On the Effect of Residual Stress on Fracture Behavior at the Welded Zone According to Annealing Temperature

In this study, a mild steel (SS41) of the carbon steel, a spring steel (SUP-9), and stainless steel (SUS 304) of the special gceel, etc, are adopted as the experimental materrials and are weded by
(SS41, SUP-9), TIG (SUS304), respectively. And the residual stress distribution and fracture behavior at the welded zone are examined according to annealing temperatures of four section involving as welded. As a consequence, the best annealing temperatures that the residual stress is removed enough and mechanical properties are very suitable are at 90
(SUS 304), respectively.
An Experiment Study on the Safety of Exterior tile According to Setting Method.

Today, the conception of building architecture is changing the conception that it is a kind of product and the operator of construction try to produce excellent building through developing efficiency and materials of building component This study improves the problematic point of the exterior tile setting, through making an experiment on the method of it and purposes doing to do the exterior tile setting of good quality as it selects out of the most conformable the method. The experimental materials choose the tile of 60
108 mm size which are using frequently in the exterior tile setting and ready mixed compound for bonding mortar. The methods of tile Betting utilize the method of the tile setting and laying, the method of the tile improved setting and laying, the method of the pressing adhesion, the method of the improved pressing adhesion and the method of setting adherent (the method of VIBRATOR).
Plastic Deformation in an Interface Crack under Mode III Loads

The effect of plastic deformation in an interfacial crack is considered. Yield zones are assumed to have the form of a strip along the interface. The crack is subjected to mode III loads at infinity and lies along the interface of two semi-infinite planes with different material properties. The size of the yield zones, the relation between the size of the yield zone and CTOD are obtained in a closed form solution. The J integral also can be obtained in a closed form Solution.
A Study on the Methodology for Effective Safety Instruction

This study as a series of the previous study, "A Study on the Methodology for Planning Safety Prevention, " is to find out what method will be the best for efficient safety instruction using a questionware with the five questions. Based on the answers from directly working labors, this study has been processed with procedures as follows； 1) Review on general safety instruction. 2) Distribute questionwares to only on-the-job labors. 3) Analyze the results from questionwares. 4) Conclude efficient method from the results analyed.
A study on Flow Characteristics of Gas Turbine Type Combustor

The combustion process in gas turbine combustor mainly influenced by flow pattern in combustor, and especially the flow pattern near the nozzle and the shape of recirculation zone affect strongly on the flame stabilization, temperature distribution and combustion efficiency in combustor. In this paper, the author has designed and manufactured transparent simplified model combustors on the basis of K. Suzuki's combustor design method to investigate the effects of swirl number and secondary air hold arrays in axial position on the flow characteristics by adopting the tuft method and 5 hole pitot tube.
