Stepped Impedance LPF using MCSl

The MCS(Micro-coplanar strip) line has been analyzed. The conformal mapping method is used to calculate the quasi-static effective permittivity and characteristic impedance of this MCS line. The computed results of the present work are found to be in good agreement when compared with the results obtained using commercial S/W, IE3D. And in this paper, the stepped-impedance low pass microstrip filter is designed and fabricated with MCS lines for improving the frequency responses. The LPF proposed structure has been also designed and implemented to have the sharp attenuation characteristics in stop band. The agreement between simulation and measurement results verify the implemented LPF.
Design of Beam Steering n-phase OPTO-ULSI Processor for IIPS

This project investigates an optimum phase design implementing a 256 phase Opto-ULSI processor for multi-function capable optical networks. The design of an 8 phase processor is already in construction and will provide the initial base for experimentation and characterization. The challenge is to be able to compensate for the non-linearity of the liquid crystal, find an optimum phase, and implement a larger scale Opto-ULSI processor. This research is oriented around the initial development of an 8 phase Opto-ULSI processor that implements a Beam Steering(BS) Opto-ULSI processor(OUP) for integrated intelligent photonic system(IIPS), while investigating the optimal phase characteristics and developing compensation for the non-linearity of liquid crystal.
Multi-Channel AD Converters with High-Resolution and Low-Speed

Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs) used in instrumentation and measurements often require high absolute accuracy, including excellent linearity and negligible dc offset. Incremental converters provide a solution for such measurement applications, as they retain most of the advantages of conventional
converters, and yet they are capable of offset-free and accurate conversion. Most of the previous research on incremental converters was for single-channel and dc signal applications, where they can perform extremely accurate data conversion with more than 20-bit resolution. In this paper, a design technique for implementing multiplexed incremental data converters to convert narrow bandwidth ac signals is discussed. A design methodology to optimize the signal-to-quantization+thermal noise ratio of multiplexed IDC is presented. It incorporates the operation principle, topology, and digital decimation filter design. The theoretical results are verified by simulation results.
A Study on Forward Error Correction of Long-Distance Submarine Optical Communication Systems

According to the development of Internet, DWDM system needs to improve the performance for long distance transmission international optical signals. For higher the transmission capacity, we have to raise the transmission speed and increase a number of channels. To make qualifications, there are a lot of technologies such as line coding, modulation, precious fiber, broadband amplification, dispersion and forward error correction. Especially, FEC has been considered as a progressive technology for long distance transmission to carry out high speed and large capacity traffic. This paper introduced the progress of each new generation of FEC and the way to employ by current system analyzed the coding gain.
A Design of Correlator with the PBS Architecture in Binary CDMA System

Because output of multi-code CDMA system adapted high speed data transmission becoming multi-level system use linear amplifier in output stage and complex output signal. Therefore, Multi-Code CDMA system has shortcoming of high price, high complexity etc. Binary CDMA technology that allow fetters in existing CDMA technology to supplement this shortcoming proposed. In binary CDMA system When correlator process high speed data, bottle-neck phenomenon is happened on synchronization acquisition process, it is very important parameter. Because existent correlator must there be advantage that power consumption is small but flow addition of several stages to receive correlation's value, the processing speed has disadvantage because the operation amount is much. Therefore in this paper, proposed correlator has characteristic such as data is able to high speed processing, chip area is independent and power consumption is constant in structure in binary CDMA system.

Improving QoS using Cellular-IP/PRC in Hospital Wireless Network

In this paper, we propose for improving QoS in Hospital wireless network using Cellular-IP/PRC(Paging Route Cache) with Paging Cache and Route Cache in Cellular-IP and propose for performance of realtime and non-real time handoff service using Handoff state machine Paging Route Cache. Although the Cellular-IP/PRC technology is devised for mobile internet communication, it has its vulnerability in frequent handoff environment. This handoff state machine using differentiated handoff improves quality of services in Cellular-IP/PRC Suggested algorithm shows better performance than existing technology in wireless mobile internet communication environment. When speech quality is secured considering increment of interference to receive in case of suppose that proposed acceptance method grooves base radio station capacity of transfer node is plenty, and moat of contiguity cell transfer node was accepted at groove base radio station with a blow, groove base radio station new trench lake acceptance method based on transmission of a message electric power estimate of transfer node be. Do it so that may apply composing PC(Paging Cache) and RC(Routing Cache) that was used to manage paging and router in radio Internet network in integral management and all nodes as one PRC(Paging Router Cache), and add hand off state machine in transfer node so that can manage hand off of transfer node and Roaming state efficiently, and studies so that achieve connection function at node. Analyze benevolent person who influence on telephone traffic in system environment and forecasts each link currency rank and imbalance degree, forecast most close and important lake interception probability and lake falling off probability, GoS(Grade of Service), efficiency of cell capacity in QoS because applies algorithm proposing based on algorithm use gun send-receive electric power that judge by looking downward link whether currency book was limited and accepts or intercept lake and handles and displays QoS performance improvement.
