The research which needs when the traffic accident occurs, the assailant and the victim as the assault person the gain and loss as the damage person does in necessity. Synthesis of 90/150 Uniform CA and Computation of Characteristic Polynomial corresponding to uniform CA

90/150 CA is a CA completely specified by using rule 90 and rule 150. Since 90/150 CA whose minimal and characteristic polynomials are identical has outstanding randomness, this CA is more attractive than LFSR. Sarkar proposed a scheme based on the 90 uniform CA and the 150 uniform CA. That scheme provided authentication by digital signature and other basic security requirements like confidentiality. In this paper we analyze 90 or 150 uniform CA and give a synthesis method of 2n-cell uniform CA and (2n+1)-cell uniform CA using a special n-cell 90/150 CA. And we propose an effective method of computation of characteristic polynomial corresponding to uniform CA.
A Study on implementation of Simplify Chua's Circuit without L component

Generally, there are Chua's Circuit, Lorenz Circuit and Duffing circuit in the chaos circuit. Among these chaos circuits, Chua's circuit is well known to make the electronic parts easily. Chua's circuit is the constitute of the linearelements. These are constitute of Resistor component(R), inductor component(L), capacitor(C), and nonlinear element which is constitute of nonlinear resistor. However, L element have a difficult problem to implement real hardware by using commercial parts. Due to this, it has a saturation characteristic. In this paper, we analyzed the simplified Chua's circuit which is replace L to C by PSPICE program. Because L element has a difficult problem to make a real hardware, L has a saturation characteristic and we also confirm this analysis as the result.
H.264/AVC to MPEG-2 Video Transcoding by using Motion Vector Clustering

The H.264/AVC is increasingly used in broadcast video applications such as Internet Protocol television (IPTV), digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) because of high compression performance. But the H.264/AVC coded video can be delivered to the widespread end-user equipment for MPEG-2 after transcoding between this video standards. This paper suggests a new transcoding algorithm for H.264/AVC to MPEG-2 transcoder that uses motion vector clustering in order to reduce the complexity without loss of video quality. The proposed method is exploiting the motion information gathered during h.264 decoding stage. To reduce the search space for the MPEG-2 motion estimation, the predictive motion vector is selected with a least distortion of the candidated motion vectors. These candidate motion vectors are considering the correlation of direction and distance of motion vectors of variable blocks in H.264/AVC. And then the best predictive motion vector is refined with full-search in
pixel search area. Compared with a cascaded decoder-encoder, the proposed transcoder achieves computational complexity savings up to 64% with a similar PSNR at the constant bitrate(CBR).
Robot Design for Fire Detection and Data Processing

In this paper, an autonomous mobile robot for fire detection is designed. The robot is equipped with thermal sensor which rotates for wide range of detection. The fire detector A2TPMI is used. A data processing method for robust fire detection is also implemented. AD converter and Kalman filter is applied to remove noisy signal from the fire detection sensor.

In this paper, we implement that hollow type joint using two more than general motor and design for compact structure embedded electronic parts in the development of 7 degree of freedom manipulator. We propose a method to overcome risk and the limit of operating radius which are point out as a limit of previous industrial robot. and also propose to more efficient and stable manipulator implement method.
Traffic Control Algorithm for Periodic Traffics in WSN

Wireless sensor network is consist of multiple sensor nodes and performs a shared tasks through the coordination of sensor nodes. Traffic in WSN is categorized as periodical monitoring traffic, event-driven traffic and query-based traffic. Periodic traffic takes significant proportion of the whole traffic processing because multiple sensor nodes generate traffic in a steady interval although the generation frequency of periodic traffic is low. In this paper, we propose a traffic control algorithm of network protocol for periodic traffic in terms of energy efficiency and conduct performance analysis of the algorithm.
Electronics System Design of a Generic Meteorological Buoy

This paper is to study and design a generic electronics system for a meteorological buoy. It mainly covers the communication methods of a buoy with base station, data post processing and power design of a generic weather buoy system. The experiment result shows the design is capable to works well in term of data receive from buoy at base station, battery life time and able to work standalone without any power exhausted problem.

The curriculum of programming education including algorithm has been recognized as a very important subject to many students majoring in natural sciences and engineering including electronic engineering and computer related departments. However, many students have had difficulties with it due to its characteristics; as a consequence, they have been in trouble taking upper-level subjects. Flow chart is a diagram that expresses logical stages necessary to solve certain problems and has been widely used to have an understanding of the flow of algorithm. The practice-oriented education of algorithm and programming would be very important to assist the understanding of operation processes. Furthermore, it has been desperately required to the necessity of auxiliary programs that could enhance an understanding of the concept of algorithm and program execution process. This study was aimed to design and embody the learning system of programming languages using basic algorithms so as for students to easily learn basic algorithm among the entire programming curriculum.
Design and Implementation of Home Gateway System based on OSGi

We implemented an application system which is able to verify visitor identification for remote bundle control based on OSGi and web camera control using embedded linux system. This system are designed open Oscar framework by porting java on the embedded linux system and implemented web camera system in local area networks. Also This system can verify information of visitor from receiving the data of RFID reader and designed the wireless internet system in home. Basically, in this paper we expect that home network system development and the period of application service development are reduced with integrated service provision based on OSGi.

In this paper, we have fabricated
oxidation thin films by HDP-CVD(high density plasma-chemical vapor deposition) method for passivation layer or barrier layer of OLED(organic light emitting diode). We have control and estimate the deposition rate and relative index characteristics with process parameters and get optimized conditions. They are gas flow rate(
=30:60[sccm]), 70 [mm] distance from source to substrate and no-bias. The WVTR(water vapor transmission rate) is 2.2 [

Bottom gate and top gate field-effect transistor based carbon nanotube(CNT) were fabricated by CMOS process. Carbon nanotube directly grown by thermal chemical vapor deposition(CVD) using Ethylene (

. The growth properties of CNTs on the device were analyzed by SEM and AFM. The electrical transport characteristics of CNT FET were investigated by I-V measurement. Transport through the nanotubes is dominated by holes at room temperature. By varying the gate voltage, bottom gate and top gate field-effect transistor successfully modulated the conductance of FET device.
Schema Mapping Method using Frequent Pattern Mining

Currently lots of studies to solve meta-data interoperability in between schema attributes are conducted. But the accuracy in previous schema mapping studies is low since the studies just use the similarity in between attributes. So the studies are not suitable for the schema mapping such as document conversion, system integration, etc. In this paper, we propose a method which can conduct the schema mapping interactively using frequent pattern mining. The method can conduct more accurate mapping process because the method use the description element which is an element among each schema element for the metadata standard. A performance study has been conducted to compare the accuracy performance of the method using metadata standards.

With gradual growth of digital image contents industry connected with computer graphics technology, users require high-quality animations similar to real world and want to observe the type of fishes or their swimming types through cyber aquarium and fish encyclopedia. This study designed and developed fish growth process system to express natural and dynamic movement of fish, which is the critical in expressing submarine environment. This system proposes new mopping technique not presented in existing mopping studies as well as simulation using algorithm that newly supplemented existing fish swimming types. In addition, disease infection status is realistically expressed, which may occur depending on environmental factors during their growth process. With comprehensive fish studies, different from existing fish studies, this study examines the overall features of fish with realistic simulation.
