Journal of Korean Society for Geospatial Information System, volume 17, issue 2, 2009, Pages 3~9
These days, the value of the limited land rises in the city according to the increase of the population and the industrial development. And various studies on estimating the land price have been accomplished for the purpose of using the land efficiently. As a result, the officially assessed land price system was arranged. However the system is insufficient to reflect realities. Therefore, in this study, we examined the spatial distribution of the land price by joining spatially the officially assessed land price of Haeundae-gu, Busan from 2004 to 2008 to the map of lot number. We also computed and compared the change rate of the land price for 5 years. And we analyzed the relation between factors including the distance from the subway station, the land use and the land category which have an effect on the officially assessed land price and it using GIS technology.

Journal of Korean Society for Geospatial Information System, volume 17, issue 2, 2009, Pages 71~79
In this study, a distributed rainfall-runoff model, K-DRUM, based on physical kinematic wave was developed to simulate temporal and spatial distribution of flood discharge considering grid rainfall and grid based GIS hydrological parameters. The developed model can simulate temporal and spatial distribution of surface flow and sub-surface flow during flood period, and input parameters of ASCII format as pre-process can be extracted using ArcView. Output results of ASCII format as post-process can be created to express distribution of discharge in the watershed using GIS and express discharge as animation using TecPlot. an auto calibration method for initial soil moisture conditions that have an effect on discharge in the physics based K-DRUM was additionally developed. The baseflow for Namgang Dam Watershed was analysed to review the applicability of the developed auto calibration method. The accuracy of discharge analysis for application of the method was evaluated using RMSE and NRMSE. Problems in running time and inaccuracy setting using the existing trial and error method were solved by applying an auto calibration method in setting initial soil moisture conditions of K-DRUM.

Journal of Korean Society for Geospatial Information System, volume 17, issue 2, 2009, Pages 91~99
In the field of geospatial information, 3D shape information has been considered as a frame data for GIS. Many kind of physical shape information is, especially, required for the works related with space, such as planning, maintenance, management, etc. Conventional photogrammetry was implemented under the conditions with expensive metric cameras and analytical plotters operated by experts. Nowadays, however, the metric cameras and analytical plotters are replaced by low price non-metric digital cameras and personal computers by virtue of the progress in digital photogrammetry. This study aims to investigate the technology to easily and promptly produce 3D shape information required in geospatial information system using close-range photogrammetry with non-metric digital cameras. As the results of this study, 3D shape of an experimental object was made out with a common compact digital camera and only a known length of a line component in the object and the accuracy of the dimension of 3D shape was analyzed to be less than one pixel.
