In this paper Communication data link equipment on a high speed-hopping method to use the frequency resources efficiently for the frequency environment is introduced such as sensing techniques, using the same frequency band by using the received two-channel technique and the receive filter bank unit applied to be shared with other equipment such as radar and so on. The real-time measurement and analysis were operated for measurement the frequency environment of the operating band in advance. and primarily equipment to develop is analyzed how the interference effect to the radar minimize the operation of radar equipment. In reverse, to use the same frequency band the methods such as frequency sharing techniques are presented in this paper. Finally, by design of the main items of the RF transceiver NF, transmission output, and a simulation of the IMD, such as whether the key is verified prior to meet specifications.
Implementation of the automatic switching device for the voice communications between heterogeneous devices

A radio is a half-duplex voice communication method using the PTT(: Push To Talk), occupy a single line calls during transmission. As an interface between the telephone and the radio, UHF and VHF, for voice communication between the different heterogeneous devices, A device automatically switches between the two devices is required. Therefore, in accordance with the performance of the voice switching apparatus for detecting a voice to be transmitted from an input signal, loss of the audio signal to be transmitted is subjected to Significant influence. Conventional method has the problem responding to noise by setting the level through simple means of amplitude of input signal, in other words, the energy level of the input signal. This paper, by using the audio signal processing techniques, this discriminated what the voice is among the input signal and substantiated a device for the automatic voice transmission between heterogeneous devices. With this proposal, I was confirmed of improvement of performance in the automatic voice switching device, could perform loss-less transmission of voice between heterogeneous devices.
Frame Complexity-Based Adaptive Bit Rate Normalization

Due to the advances in hardware technologies for low-power CMOS cameras, there have been various researches on wireless video sensor network(WVSN) applications including agricultural monitoring and environmental tracking. In such a system, its core technologies include video compression and wireless transmission. Since data of video sensors are bigger than those of other sensors, it is particularly necessary to estimate precisely the traffic after video encoding. In this paper, we present an estimation method for the encoded video traffic in WVSN networks. To estimate traffic characteristics accurately, the proposed method first measures complexities of frames and then applies them to the bit rate estimation adaptively. It is shown by experimental results that the proposed method improves the estimation of bit rate characteristics by more than 12% as compared to the existing method.

Formation process through charge/discharge operation is needed in manufacturing Li-ion battery. In the process battery is discharged by a load resistor of discharger. Here, energy losses happen. Therefore, in this paper, the efficient energy operation of battery is studied in the charge/discharge system based on DC
. A result of computer simulation shows that if in the charge/discharge system based on DC
, the number of discharge batteries in comparison with three charge battery sets exceeds 133%, voltage fluctuation that occurs while the grid voltage stabilizes, which makes the system fatal. Therefore, it was demonstrated that a remarkable energy saving effect could be achieved when the number of discharge battery set is maintained to be 133% in comparison with three charge battery sets.

Recently MANET application is diversified studies on the MANET routing security and the reliable authentication mechanism is actively in progress. Stand-alone network structure of a MANET is an important field of ubiquitous computing environment of interest, Authentication techniques are already provided safety when applied to MANET reliability and efficiency in a secure authentication mechanism using the session key. However, most of the MANET environment, the model has been based on the assumption that the safety is guaranteed, When applied to an actual network situation, we can not rule out a variety of threats. This study is the testing and analysis to add the malicious node extracted at random to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the session key certification techniques of the MANET environment.
Wireless Communication based Pregnant Woman Alarm Service: Concept and Wireless Communication Technologies

In Korea, the special seats for vulnerable users such as the elderly and pregnant woman are provided. However, the usage of seats is very low due to the ignoring or lack of recognition about pregnant woman even though pregnant woman approaches the seat. In this paper, we first consider the problem of special seats for pregnant woman and propose the wireless communication based pregnant alarm service which announces approaching of pregnant woman when pregnant woman moves toward the seats for pregnant woman. First, the service concept and scenario are introduced. Then, we deal with wireless communication technologies which provides the alarm service and their properties. In addition, we discuss implementation issues for realizing the proposed system.

In this paper, we embed RFID tag into name plate of pole and store key value at its RFID tag in order to solve the problem for the management of name plate of pole, which identify by eyes of human for until now. The 900MHz RFID reader performs identification for stored key value, then its key value transmit into smart phone through Bluetooth. The smart phone transmit the key value into server through data communication network and receive again the necessary information after the authentication by the server. We develop pole information system that have such a structure.

The smartwork is future-oriented working environment that allows us to engage in work anytime, anywhere conveniently and efficiently by utilizing information and communication technologies in a variety of locations and mobile environments. We proposed a smartwork platform to support the efficient housing management for small housing management companies. Our systems interwork in real time with smart mobile devices and SNS to support high quality housing service for tenants and rental operators. In this paper, we describe real-time complaint handling service using SNS which is a part of smartwork platform for the efficient housing management.

Recently many effort appears applying the concept of fractional calculus that can be represented by fractional differential equation in the control engineering, physics and mathematics. This paper describes the fractional order with real order for Duffing equation which can be represented by integer order. This paper also confirms the existence of chaotic behaviors by using time series and phase portrait with varying the parameter of real order.
Development and Verification of Zigbee-Based Monitoring and Control System for Electric Heat Tracing

An electric heat tracing system manages the temperature of pipes used in a plant. We propose a Zigbee-based wireless system so called the TESCON(: TEmperature Sensing and CONtrol) to monitor and control the electric heat tracing system in an integrated way. Simulations have been done to analyze the performance of the TESCON system. The performance of the TESCON system is validated by obtaining similar results via testbed operation. We also suggest an extension method of the TESCON system based on the hierarchical tree topology by adopting techniques such as network partition, channel reuse and frame aggregation.

The purpose of this study is to provide ways to utilize and create valuable medical information utilizing Medical Big Data created by field in hospital information system. The results of this study first creates new medical information of Medical Information system through medical big data analysis and integration of created data of PACS linked with many kinds of testing equipment and medical image equipment along with medical treatment information. Medical information created in this way produces various health information for treatment and prevention of disease and infectious disease. Second, it creates profit statistics information in various ways by analyzing medical big data accumulated through integration of billings and receipt, admission breakdown of patients. Profit statistics information created in this way produces various administration information to be utilized in profit anaysis and operation of medical institution. Likewise, data integration of personal health history, medical information of public institutions, medical information created in hospital information system produces valuable medical health information utilizing medical data.
Transmission Performance of Voice Traffic on MANET under Grayhole Attack

Grayhole attack, one of attack to MANET routing function, is very severe in point of view of causing results which disturbs normal transmission function of network with uneasy finding of attacks. In this paper, effects of grayhole attack to application service on MANET is analyzed. Based on this analysis, some conditions is suggested for anti-intrusion to operate an application service on MANET under grayhole attack. This study is done with computer simulation based on NS-2 be added grayhole attack function which is implemented in this paper.
