinates the cuff pressure, and fillers the measured BP data. This system can interface with PC(personal computer) by RS-232 and save the measured data in PC. This system deflates the cuff pressure by Solenoid valve. The main algorithm are oscillometric and maximum amplitude algorithm(MAA). MAA has various measured oscillation, it depends on patient's age, height, weight and arm circumference size. In this paper proposed system can measure Systolic BP, Diastolic BP, and Mean BP using Interpolation, Auto Reinflation algorithm.
A Study on Bandwidth management of Media Gateway for Multi Services

Owing to the change of various services requirement and the change of communication paradime as the development of new transit network technology: ATM, MPLS and DWDM, the latest PSTN is evolving into the next generation network, which have the very high speed integrated packet network of open-type structure. but in the next generation network, the existing voice service is being researched for the continuous technology development as the important service from the viewpoint of communication business. This paper suggests the method of efficient bandwidth management in the media gateway that can accommodate the various new services as well as the existing voice services by appling to the next generation network.
Motion Recognition of Worker Based on Frame Difference

In this Study, we try to suggest a system that recognize worker's regular motion more effectively First, based on frame difference that separates still background from movable object to video that make a film of worker's motion. The next, with edge detection, estimating the center of motion could recognize continuous motion. By action cognition system that design in this research films worker's action using fixed CCTV to supplement problem of action awareness system that is applied in existent industry spot, various mountings to get action information minimized. Also, shorten session that need in awareness enforcing action awareness through image subtraction and edge detection between frame to reduce time necessary to draw worker's body part special quality, expense designed inexpensive action cognition system as being efficient.
An Implementation Of Digital Signal Processing System For The Baseline Elimination

As size of waveform is very small, ECG(electrocardiogram) signal is difficult to analyze for noise which is occurred when it measures. In order to obtain ECG clearly, it must eliminate that power line interference, baseline wandering, noise of muscle constriction. In ECG, the worst problem which is recorded signal of ECG is the baseline wandering elimination, which is occurred by rhythm of respiration and muscle constriction of part from attaching to an electrode. Such the baseline is roughly irregular wandering and shaking up and down therefore the part of the baseline wandering elimination is very important because it is difficulty of ECG diagnosis. In this study, as implementation of real-time signal processing digital filter it is applicable to analyze patient's heart disease by way of design of the baseline wandering elimination system.
A Study on Signal Control Effect for Lower Jitter Value in Optical Disc Memory

This paper presents the system that decreases the Jitter value having an important effect for signal quality in optical disc memory. Level controller of input signal was made and applied to line between format generator and laser beam recorder of DVD. This try means to decrease jitter value without adjustment for many kinds of mastering process. Experimental results show that the jitter value is about 6.9%.
A Study on block histogram's comparison for cut detection

Video retrieval system must offer representation frame list to do to do play from point that user wants. Representation frame list can get though cut detection point exactly. This paper dismembers frame to fixed block to cut detection point, and compare same block histogram cost of next time frame. If result that compare does not exceed thresold, detect next frame to cutting.
A Study on the Starting Characteristics Prediction of Induction Motors

This paper presents methods of parameter measurement and starting characteristics of a 3 phase induction motor. The motor parameters measured by DC test, blocked rotor test, and no load test are used as the input data for computer simulation. Starting characteristics are analyzed through computer simulation using measured parameters, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results obtained by using strain gauge attached on the motor shaft. It is conformed that the experimental results are very similar to those of the simulation.
The Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics and Modeling of Brushless DC Motor

DC motors have widely been used in the field of variable-speed driving system since it is easy to control flux and torque of the motors precisely but it is hard to check and maintain those periodically. In addition, there are difficulties in high power and high speed running due to rectifying limit of commutator, and are a lot of restrictions in installation. Therefore, speed control in BLDC(Brushless DC) motors have seriously been studied for a long while. In this paper, a mathematical model of BLDC motor driven by PWM inverter is developed. Dynamics and steady-state characteristics of BLDC motor are simulated and analyzed with a series of experiments for the parameter estimation : torque, speed, phase voltage and current.
FBAR devices for RF bandpass filter applications

In this article, piezoelectric films and their application for film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) devices are presented. The FBAR is composed of piezoelectric film sandwiched between top and bottom electrodes and an acoustic reflector of SiO2/W stacked multilayers. Various FBAR devices were fabricated and evaluated through simulation and measurement. The insertion loss, return loss and Q-factor were observed to be reasonably high and good. The FBAR technology seems very promising particularly for RF band filter application.
The Design of Transceiver for High Frequency Data Transmission

This paper has been studied about design of a transceiver for data transmission. The transceiver has bandwidth of 424.7~424.95 MHz and uses half duplex communication method, PLL synthesized, 20 channel, 12.5 KHz channel bandwidth and FSK modulation/demodulation method. The transmission set is designed using low noise amplifier and power amplifier Also, it consists of low pass filter and resonation circuit for decrease of spurious signal. The receiver set is designed using dual conversion method. Finally, the transceiver set achieves the following characteristics 9.71dbm output power, 47dbc spurious property and

A 16 bit FPGA Microprocessor for Embedded Applications

SoC(System on Chip) technology is widely used in the field of embedded systems by providing high flexibility for a specific application domain. An important aspect of development any new embedded system is verification which usually requires lengthy software and hardware co-design. To reduce development cost of design effort, the instruction set of microprocessor must be suitable for a high level language compiler. And FPGA prototype system could be derived and tested for design verification. In this paper, we propose a 16 bit FPGA microprocessor, which is tentatively-named EISC16, based on an EISC(Extendable Instruction Set Computer) architecture for embedded applications. The proposed EISC16 has a 16 bit fixed length instruction set which has the short length offset and small immediate operand. A 16 bit offset and immediate operand could be extended using by an extension register and an extension flag. We developed a cross C/C++ compiler and development software of the EISC16 by porting GNU on an IBM-PC and SUN workstation and compared the object code size created after compiling a C/C. standard library, concluding that EISC16 exhibits a higher code density than existing 16 microprocessors. The proposed EISC16 requires approximately 6,000 gates when designed and synthesized with RTL level VHDL at Xilinix's Virtex XCV300 FPGA. And we design a test board which consists of EISC16 ROM, RAM, LED/LCD panel, periodic timer, input key pad and RS-232C controller. 11 works normally at 7MHz Clock.
Estimation of Motion Vector for Moving Picture Encoding

The proposed algorithm is based on the reduced dimensional decomposition not only 2 dimension SDDF's but also of given 2 dimension specification. A Study on Dynamically Visual System that Vision and Sense of Equilibrium are Fused

Calculated velocity distribution was used to visual information by image that is obtained from camera. The visual velocity of object that is obtained from this visual information were fused and experimented. That is, need motion of eye that motion of head that happen by external disturbance or move of camera itself to get stable image in environment that receive external disturbance can be compensated. In this treatise, algorithm that control gaze which vision and sense of equilibrium are fused in environment with external disturbance proposed, and thing that compare with that it controls gaze only that control gaze which vision and sense of equilibrium are fused in the experiment result and position deflection is few confirmed. This was because action of camera prop is effect that record conclusion error of the speed because the appearance speed is decreased being compensated by angular velocity sensor.
An Implementation of Firewall System Supporting High Speed Data Transmission in 3-tier Client/server Systems

In the firewall systems of 3-tier client/server systems, in general, data transmission speed is declined rapidly according to the duplicated proxy services in application server and fire wall server. In this paper, an application server configuration containing the proxy functions of firewall system is proposed so that the high speed data transmission can be achieved. The proposed application server can form the dual-homed gateway by means of the additional network interface card. The screened router of application server forms the screened subnet gateway that can separate the internal network. The proposed server configuration is more effective in traffic control than the traditional firewall systems and provides high speed data transmission with the functions of firewall. It can be also cost-effective alternative to the firewall system.
Intelligent Control Method Using Genetic Algorithm and Fuzzy Logic Controller

In the fuzzy control method behaves more robustness than conventional control method, we propose a intelligent control method that membership functions and scaling factor of the fuzzy logic controller are optimized by genetic algorithm under off-line, and then fuzzy logic controller is constructed by the optimization parameters under on-line. In order to verify the usefulness of the proposed control method, we are applied to one link manipulator, and confirmed that the proposed control method is reduced the fuzzy rule base and is the better performance than the conventional fuzzy control method.
