Password, a traditional user confirmation method that is used for more than 100 years, has become useless as a lot of transactions are dealt by indirect contacts. As a result, an alternative for password is required now. In this paper, we propose a novel confirmation method, which is called Brain-Key. It uses an indirect password input method. It reduces the risks due to hacking, and prevents a big credit accident because it prevents passwords to be reused. Our proposed model has general applicability so that it can be applied in domestic market as well as international markets. This research may provide solutions for the security problems in the electronic commerce.
A Threshold Ring Group Signature for Ubiquitous Electronic Commerce

Ubiquitous electronic commerce can offer anytime, anywhere access to network and exchange convenient informations between individual and group, or between group and group. To use secure ubiquitous electronic commerce, it is essential for users to have digital signature with the properties of integrity and authentication. The digital signature for ubiquitous networks is required neither a trusted group manager, nor a setup procedure, nor a revocation procedure etc. because ubiquitous networks can construct or deconstruct groups anytime, anwhere as occasion demands. Therefore, this paper proposes a threshold ring signature as digital signature for secure ubiquitous electronic commerce using the ring signature without forgery (integrity) and the (n,t) ring signature solving the problem cannot prove the fact which a message is signed by other signer. Thus the proposed threshold ring signature is ubiquitous group signature for the next generation.
Analysis of Music and Photo for User Creative Movie

Consumers changed to the subject to produce a digital contents as data transmission technique is advanced and a digital machine is diffused variously. Users are interested greatly in a user creative movie (UCM) production among various online contents. The UCM production method which uses the music and picture is the method that users make the UCM more easily. However, the UCM production service has the problem that any association does not exist in the music and picture and that the picture changes according to fixed time interval without the relation at a music rhythm. To solve this problem, we propose the UCM production method which uses a music analysis and picture analysis in the paper. A music analysis finds a picture change time according to the rhythm and a picture analysis finds the association of the picture. A music analysis finds strong parts of the sound which uses Root-Mean-Square (RMS). And a picture analysis classifies the picture as a scenery picture and people picture which uses structure simplicity of the picture(SSP) and face region detection. A picture analysis got correct result of 86.4% in the experiment and we can finds the association at each picture and arranges the sequence which the picture appears. Therefore, if we use a music and picture analysis at the UCM production, users may make natural and efficient movie.
Generation of semantic Web service based on Ontology by CBD

This study suggests that it dynamically generates semantic Web services from Java and C++ components in order to supporting semantic Web service by using ontology. And the semantic Web should enable greater access not only to content but also to services on the Web. It needs semantic service discovery for components. So, we add ontology-based framework to Web service generation system from components. Especially, components and ontologies are transformed UML model so that it makes WSDL documents to support a generation of dynamic Web service using object modeling. The main contribution of this study is to generate web service dynamically from components and to support semantic Web environment by using ontology. In other words, this study integrates semantic Web service based on ontology and CBD method.
A Study on the Effects of Excessive Price Discounts etc. on Consumer Purchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall

The development of e-commerce made a great effect on all the aspect of marketing mix. Especially, marketing stimuli of Halfplaza.com, excessive price discounts and auction by order of arrival, spread out gradually in internet shopping mall industry. The study showed that excessive price discounts combined with auction by order of arrival increased consumer`s perceived value, but decreased perceived risk. In conclusion, legal protections must be established since consumers tend to be vulnerable to various marketing mix of deceptive e-commerce players.
The Sequential Effects of Site and Customer Characteristics of Internet Shopping Malls on Perceived Risks and Purchase Intention

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the site characteristics and the customer characteristics of Internet shopping malls on perceived risk and purchase intention. In order to fulfill this objective, we employ the survey methodology to gain data and analyze them using a structural equation model. The results of this study show that both the site characteristics and the customer characteristics of Internet shopping malls did not have a direct effect on purchase intention. Instead, perceived risk has effects on purchase intention. This implies that perceived risk is playing an important role in e-commerce.
Performance Enhancing of Web service by Simplifying Architecture in Web 2.0

In this paper, we are to overcome the latency problem of current Web 2.0 Web Services system. To overcome the standard mobile web services implementation, a SOAP message processing system (SMSP) was proposed in which the SOAP request and response messages are directly processed without using Servlet engine. Our system can completely support standard Web Services protocol, reducing communication overhead, message processing time, and server overload.
A Personalized Mobile Service Method of RSS News Channel Contents for Ubiquitous Environment

Although wireless devices are the most suitable device for ubiquitous environment, they have restrictive capacities when using internet services than desktop environments. Therefore this research proposes a wireless internet service method that uses contents-based personalization. The existing websites can easily and promptly access desired news articles and other data through RSS-linked web contents and by the personalization method. The proposed method will make using wireless internet easier while lowering contents production costs. Moreover, personalized mobile web news contents that satisfy the preferences of users can be serviced.
Metadata Ontology Design for B2B Business Process Registries

B2B registries are information systems to register B2B related business information such as companies` profiles, business documents, business processes, and services and to provide query facilities to find information about potential business partners. Focusing on the design of the registry for B2B business processes, in this paper, a metadata ontology is designed to register B2B business processes. In practice, there are several competitive business process definition languages such as ebXML BPSS (Business Process Specification Schema), WSBPEL (Web Service Business Process Execution Language), BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), and so on. In order to register heterogeneous business processes based on different representation frameworks, the proposed metadata ontology consists of three layers, common metadata, language-specific metadata, and interrelationship metadata. To show the usefulness of the proposed metadata ontology, two examples which are represented by ebXML BPSS and WSBPEL respectively are described in order to show how the proposed metadata ontology is used to registry B2B business processes. To implement the proposed metadata ontology using ebXML registry, metadata mapping scheme to ebRIM (ebXML Registry Information Model) is also suggested.
Separate Factor Caching Scheme for Mobile Web Service

The objective of this study is to provide faster mobile web service by improving performance of Contents Cache used for mobile web service in the existing Mobile Gate System. It was found that two elements existed in Mark-Up page transcoded by Contents Generator. One of the elements was dependent only on the requested DIDL page and Mark-Up type. The other was dependent on each of the requested DIDL page, Mark-Up type, size of mobile display 모바일 장치 to request service, type of images available and color depth count of the images available. The conventional Contents Cache saved the entire Mark-Up page to hold both of the two elements. This caused the problem where storage space was not effectively used because reusable elements were repetitively saved in cache memory domain due to change in one of the elements even though all the other elements were the same. As a result, a larger number of transcoded Mark-Up pages could not be saved in the same cache memory size. Therefore, in this study, Mark-Up pages transcoded by Contents Generator were divided into two elements and were separately saved. Also, in order to respond to the demand for replacing data in cache with new data, this study applied two algorithms of LFU and LRU. This study proposed the method to implement cache performance of faster speed by enabling to save more number of the transcoded Mark-Up pages in the same cache storage space.
