Internal communication as CCTV Automatic Climate Control System Development

Enclosures for CCTV internal short circuit are prevented due to wetting to maintain a constant humidity and temperature, to avoid condensation due to temperature difference, a constant temperature and humidity requirements of the equipment, such as high-temperature resistant and a constant temperature of the structure, degree of energy utilization is optimized for developing this corresponding housing automatic control system and humidity is required. Device being an expensive imaging equipment in side of the enclosure according to the temperature conversion from a hazard protection, there is a need for a constant temperature and humidity control apparatus that can prevent a short-circuit failure. This is a system in which the accessory device is absolutely required for the storage and transmission of an image in recording reliability and field conditions.
A Design and Implementation of CPW-fed Antenna with Two Branch Strip for WLAN Applications

In this paper, a CPW-fed dual-band monopole antenna with two branch strips for WLAN(Wireless Local Area Networks) applications was designed, fabricated and measured. The proposed antenna is based on a CPW-feeding structure, and composed of two branch strips and then designed and tuned the length of two branch lines to obtained required frequencies bands. To obtain the optimized parameters, we used the simulator, Ansoft's High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS) and carried out simulation about parameters
. The proposed antenna is fabricated on the FR-4 substrate using the obtained parameters. The numerical and experiment results demonstrated that the proposed antenna obtained the -10 dB impedance bandwidth 1,095 MHz (1.57~2.665 GHz) for 2.4 GHz band and 1,680 MHz (4.99~6.67 GHz) for 5 GHz band satisfied requirement while simultaneously covering the WLAN bands. And characteristics of gain and radiation patterns are determined for WLAN operating bands.
A Study on a Elevator Emergency Call Device System and Performance Evaluation based on ICT for Efficient Handling in Emergency Situation

A lot of people were trapped in elevators without power supply when BLACK-OUT situation occurred in 2011. The telephone network of control room connected to the elevators had problem operating poorly. In this paper we propose an ICT based elevator emergency call device prototype system and evaluate the performance of the system. The proposed system quickly responds in emergency situation to guarantee passenger safety. For the goal, firstly the system tries to connect to a control room. If it fails the system attempts to call numbers for emergency contact and a rescue team sequentially. The system is designed to quickly support emergency contact as well. Finally, the information of elevator failure is rapidly transferred to the failure process device by the proposed system.

119 Integrated Emergency Management System, 119 IEMS hereinafter, is specialized command and control system for fire H.Q., that supports effective response activity at Fire, Rescue, and First Aids; it covers the emergency call taking, dispatch command delivery and situation control after dispatch command. While the efficiency of emergency response activity of call-taker and dispatcher is directly linked to the capability of qualified response in protecting the life and properties at real-time emergency condition, there is not any similar simulator system that can be used for training purposes for newly allocated personnel or beginner of emergency call taking and dispatch activity - 119 IEMS in fire H.Q. is the operation system that cannot be shared with other purposes, and they're highly expensive ICT system and infrastructure to be used as training and education. 119 Integrated Emergency Management Simulator System, 119 IEMS Simulator, was developed to be utilized in low cost for the training of 119 emergency call taker and dispatcher, and it can be used in training of various types of disaster and emergency handling, spans to emergency call taking, dispatch command, and field report and situation control after dispatch command.
Extended Kalman Filtering for I.M.U. using MEMs Sensors

This paper describes about the method for designing an extended Kalman filter to accurately measure the position of the spatial-phase system using a semiconductor sensor. Spatial position is expressed by the correlation of the rotated coordinate system attached to the body from the inertia coordinate system (a fixed coordinate system). To express the attitude, quaternion was adapted as a state variable, Then, the state changes were estimated from the input value which was measured in the gyro sensor. The observed data is the value obtained from the acceleration sensor. By matching between the measured value in the acceleration sensor and the predicted calculation value, the best variable was obtained. To increase the accuracy of estimation, designation of the extended Kalman filter was performed, which showed excellent ability to adjust the estimation period relative to the sensor property. As a result, when a three-axis gyro sensor and a three-axis acceleration sensor were adapted in the estimator, the RMS(Root Mean Square) estimation error in simulation was retained less than 1.7[
], and the estimator displayed good property on the prediction of the state in 100 ms measurement period.
Platform Design of Unity Launcher for the IoT Beacon based 3D Position

In this paper, an android platform with Unity engine was proposed for the effective 3D presentation of IoT sensor's position to IoT(Internet of Things) users. This android platform based home-gateway was designed with the cooperation of 3D unity engine for 3D texture according to MovieTexture simultaneously. As a result, the 3D presentation technology of IoT sensors was described with Unity based 3D modeling. In this proposed smart gateway, the 3D position was presented with the received RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) and angle of IoT sensors. This 3D Unity launcher can be used for the 3D position, monitoring, and the life managing of IoT sensors with the beacon and 3 dimensional cube-style after the 3D conversion of 2D.

In this paper, The UBI(: Usage Based Insurance) insurance products for existing and analyze a variety of data pertaining to the operation or disposition or utilization of advanced telematics devices, such as digital recording device operates as a means to identify the insured or the insurer operates in real time recording (monitoring). Therefore, this study performs a city in wireless communication infrastructure functions Traffic Information System : leverage(UTIS : Urban Traffic Information System) and to develop a system that linked insurance products, such as PAYD, PHYD and MHYD. Utilizing the UTIS systems and analyze the driver's vehicle driving recorder tendencies.
Design and Implementation of Standby Power Control Module based on Low Power Active RFID

In this paper a method of design and Implementation of RFID based control system for reducing standby power consumption at the power outlet is described. The system is composed of a RF controlled power outlet having relay and an active RFID tag communicating with the RF reader module controlling the relay. When the tag carried by human approaches to the RF reader the reader recognizes the tag and switch off the relay based on the RSSI level measurement. A low power packet prediction algorithm has been used to decrease the DC power consumption at both the tag and the RF reader. The result of experiment shows that successful operation of the relay control has been obtained while low power operation of the tag and the reader is achieved using above algorithm. Also setting the distance between the reader and the tag by controlling transmission power of the tag and adjusting the duty cycle of the packet waiting time when the reader is in idle state allows us to reduce DC power consumption at both the reader and the tag.
Future Trend Impact Analysis Based on Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System

Trend Impact Analysis(: TIA) is an advanced forecasting tool used in futures studies for identifying, understanding and analyzing the consequences of unprecedented events on future trends. An adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system is a kind of artificial neural network that integrates both neural networks and fuzzy logic principles, It is considered to be a universal estimator. In this paper, we propose an advanced mechanism to generate more justifiable estimates to the probability of occurrence of an unprecedented event as a function of time with different degrees of severity using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(: ANFIS). The key idea of the paper is to enhance the generic process of reasoning with fuzzy logic and neural network by adding the additional step of attributes simulation, as unprecedented events do not occur all of a sudden but rather their occurrence is affected by change in the values of a set of attributes. An ANFIS approach is used to identify the occurrence and severity of an event, depending on the values of its trigger attributes. The trigger attributes can be calculated by a stochastic dynamic model; then different scenarios are generated using Monte-Carlo simulation. To compare the proposed method, a simple simulation is provided concerning the impact of river basin drought on the annual flow of water into a lake.
A Fuzzy-based Fusion Wireless Localization Method

In the wireless localization systems using range measurements, iteration method-based approximated solutions have been used. Also, linear closed-form solutions have been investigated in the light of local minimum problem and computational load. However, each closed-form solution has individual error factors that cause usage limit of the solutions. In this paper, a fusion method integrating two representative closed-form solutions is presented. The presented method cancels the error factors of each solution out. Weights for integrating the standalone solutions are determined using the error factors-based fuzzy method. The performance of the proposed method is verified using some simulation results.

Static analysis is one of the software source code analysis tools. 9 static analysis methods of three groups are recommended by international electro-technical commission about software safety related standard in IEC 62279. In this paper we choose the proper static analysis method from IEC 62279 about the train wayside communication system, Shorten the time of railway signalling software development using LDRA tools. And it wil be useful to improve the effective development of the safety-related software.
Personal Biometric Identification based on ECG Features

Research on how to use the biological characteristics of human to confirm the identity of the individual is being actively conducted. Electrocardiogram(: ECG) based biometric system is difficult to counterfeit and does not cause skin irritation on the subject. It can be easily combined with conventional biometrics such as fingerprint and face recognition to give multimodal biometric systems. In this thesis, biometric identification method analysing ECG waveform characteristics from Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) coefficients is suggested. Feature selection is performed on the 9 coefficients of DWT using the correlation analysis. The verification is achieved by using the error back propagation neural networks. Using the proposed approach on 24 subjects of MIT-BIH QT Database, 98.88% verification rate has been obtained.
Design and Implementation of Stand-alone Microgrid Monitoring System for Green Energy Independence Island

In domestic island regions, the power supply generally depends on diesel generators due to difficulties of grid connection. To solve this issue, recently, the study on the stand-alone microgrid technology and its test are being actively conducted. In this paper, we propose the stand-alone microgrid integration monitoring system for energy independence island. First, we design the software architecture for monitoring of solar, wind, diesel power generation facilities, transmission and distribution of grid network, and energy storage system. Then, we implement the monitoring software that allows administrators to identify and run the monitoring software easily.

Collective intelligence is related to several areas such as sociology, business administration, political science, and computer science. This paper can be classified as a product of social engineering of the era of liberal arts and science convergence, fusion, consilience. Members today have higher need for self-actualization and contribution. As the business is changing fast and getting more complicated, a mechanism of natural science is necessary in social organization. The mechanisms of collective intelligence are composed of divergence process and convergence process. And the seven steps were designed that the first letter of each steps leads to 'PROCESS'. When implemented by applying the procedures that reflect the opinions of members throughout this paper, there are members who participated in the decision-making process will contribute to actively participate in the decision when to run, and specific tools and techniques in online communities are for future studies.
