A Study on the Awareness of Safety Security Manpower of Important Wooden Cultural Heritage

This research examined the business system and current status of the safety security manpower managing directly important wooden cultural heritage and grasped on the current situation of arrangement, age, and duties of safety security manpower arranged in 158 important wooden cultural heritages. Also, it intends to highlight the current status and implications of safety security and suggest developmental direction for the establishment of wooden cultural heritages preventive measures in the future.
Maintenance of Infiltration-type Facilities for Non-point Source Pollutant

This study was conducted to improve the Nonpoint-source pollutant treatment plant efficiency and maintenance. Field and laboratory permeability test were conducted three times each before and after displacement. It is concluded that displacement cycle should be at least five years and that dredging cycle should be at least three months and at most one year.

The damage caused by natural and human disasters has been increasing year by year. While the damage from these disasters are unavoidable, reduction of damage level by proper establishment of control measures could be sufficiently achievable. Disaster prevention resources include resources introduced in the event of disaster, such as human, materials, equipments and facilities. Rapid yet proper inputs of these resources are the key factor to minimize any damages from the disaster. Currently, however, the standard and/or criteria for mobilization of the disaster prevention resources have not yet systematically established. Therefore, proper resource management as well as efficient resource input has not been in place. This research is an early stage construction of efficient mobilization resources, which had been irregularly loaded and applied before. Also this study has tried to provide a classification rule for efficient disaster prevention resource management and mobilization, and indeed, provide a foundation for efficient resource management system.

Therefore this study was presented by analyzing the impact on the domestic construction industry according the way to determine the successful bidder, the evaluation order method and the operational issues through the analysis of order status, order number, results of acceptance an order, success rate range, results of acceptance an order according to weight success rate, results of acceptance an order by work type and order institution of a turnkey alternative tendering construction performed in domestic civil part.
A Study on risk management measurers about High-rise APT

This paper studied the potential risk of high-rise apartment by analysis of the loss ratio of housing fire insurance, statistics related high-rise apartment fire, and the insured amount of housing fire insurance, and, found that it is so high and need the improvement of risk management measures for high-rise apartment. Accordingly, the study recommend the composit risk management measures including preventing of fire expanding for higher stories, a shelter for people of hire-rise apartment, and sprinkler protection, etc. Also as risk transfer measures, the composit risk measures for high-rise apartment includes the full insurance of housing fire insurance, third party property liability insurance, and development of endorsement for special risk such as a typhoon, liability etc.
Dynamic Stability of a Railroad Bridge Using Bi-prestressing Technology

As the high speed railroad line increases, researches on developing a more economic high speed railroad bridge system have been actively conducted. In this paper, a new type of prestressed concrete girder based on the bi-prestressing technique, which can introduce additional prestress, is presented. The additional prestress can be introduced using a wedge-shaped pin bar into the upper part of the girder section. The applicability of the new girder technique to the high speed railroad bridge is verified via the dynamic stability analysis. Dynamic moving load analyses using the KTX train load are conducted on bridge systems with the span lengths of 30m, 35m, and 40m, respectively. The results of the analysis show that all bridge systems satisfy the limits prescribed in the design specifications to ensure structural stability, driving safety, and ride quality.
Analysis of Standard Construction by TBM Diameter through the Rock Scenario Models in the Field

Construction Management means a comprehensive plan of given the resources and the operation of the elements to complete the construction within the construction period. The construction period of these shall be determined by calculation based on reliable initial business. However, in actual field, inaccurate task duration is determined to the intuitive judgments of representative, reference of a similar project construction period of the past. As previous studies for the improvement of existing methods, This study presented a standard model that can be utilized in the early stages of construction projects for the TBM method operating by diameter (2.6m, 3.0m, 3.5m, 5.0m, 8.0m), and This study presented and calculated construction period which can estimated quickly the entire outline the construction period Therefore, When performing TBM construction work in the future, the total construction period which presented and analyze by TBM diameter, can be used as a useful material which plan and manage construction contracts, construction estimating, construction planning to the basic planning stage, and the basic design stage.
Field Application of Epoxy Asphalt Mixture for Steel Bridge Deck

The paper presents the field applications and evaluation results of solid epoxy asphalt mixture for steel bridge deck. The material was developed in Japan. The material properties of epoxy asphalt mixture were evaluated through various literature review, and the mix design and mixture evaluation were conducted. According to the research results, the application of epoxy asphalt mixture for steel bridge deck was noticeable compare to the conventional ones. In addition, results from 3D finite element analysis showed that the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture for steel bridge deck was proved to be satisfied. As a result, a pilot test section was constructed using the epoxy asphalt mixture produced from conventional batch plant system. BPT test results showed that friction of the epoxy asphalt mixture was higher than the requirements compare to that of the conventional one.

Also, the awareness of earthquake prevention was investigated and basic results for preparing earthquake prevention measures were suggested for high school students living in school facilities at length.
A study of the need for education and first aid recognition level of Security major students

In this study, we investigated the recognition of the first aid of guard major college students are trained to deal well and flexibly to the situation of unforeseen circumstances, you are trying to present the teaching methods and effective importance of first aid. Analysis of data collected in this study is as follows: The results obtained using the statistical program SPSS18.0. First, education has not been done properly, there is no difference between the average score of people who did not receive the people who received the fact of first aid veritable we are specialized in, the second education systematic is needed, training of first aid has not been properly implemented, problems of education there were many. Third, because there is no difference in the level of knowledge by training institutions of first aid, the places where there is training of first aid, there is no effect on the knowledge level. Therefore, it can be the need training first aid practical to enhance the ability to proactively address the situation of contingencies.
