Domestic radio waves propagate management and control systems investigate the system status

The International Telecommunications Union(: ITU) Radio Regulations(: RR) and in which is defined as the frequency of electromagnetic waves below 3000GHz spread in space without artificial guidance, our country also follows the international definition. As radio waves are electromagnetic waves spreading in space without artificial induction means having a frequency within the range set by the ITU. Frequency distribution for dual-work is to inde 300GHz, among the divided frequency is our daily or less than 90% of the frequency band is in contact saenghwalyong 3GHz. Propagation, but can occur indefinitely without depleting that anyone can create only gatchumyeon transmission equipment, if the radio frequency to use at the same time and space, the soul is the interference occurs is not available radio resources. Due to the physical finiteness used in our country for the first time on such a propagation laws enacted in 1961 and to the state radio resource management, and rules to be used for propagation only if granted the rights.
Research on Positioning technology of Urban Railway underground using mobile base station

Urban railway can be divided into ground and underground sections. In particular, the center of the metropolitan has been built mostly underground stations and tunnels. Underground section is difficult to measure the position because GPS signal is unavailable, so it is necessary to apply the indoor positioning technology. For this purpose, we analyzed the positioning technologies which are based on Wi-Fi and mobile base stations. The positing technology for smart phone which uses mobile base station` information is developed in the underground area of urban railway where the core technique is to implement base station ID into the positing technology by considering hand-off point.
Adaptive Interference Cancellation Method in Wireless Repeater System

The mobile communication service is widely used and the repeaters is rapidly increasing because of the extending service areas. we propose a new Signed CMA(: Constant Modulus Algorithm) algorithm for ICS(: Interference Cancellation System) as a larger service area of mobile communication service. The proposed Signed CMA algorithm improved performances by adjusting step size values. We showed that the proposed algorithm could improve the Mean Square Error(: MSE) performance of Signed CMA. MATLAB(: Matrix Laboratory) is employed to analyze the proposed algorithm and to compare it with the experimental results. At the convergence of 1000 iteration state, the MSE(: Mean Square Error) performance of the proposed Signed CMA algorithm with step size of 0.0065 is about 5 dB better than the conventional CMA algorithm.
An Impletation of FPGA-based Pattern Matching System for PCB Pattern Detection

This study materialized an FPGA-based system to extract PCB patterns. The Printed Circuit Boards that are produced these days are becoming more detailed and complex. Therefore, the importance of a vision system to extract defects of detailed patterns is increasing. This study produced an FPGA-based system that has high speed handling for vision automation of the PCB production process. A vision library that is used to extract defect patterns was also materialized in IPs to optimize the system. The IPs materialized are Camera Link IP, pattern matching IP, VGA IP, edge extraction IP, and memory IP.
Study on the Trap Parameters according to the Nitridation Conditions of the Oxide Films

In this paper, the MIS(: Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor) Capacitor with the nitrided-oxide by RTP are fabricated to investigate the carrier trap parameters due to avalanche electron injection. Two times turn-around phenomenon of the flatband voltage shift generated by the avalanche injection are observed. This shows that electron trapping occurs in the oxide film at the first stage. As the electron injection increases, the first turn-around occures due to a positive charge in the oxide layer. After further injection, the curves turns around once again by electron captured. Based on the experimental results, the carrier trapping model for system having multi-traps is proposed and is fitting with experimental data in order to determine trap parameter of nitrided-oxide.
Design of DC Level Shifter for Daisy Chain Interface

In this paper, a design of DC level shifter transmitting and receiving control and data signal which have various DC level through daisy chain interface between master IC and slave is introduced in the cell voltage monitoring (CVM). Circuit designed with a latch structure have a function to operate in high speed and for output of variable DC level through transmission gate. As a result of the simulation and the measurement, it was confirmed that control and data signal could be transferred according to the change of DC level from 0V to 30V. Delay time was measured about 170ns. but, it was considered as a negligible tolerance due to a parasitic capacitance of measuring probe and test board.

The era of IoT in which all objects are intelligent and are connected to the internet has been started. In order to establish and activate an IoT eco system, open IoT services platform is very important. In this paper, we develop an open IoT services platform and verified the function by building a testbed. Our platform based on the open source hardware and commercial cloud services such as AWS which is a component of an open service IoT platform.
The case study to verify of a network based on router applying an ACL(: Access List)

An ACL(: Access List), a list that determines network access, is used for the security of the network. An ACL if applied to a interface of router can filter particular packets. Also it can block or allow the access of certain unauthorized IPs or ports, based on the source address, destination address, and TCP/UDP port. This paper presents a simulation case to verify the effect of a router-based network applying Standard ACL or Extended ACL. The network was created through designing topology and then making a common virtual network using a Packet Tracer.
A Study on Context-aware Beacon Services Connecting Smart TV

The Service had a purpose to be heard through the Smart Phone APP and Smart TV Broadcasting Contents to Foreigner`s Language in The Asia Culture Center. This Paper explained how to realize foreigner with Beacon`s Signal and IoT gateway provided the voice service with selected his language using AllJoyn Protocol Interface function. IoT Service Platform received the Registration of foreigner`s identifier, there sent messages to all devices, which were all IoT gateways, IoT gateway could connect to foreigner`s Smart Phone App and heard the Broadcasting contents. If a foreigner went out of Beacon`s management distance, the voice App service were released.
Augmented Reality Based Drawing Learning System for Toddler`s Art Education

Interest of augmented reality increases rapidly due to development of recent technology. Augmented reality offers learners various satisfactions by using the sense of sight, hearing, touch, etc. and enhances immersion and interest. This paper presents a drawing system for toddler`s art education using augmented reality. This system helps toddlers draw pictures easily and can teach toddlers art learning effectively at low cost as well as provide immersion, achievement, and interest.
Computational Thinking Teaching Model Design for Activating IT Convergence Education

Breaking down the boundaries between recent study has emerged as a key issue of convergence education to create new knowledge. The core of IT Convergence Education is being made through educational SW, SW purpose of education has been focused on improving the CT(: Computational Thinking). The purpose of this paper is to design a CT teaching model for activating IT Convergence Education. In this study, we designed a CT Curriculum focusing on algorithm and program for the purpose of enhancing non-majors learner`s CT ability and software adaptability and being utilized in the majors. It is expected to be utilized to design a CT teaching methods and curriculum in University.
Behavior Analysis in Love Model with applying Conscious and Nonconscious

Human mind can be divided by conscious and nonconscious. The action that can be seen by eyes express of conscious world, but brain researchers tell us that the world of nonconscious more occupied than world of conscious. In this paper, we divide conscious and nonconscious of world in basic love model of Romeo and Juliet, and then we represent complex number for the conscious and nonconscious. We also display as time series and phase plane for their behavior. Finally, we confirms the existence of nonlinear characteristics in their behavior.
Development of technology in estimating of high-risk driver`s behavior

Driving behaviors such as speeding and illegal u-turn which violate traffic rules are main causes of car accidents, and they can lead to serious accidents. Bus drivers are less aware of dangers of illegal u-turn, and infrastructures such as traffic enforcement equipment and watchmen are deficient. This research aims to develop technology for estimating driving behaviors based on map-matching in order to prevent illegal u-turns. For this research, 23,782 of u-turn permit data and 146,000 of speed limit data are collected nationwide, and an estimation algorithm is built with these data. Then, an application based on android is developed, and finally, tests are conducted to assess the accuracy in data computations and GPS data map-matching, and to extrapolate driving behavior. As a result of the tests, the accuracy results in the map-matching is 86% and the assessment of driving behavior is 83%, while the display of the data output yielded 100% accuracy. Additional research should focus on improvement in accuracy through the development of a robust monitoring system, and study of service scenarios for technology application.
A Study on Identification of Characteristics of Spatial Distribution for Submerged Marine Debris

The aim of this study is identifying characteristics of spatial distribution using submerged debris data on the bottom of sea ground. Marine debris is classified into floating and submerged debris. These are polluting marine environment, ecology and habitat by floating and submerged. Also it takes a lot of money when it is to process the waste flowing into the ocean. In this study, it is used data of submerged debris by side scan sonar on the bottom of sea ground in Pohang port. Submerged distribution map is made to identify spatial classified characteristics of SMD(submerged marine debris) using by position and weight per area of SMD.
