Study on the impact of volunteers` participation motives and interpersonal relationship on the volunteer satisfaction - Fucusing on ○-gun in Chungcheongbuk-do -

In this study we investigate how motive and personal relations of volunteers impact their volunteering satisfaction. The objects were 313 members of a volunteer group in
-gun, central region. We conducted survey from 2014 April 2 to August 31. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis, through SPSSWIN 18.0 program,(empirical analysis verification : significance level of 5%). The results are as follows: First, with the general characteristics, we found that females, the educated, and the married get more satisfaction. Second, with the local characteristics, long-term residents and the members, who think volunteer activity contribute to the local development, feel more satisfaction. Third, volunteer who has high participation motives, has strong volunteering satisfaction. Finally, volunteers feel more satisfaction when they maintain a good relationships in interpersonal relationship. This study implicates that volunteer activity participation motives and personal relations have a great impact on volunteering satisfaction, to be the basis for volunteer`s satisfaction improving policy in the future.
An Error Synchronization running on IP-USN Gateway Software Stack for Transportation Safety Service

This paper describes an error synchronization running on IP-USN gateway software stack for transportation safety service. This system consists of an TS_EDA, and TS_ESA. TS_EDA is an agent that detects an error for multimedia distance system based on IP-USN gateway software stack environment. TS_ESA is an agent that is an error synchronization system for multimedia distance control based on IP-USN gateway software stack environment. From the perspective of multimedia collaborative environment of IP-USN gateway software stack for transportation safety service, an error application becomes another interactive presentation error is synchronized with participants engaged in a cooperative work.

The relationship of information collection and utility is relationship of man to man, but is developed object to object by information communication and control system. This paper suggests a multimedia collaboration environment based on M2M(Machine to machine). We propose a study on reliability for application QoS in distributed multimedia. When it recovers, the characteristic of this system is to use the same method to get back again it as it creates a session.

Nowdays, in order to reduce recent traffic accident the traffic accident research which uses IT techniques is plentifully advanced. But, when running away traffic accident occurs, the assault vehicle the searching is difficult very from site. Respected a traffic accident investigation scientification RFID techniques and type expense to use an ubiquitous theory constructs the traffic accident preventive system which is efficient the algorithm which proposed. Especially in this paper, It simulated that every hour changes road follows produces the optimum traffic safety speed which in situation and weather condition.
The Influence of a Short-term Temple Stay Experience on Daily Life Stress Reduction

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of a short-term temple stay experience on daily life-stress reduction and continuance. The result of this study is as follows. Average daily stress index of male and female after temple stay was remarkably low more than before. Stress index was relatively highly in the following order: just before temple stay, three months, a month, a week after temple stay. By age stress reduction, index of 60s` male was highest while one of 30s` and 40s` female was rather high.
Programmed APTES and OTS Patterns for the Multi-Channel FET of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

In this paper, we have investigated a selective assembly method of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) on a silicon substrate using only photolithographic process and then proposed a fabrication method of field effect transistors (FETs) using SWCNT-based patterns. The aminopropylethoxysilane (APTES) patterns, which are formed for positively charged surface molecular patterns, are utilized to assemble and align millions of SWCNTs and we can more effectively assemble on a silicon (Si) surface using this method than assembly processes using only the 1-octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS). We investigated a selective assembly method of SWCNTs on a Si surface using surface-programmed APTES and OTS patterns and then a fabrication method of FETs. photoresist(PR) patterns were made using photolithographic process on the silicon dioxide (SiO2) grown Si substrate and the substrate was placed in the OTS solution (1:500 v/v in anhydrous hexane) to cover the bare SiO2 regions. After removing the PR, the substrate was placed in APTES solution to backfill the remaining SiO2 area. This surface-programmed substrate was placed into a SWCNT solution dispersed in dichlorobenzene. SWCNTs were attracted toward the positively charged molecular regions, and aligned along the APTES patterns. On the contrary, SWCNT were not assembled on the OTS patterns. In this process, positively charged surface molecular patterns are utilized to direct the assembly of negatively charged SWCNT on SiO2. As a result, the selectively assembled SWCNT channels can be obtained between two electrodes(source and drain electrodes). Finally, we can successfully fabricate SWCNT-based multi-channel FETs by using our self-assembled monolayer method.
Comparison of Adaptive Algorithms for Active Noise Control

In this paper, we confirm the effective adaptive algorithm for tha active noise contorl (ANC) though the performance comparison between adaptive algorithms. Generally, the normalized least mean square (NLMS) algorithm has been widely used for an adaptive algorithm thanks to its simplicity and having a fast convergence speed. However, the convergence performance of the NLMS algorithms is often deteriorated by colored input signals. To overcome this problem, the affine pojection (AP) algorithm that updates the weight vector based on a number of recent input vectors can be used for allowing a higher convergence speed than the NLMS algorithm, but it is computationally complex. Thus, the proper algorithm were determined by the comparison between NLMS and AP algorithms regarding as the convergence performance and complexity. Simulation results confirmed that the noise reduction performance of NLMS algorithm was comparable to AP algorithm with low complexity. Therefore the NLMS algorithm is more effective for ANC system.
Authentication Method for Safe Internet of Things Environments

Internet of Thing is a collection of various technical components, and the interworking among heterogeneous devices, networks, applications is expected to be accelerated through the openness of IoT platform. For this reason, many technical and administrative security threats will occur in IoT environments. In this paper, authentication methods of recent researches are analyzed for safe IoT services, and new mutual authentication protocol is proposed to provide more secure communication. The proposed protocol prevents an impersonation as malicious gateway or illegal device providing mutual authentication between gateway and IoT device. The performance analysis and evaluation of proposed authentication protocol are performed.
A Study on Ergonomic Design Factors for Driver`s Seat of Tractor

This study focuses on the dimensions of tractor seat, which is one of the important link between the tractor and the operator based on ergonomic approach in the design process. 7 anthropometric data sets were introduced from Korean and US anthropometric database for adult male and female including length of buttock to back of knee (sitting), height of lowest point of shoulder blade (sitting), underside elbow height (sitting), and so on. Design factor for the tractor seat included dimensions of seating surface, dimensions of backrest surface, and the location of armrest. The shape of spinal curve and clothing correction should be also considered during the design process. The result of this study can be used as a guideline for the design process of tractor seat.

Joint flexibility is an important factor which affect the process and duration of the therapeutic methods in the filed of occupational therapy. Hip joint flexibility and electromyography (EMG) of major flexor and extensor for the hip joint were examined to understand the biomechanical characteristics of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). Hip joint flexibility increased
on average after PNF was performed by a designated assistant on 10 college students. EMGs of quadriceps femoris muscle and hamstring muscles agreed with biomechanical characteristics of proprioceptive organs in muscles.
Bandwidth Prediction for the Rectangular Planar Monopole Antenna by Radiation Mode Identification

In this paper, we have illuminated the radiation modes of rectangular planar antennas to interpret the nature of the wideband characteristic upon which formulas for bandwidth prediction are presented. Rectangular planar antennas are being investigated by many researchers in virtue of relatively simple design and fabrication procedures to replace the cylindrical monopoles. But the design principle for rectangular planar antennas is still based on that of cylindrical monopoles, and the nature of the wideband characteristic and the formula to estimate the upper band frequency are not analyzed yet. In this research, we have shown the patterns of the radiation modes explaining the wideband characteristic and also proposed the upper band frequency with minor modification for the lower band frequency formula based on mode formation principles. Finally we have confirmed the validity of our results, within 10 % accuracy, by the application to some published results.
Low-Frequency Haptic Interface Developed for Electrical Safety Experience Education

Electric shock due to the increased use of power, equipment accidents, electrical accidents, such as electric fire and also continues to grow. To prevent electric shock accidents, an experience education is more effective than indoctrination education. But an electric shock experience education system required a proper physical stimulation on human body to experience electric shock. In this study, we conducted a study to take advantage of the realistic haptic interface using a low-frequency type experiential learning and prevention education. Results of this study could be applied to an electric shock experience education system.
