Now society has been extending to ubiquitous information society under the information telecommunication facilities. So it is importance to install and design those for the core business. If there is a serious problem on the information telecommunication infra-facility, it could be seriously effected to the life of the people and the national economy. To prevent the those problems, information telecommunication infra-facilities have been installed/supervised due to the proper telecommunication specialists. In this paper, firstly invested the current supervision system and then proposed how to upgrade information telecommunication services through the proposed supervision system for the telecommunication infra-facilities.
An Enhanced Robust Routing Protocol in AODV over MANETs

In Mobile Ad-hoc Network, link failure and packet loss may occur frequently due to its nature of mobility and limited battery life. In this paper, an enhanced robust routing protocol based on AODV(Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector routing) by monitoring variation of receiving signal strength is proposed. New metric function that consists of node mobility and hops of path is used for routing decision. For preventing route failure by node movement during data transmission, a new route maintenance is presented. If the node movement is detected, the routing agent switches local path to its neighbor node. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed routing scheme is superior to previous AODV protocol.
MAC protocol for Energy-Efficiency and Delay in Ubiquitous Sensor Networks

sensor node work limited energy. It is undesirable or impossible to replace the batteries that are depleted of energy because of characteristics of the sensor network. Due to the specific energy constrained environment, MAC design for sensor networks generally has to take energy consumption as one of its primary concerns. But in sensor networks, latency has been a key factor affecting the applicability of sensor networks to some delay-sensitive applications. Therefore, we propose MAC protocols based DSMAC in this paper. Which is able to dynamically change the sleeping and duty cycle of sensors is adjusted to adapt to packet amounts in buffer. Proposed MAC has energy efficiency and low latency, compared DSMAC.
A Study on the Design of multimedia Service Platform on Wireless Intelligent technology

The advancements in the infusion of broadcasting and communication and the radio frequency identification technology have made the next generation mobile communication service technology be recognized as an important technology in many different fields and demanded systems of practical service using the technology. Designed in the study was a multimedia platform that would increase the utilization efficiency of limited frequency resources, which made an important part of the next generation mobile communication technology using the radio frequency identification technology, search for vacant frequencies not generating interfering signals to the old frequency users, and consider the growth of infused and complex services. In order to implement the platform, the investigator applied STI as a research model to maximize the functions of a service system and improve reliability. And also suggested IDMA of information required for platform building to maximize the functions of a service system.
Multi-channel Incremental Data Converters

Incremental converters provide a solution for such measurement applications, as they retain most of the advantages of conventional
converters, and yet they are capable of offset-free and accurate conversion. Most of the previous research on incremental converters was for single-channel and dc signal applications, where they can perform extremely accurate data conversion with more than 20-bit resolution. In this paper, a design technique for implementing multi-channel incremental data converters to convert narrow bandwidth ac signals is discussed. It incorporates the operation principle, topology, and digital decimation filter design. The theoretical results are verified by simulation results.
Autonomous Navigation System for Power Wheelchair System

The power wheelchair is an important and convenient mobility device. The demand of power wheelchair is increasing for assistance in mobility. In this paper we proposed a robotic wheelchair for mobility aid to reduce the burden from the disabled. The main issue in an autonomous wheelchair is the automatic detection and avoidance of obstacles and going to the pre-designated place. The proposed algorithm detects the obstacles and avoids them to drive the wheelchair to the desired place safely with panning scan from sensors of distance measurement and fuzzy control. By this way, the disabled will not always have to worry about paying deep attention to the surroundings and his path.
Design of Quadrifilar Helical Antenna for the Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting Terminal

This paper design QHA(quadrifilar helical antenna) to receive efficiently Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting video signal. It is designed as quadrifilar structure with phase variation
to obtain circular polarization. Upper gap, turn number and height of QHA are varied to obtain optimization dimensions. Optimization dimensions are gap=2.2mm, turn number=0.9, height=42mm and input reflection coefficient is approximately -5.8dB. Designed QHA can be applied to Satellite-DMB terminal.
A Study on Development of H8 MCU IDB(Integrated development board) for Embedded Education

By the use of open source and 16bit Microcomputer, IDB(Integrated Development Board) for embedded technical education was designed and developed. Based on 16bit MCU H8/300H, LED, LED Matrix, motors, sensors and various I/O circuitry, and the connection to a computer via the SCI, and
character LCD was designed and implemented on IDB. In addition, the software development environment was build by the assembler and H8 C compiler which is provided to the open-source software. And memory expansion was considered to include TRON(Real time OS) and uClinux. To verify the developed board, IDB was fabricated by PCB machine, and the fuction was confirmed by the basic I/O control program.

Study on Improvement of Convergence Rate of Acoustic Echo Canceller

An adaptive echo canceller is necessary for an application such as a speakerphone, 3G image telephony and VoIP service system. These echo cancellers need to have many taps for filtering echo signals. Many taps cause computation data to increase and convergence speed to be low. To overcome these problems, An adaptive echo canceller with the advanced convergence speed is proposed in this paper. To improve the speed, we divide an echo band into subbands and place a subband filter to be adaptive for each subband. Each subband filter recognizes the echo signal as subband echo signals. So, dynamic range of subband is small, the convergence speed is fast. Moreover, as the number of Tap and weight update are estimated in each subband, the implementation complex of a adaptive filter is low.
