An Integer-N PLL Frequency Synthesizer Design for The 900MHz UHF RFID Application

This paper presents an Integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer using a novel prescaler based on a charge pump and clock triggering circuit. A quadrature VCO has been designed for the 900MHz UHF RFID application. In this circuit, a voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO), a novel Prescaler, phase frequency detector(PFD), charge pump(CP), and analog lock detector(ALD) have been integrated with 0.35-
CMOS process. The integer divider has been developed with a verilog-HDL module, and the PLL mixed mode simulation has been performed with Spectre-Verilog co-simulator. The sweep range of VCO is designed from 828 to 960 MHz and the VCO generates four phase quadrature signals. The simulation results show that the phase noise of VCO is -102dBc/Hz at 100 KHz offset frequency, and the maximum lock-in time is about 4us with 32MHz step change (from 896 to 928 MHz).

The union of broadcasting and telecommunication is developing by the rapid advance of communications technology and the digitalization of broadcasting. IPTV appears as a standard service of the union of broadcasting and telecommunication because it uses more extended broadband which enables people to watch TVs and uses various communication services at the same time. Therefore, I would like to study the structure of IPTV services, some technical issues for high-quality services and propose solutions.

E-Commerce system now is advancing toward providing integrated trade process supports. This paper proposes an approach to integrate various trade processes and discusses the validity of the approach. Process propagation issues, which is critical in process integration, has not been treated in this paper.
Conference Key Agrement Protocol for Multilateral Remote Conference Employing a SBIBD Network

A conference key agreement system is a scheme to generate a session key in a contributory manner in order to communicate with each other securely among participants. In this paper an efficient conference key agreement system is proposed by employing symmetric balanced incomplete block design(SBIBD), one class of block designs. The protocol presented not only minimizes the message overhead and message exchanging rounds but also makes every participant contribute evenly for generating a conference key. On the Public Key Cryptosystems over Imaginary Quadratic Fields

In 1988, Buchmann et al. proposed a public key cryptosystem making use of ideals of the maximal orders in quadra tic fields which may pave the way for a public key cryptosystem using imaginary quadratic non-invertible ideals as generators. Next year, H
hnlein, Tagaki et al. published the cryptosystem with trapdoor and conductor prime p over non-maximal orders. On the other hand Kim and Moon proposed a public key cryptosystrem and a key distribution cry ptotsystem over class semigroup in 2003. We, in this paper, introduce and analyze the cryptotsystems mentioned above.
SINR Expression of an Adaptive Array Based on Composite and Null Despreaders for Multiple GPS Signals

In order to estimate the accurate location of a user, Global Positioning system (GPS) requires at least four satellites. Since a conventional despreader operate for an GPS signal of interest, we need multiple despreaders for detecting multiple GPS signals. In this paper, we introduce the extension of the recently proposed system consisting of a null despreader, a conventional despreader, multi-stage CM (constant modulus) array, for the multiple GPS signals, and present the mathematical expression of the signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio (SINR). The extended system does not require the exact information of the direction of arrival (DOA) to suppress the directional interferences. We present the computer simulation to demonstrate the interference suppression performance of the proposed system for multiple GPS signals.
Design of graphic middleware for unique UI style on mobile device

For the development of application program on mobile device, standardized visual UI is very important to user in addition to functional implementation of service. The UI can give not only more convenient usage to consumer but also an positive impact on the marketing of manufacture or vendor. Generally, in order to make a good UI style, the development of application program should have consistency between most of developers and sometimes require the unique style. But it is difficult to satisfy the requirement by only oneself development of application program. In this paper, we suggests the design of graphic middleware, which helps to make consistent and unique UI style. It can be used for the design of all applications to be included in the mobile device.

In this paper, we describe a method for synchronization protocol method used in control system based on network and IEEE 1599 synchronization method which used for implementation of synchronization technology of advanced industrial Ethernet. We also implement and perform the experiment for synchronization technology of EtherCAT communication which is one of the industrial Ethernet technology used IEEE 1599 synchronization technology based on time. And we describe an evaluation for experiment result, improve the problem and future plan.

Pt nanoparticles with a narrow size distribution (dia. ~4 nm) were synthesized via an alcohol reduction method and used for the fabrication of hybrid Pt-
nanoparticles. Also, the self-assembled monolayer of Pt nanoparticles (NPs) was studied as a charge trapping layer for non-volatile memory (NVM) applications. A metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) type memory device with Pt NPs exhibits a relatively large memory window. These results indicate that the self-assembled Pt NPs can be utilized for NVM devices. In addition, it was tried to show the control of thin-film thickness of hybrid Pt-
nanoparticles indicating the possibility of much applications for the MOS type memory devices.
