This study is focused on the developing of the telecommunication industry for the analysis on the social changes. We predict, the role increase greatly inpotant foundational society structure of coming twenty-one century. In the scope and method of this study there must invalve following five items: constructed global society, developing economic, limit resources, change personal behavior, security of living, This problem to find a solution to the change of telecommunication industry policy in Korea.
A RF Module for digital terrestrial and multi-standard reception

The RF Module which can be adjusted for a digital terrestrial and multi standard(DVB-C, ISDB-T, DVB-H) reception is developed. The Module by single conversion does divide a broadband(45MHz~860MHz) broadcasting channels into three-bands(UHF, VHF_HIGH, VHF_LOW) to satisfy some electrical performances such as image signal rejection, phase noise, IF flatness etc and digital reception specifications such as analog and digital adjacent channel protection, co-channel protection which is important in environment with co-existence both analog and digital broadcasting systems.

One of the computer application fields which started showing noticeable new growth trends in recent years is the real time communication distributed computing application field. Object -oriented(OO) real time(RT) distributed computing is a form of real-time distributed computing realized with a distributed computer system structured in the form of an object network. In this paper, we describes the application environment as the DHS (distributed high-precision simulation) with TMO structure. The TMO scheme is aimed for enabling a great reduction of the designer's effort in guaranteeing timely service capabilities of distributed computing application systems. It has been formulated from the beginning with the objective of enabling design-time guaranteeing of timely action. In the real time simulation techniques based on TMO object modeling, we have observed several advantages to the TMO structuring scheme. TMO object modeling has a strong traceability between requirement specification and design, cost-effective high-coverage validation, autonomous subsystems, easy maintenance and flexible framework for requirement specification.
Fish Schooling Behavior Simulator for the Contents Production of Cyber Underwater Environment

Crowd behaviors on cyber underwater environment are often produced in entertainment contents, such as films and games. It is easy for us to come in contact with the scenes appearing a lot of characters as digital films and animation works are increased gradually, owing to developing of computer graphics. Though the processing a scene of crowd and the behavior system of crowd, related to the processing techniques of crowd behavior in cyber space, have been implemented so far, the research for developing the natural crowd behavior simulator can not be still satisfying. In this paper, we designed a realistic and efficient Fish Schooling Behavior Simulator for the contents production of cyber underwater environment, which showed each type of fish behavior in cyber underwater smartly, and which generated the animating the behavior automatically, reducing the time and cost.

A Study on the Mac Protocol for Multichannel Network Underwater Acoustic Communication

This paper proposes the new efficient system design strategies for the acoustic-based underwater multiple modem and media access control protocol. The system aims to establish the acoustic-based communication network of an underwater vehicles for deep sea mining, which ensures a certain level of maximum throughput regardless of the propagation delay of acoustic and allows fast data transmission through the acoustic-based multiple channel.
A study on Controlling chaos for Bonhoeffer-van der Pol oscillation model by small parameter perturbation

Applied by periodic Stimulating Currents in Bonhoeffer -Van der Pol(BVP) model, chaotic and periodic phenomena occured at specific conditions. The conditions of the chaotic motion in BVP comprised 0.7182<
<0.792 and 1.09<
<1.302 proved by the analysis of phase plane, bifurcation diagram, and lyapunov exponent. To control the chaotic motion, two methods were suggested by the first used the amplitude parameter A1,
and the second used the temperature parameterc,
which the values of
varied respectlvly, and
are the periodic signal. As a result of simulating these methods, the chaotic phenomena was controlled with the periodic motion of periodisity. The feasibilities of the chaotic and the periodic phenomena were analysed by phase plane Poincare map and lyapunov exponent.
Design for Dispersion Map in Submarine Optical Network

Currently, Most of the Backhual and Submarine's networks are being installed using DWDM and EDFA to deal with dramatically increasing internet traffic. In a conventional type optical system, the so-called 3R repeater, fiber non- linearity was not significant factor but it is one of the most important consideration when designing new DWDM network based on the EDFAs. To minimize the signal pulse distortion in long-haul optical network, Zero-dispersion fiber is indispensable but causes the fiber non-linearity. Therefore this conflicting problems should be managed to transmit a high-speed capacity traffic. In this paper, key technologies in DWDM submarine optic network were found out for a high capacity traffic and introduced the dispersion management way for solving the conflicting problems between Zero-dispersion and non-linearity. Lastly designed a dispersion map in section between Korea and Hong-kong.
Efficient Fault Location Detecting Mechanism for Optical Submarine Cable

The optical submarine cable has a long distance cable and the repeater for optical amplification compared to territorial optical cable so conventional OTDR utilization for the optical submarine cable is limited. in case the optical core in the optical submarine cable system cut, by using Coherent OTDR that utilize OTDR path in repeater the cable fault point can be detected and in case the faulty of the copper tube in the cable that provide power for the repeater to amplify optical signal, the ways using the current/voltage characteristic, the capacitance per Km and so on is required. this report suggest efficient fault location detecting mechanism by categorized cable fault type.
Evolution of Next Generation Mobile Network Based on CDMA2000-1X Network

The large portion of communication service areas move from a legacy wire-line voice service to mobile data service. For the purpose of satisfaction on market need, many communication systems should be installed and upgraded based on a mobile wide-band transmission facility. Recently, large part of communication service is based on internet protocol by packet switch techniques and required new technologies such as multimedia processing, QoS achievement, and mobility managememobile communication network such as IS-95A/B and CDMA2000-1X. In this paper, I analyzed the network architecture and service provision methods. in CDMA2000-1X nt. In korea, a CDMA communication technique is standardized for digital mobile communication systems. By using the analysed results, I will extract an efficient method for network evolution and a core technique for next generation mobile communication network.

Our country has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and reseach infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.
