From the announcement which sees discusses about the spatial modulation which is a basic principle of the induction signal which the instrument landing system provides to the aircraft with instrument landing system, depth made be and became the help which makes understand and character did. Explained the fundamental notions of spatial modulation with precedence, the signal which space is modulated with this together influenced to the aircraft receiver and the azimuth and angle of glide were indicated and until with the principle of operation of the aircraft receiver and the process which is general DDM(difference in depth of modulation) and they related they explained.
A Study on the Symmetric Hybrid Cryptosystem Design for Adaptation of Network Environment

In this paper, we studied security systems for information security of several systems that use in network environment along with information society. Therefore, we designed symmetry style base mixing style cryptographic system that apply block and stream way to solve problems of complexity and lower processing speed etc. Symmetry style base mixing style cryptographic system including authentication operation holds performance that the processing speed and the calculation amount are more superior than asymmetry style. Result that design system by Synopsys 1999.10 and ALTERA MaxPlus 10.1 and do simulation, mixing style password system that we propose is that information security offers very efficient assistance and performance in necessary field in network environment.
Fish Schooling Animation System for Constructing Contents of Cyber Aquarium

The goal of researching a proper crowd animation is to design system that is satisfied with the reality of scenes, performance of system, and interaction with users to show the crowd vividly and effectively in virtual underwater world. In this paper, we smartly expressed the behavior patterns for flocks of fish in virtual underwater and we made up for the weak points in spending time and cost to produce crowd animation. We compared with the number of mesh, the number of fish, the number of frame, elapsed time, and resolution and analyzes them with the fish behavior simulating system. We developed a virtual underwater simulator using this system.
The study on low power design of 8-bit Micro-processor with Clock-Gating

In this paper, to design 8 bit RISC Microprocessor, a method of Clock Gating to reduce electric power consumption is proposed. In order to examine the priority, the comparison results of between a 8 bit Microprocessor which is not considered Low Power consumption and which is considered Low Power consumption using a methods of Clock Gating are represented. Within the a few periods, the results of comparing with a Microprocessor not considered the utilization of Clock Gating shows that the reduction of dynamic dissipation is minimized up to 21.56%.
Sliding Mode Control with Sliding Sector for Chattering Reduction

Chattering phenomenon is still a large drawback of VSS. To overcome this problem, various approaches have been reported. A new notion of sliding sector has been proposed recently. In this paper, new methods of the nonlinear system control using the sliding sector theory with continued input function in the sector is proposed. This paper analyzes the stability, using Lyapunov function on the sliding sector. computer simulation for inverted pendulum results in elimination of the chattering phenomenon.
Low Power Module selection using Genetic Algorithm

In this paper, we present a optimal module selection using genetic algorithm under the power, area, delay constraint. The proposed algorithm use the way of optimal module selection it will be able to minimize power consumption. In the comparison and experimental results, The proposed application algorithm reduce maximum power saving up to 26.9% comparing to previous non application algorithm, and reduce minimum power saving up to 9.0%. It also show the average power saving up to 15.525% and proved the power saving efficiency.

A study for construction of Shore-end Submarine cable

The biggest cause of submarine cable fault is fishing activity such as 70% by anchor of fishing boats and occurs within 200m the depth of water. It needs a regulation for protection of submarine cable from the fishing boats and construction of cable at shore-end. This paper is studying a plan and regulation to install the construction among the subsee users, and the burial technique of submarine cable at shore-end suggests to manage from company to government.
A study of Integrated Management Center of u-City

It needs an Integration Management Center in u-City to mange all events for an efficiency of city function, to enhance an installed infrastructure of information, and to provide u-Service like residence, administration, and culture in real time. Integration Management Center is a place to provide a city information from gathering data of communication network, traffic network, and facilities. The u-Services in Integration Management Center need an Integrated Platform to integrate verticality and horizontality between service layer. This paper study an infrastructure of Integration Operation Center and Integrated Platform. Lastly the topics are suggested how to make it a success in u-City.
