Yeosu area from the old historical monuments and artifacts related communications signal station, directions display panels, lighthouse, Geomundo the first submarine cable installation, etc. The historical value of the communication is present. Therefore, tourism and culture industries in conjunction with the Communication Museum and Science Center was established to recognize the importance of communication and utilizing the Superintendent to allow residents and people contributing to the establishment to promote.
Characteristics of DTV Antenna

In this paper, microstrip antenna for Digital TV from 406 to 806 MHz has been designed and fabricated. In order to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna and improve of frequency properties, slot size, radius for capacitance controls were changed. DTV antenna was designed using HFSS simulation program and fabricated by FR4 substrate of dielectric constant 4.4.
The Three-Dimensional Acoustic Field Analysis using the Type C CIP Method

The authors have investigated the acoustic field analysis using the Constrained Interpolation Profile(CIP) Method recently proposed by Yabe. This study has examined the calculation accuracy of the three-dimensional(3-D) acoustic field analysis using the type C CIP method. In this paper we show phase error of type C CIP method and the dependence on the wave-propagation direction in the type C CIP acoustic field analysis, and then demonstrate that it gives less-diffusive results than conventional analysis. Moreover, in comparison between type C-1 CIP, type C-2 CIP, type M CIP and FDTD, reports the memory requirements and calculation time of each method.
The imaging of 128 channels cardiac activation signal

In this study, The imaging of 128 channels cardiac activation signal is implemented. It is performed within one minutes and very useful in open-heart operation with analysis in a short time. Especially the keeping of data and the moving of system is facility because it was implemented with being based on PC. The cardiologist can call data and analysis them anytime after a surgery.

This paper presents the experimental analysis of a F-Hessian SIFT-Based Railroad Level-Crossing Safety Vision System. Region of surveillance, region of interests, data matching based on extracting feature points has been examined under the laboratory condition by the model rig on a small scale. Real-time system were observed by using SIFT based on F-Hessian feature tracking method and other common algorithm.
Reverse Filtering of Sound Field by Adaptive Filter and Neural Network

This paper proposes a reverse filtering system of sound field obtaining a state of sound field transmitted from two sounds, using an adaptive filter and neural network. The proposed system uses the reverse filtering method with calculating and renewing a coefficient of a filter, using least mean square. Based on training the neural network, experiments confirm that the proposed system is effective for a simple waveform with non-linear distortion, by using neural network and adaptive filtering method.
Content-based Image Retrieval Using HSI Color Space and Neural Networks

The development of computer and internet has introduced various types of media - such as, image, audio, video, and voice - to the traditional text-based information. However, most of the information retrieval systems are based only on text, which results in the absence of ability to use available information. By utilizing the available media, one can improve the performance of search system, which is commonly called content-based retrieval and content-based image retrieval system specifically tries to incorporate the analysis of images into search systems. In this paper, a content-based image retrieval system using HSI color space, ART2 algorithm, and SOM algorithm is introduced. First, images are analyzed in the HSI color space to generate several sets of features describing the images and an SOM algorithm is used to provide candidates of training features to a user. The features that are selected by a user are fed to the training part of a search system, which uses an ART2 algorithm. The proposed system can handle the case in which an image belongs to several groups and showed better performance than other systems.
Chua's Circuit for Chaosotic Attractors creation by Hardware Implementation

In this paper, we implemened the simplified Chua's circuit which is replace L to C by real hardware implementation. Because L element has a difficult problem to make a real hardware, L has a saturation characteristic and we also compare with previous Chua's circuit as the result of chaostic attractors creation.
Improved switching method for sensorless BLDC motor drive

In brushless DC motor, current flow should be controlled such that only properly selected 2 out of 3 phases carry current depending on the position of rotor. In order to detect position of rotor, hole sensor, encoder, optical position-detecting sensor, and magnetic position-detecting sensor are frequently employed. These sensors not only often cause malfunction in low and high temperature but they also have disadvantage of increasing cost and size of an motor system. To reduce the cost and size and to increase the robustness of the motor system, recently researches on sensorless motor dirve are very active. This paper proposes a novel unipolar PWM switching method that can improve the control problem caused by the difficulty of detecting zero crossing point at high revolution speed by minimizing the switching noise while increasing the lifespan of the drive system.
Power Line Detection of Arial Images Using Hough Transform

Effective monitoring and maintenance operation of towers, power lines and other defects to ensure high quality and reliability of electric power supplied to customers is becoming one of the most important tasks of today's power industry. One specific technology that has the potential to automate the entire surveillance process is unmanned aerial vehicles. In this paper, we propose a new power line extraction method using the directivity of a power line and Hough transform to detect efficiently power lines from thermal aerial images. In simulation results for several aerial images, the proposed method shows good performance in extracting power line detection.
The design of filters for multi-channel cardiac activation main amplifier

In this paper, the filter design and simulation are performed to construct the multi-channel cardiac activation main amplifier. The main amplifier consists of sample and holder, variable high pass filter, notch filter, variable low pass filter. The general 64 channel configuration is expanded into 128 channels to enhance the spatial resolution and the filter is designed for 128 channels cardiac activation main amplifier.
P2P Group Search Algorithm to Improve Usability

A P2P technology in distributed environments is very useful in the respect that persons to have resources efficiently share the resources. A P2P system is caused as follows : resource search, resource transmission, resource transmission again and then excessively occurred network traffic. To improve performance about this a lot of studies is proceeding. One of this various study's directions to improve performance is recently come to a field to improve usability as such person. At this point this study is proposed P2P group search algorithm to improve usability.
A Marking Algorithm for QoS Provisioning in WMSN

Since Wireless Multimedia Sensor Network(WMSN) needs to process various multimedia data such as audio, image and video data as well as scalar data, it requires a mechanism that can support Quality of Service(QoS) to handle efficiently. This paper classifies traffic in WMSN as periodic monitoring traffic, event traffic, multimedia traffic and query-based traffic, proposes marking algorithm and queue management mechanism that guarantee differentiated QoS in terms of delay, energy efficiency and credibility on each traffic and conduct performance analysis with simulation.
A Study about the Real Estate' Policy Impact on house prices (Focusing on the time series analysis and regression)

This study was to analyze the past regime's real estate policy and the time-series data on real estate price index from 1986 to 2009 in 24 years. Also, the real estate index and macroeconomic variables, the impact on house price index variable conducted to regression analysis and to analyze whether and how much is affected. Analyzed as follows: First, Korea's real estate policy was the post-policy and the past regime's real estate policy was inconsistent with each other. Second, in the normal phase whenever real estate issues, the measures of the strengthening regulation and of the economic recovery were only to repeat periodically. Third, the timing and means of policy enforcement was an inappropriate and Real estate market was getting worse at the time whenever a real estate policies performed. Fourth, The apartments prices index of the housing types rose the highest and were the most popular for 24 years. Increase or decrease the amount of the price index for apartments, Roh Tae-woo(65.0%) - Kim Dae-jung (42.5%) - Roh Moo-hyun (32.8%) were in order. Fifth, the results of the regression analysis carried out: The impact on housing prices among independent variables were followed by Cap Construction- one per capita income - Housing consumer price index - Accompanying Composite Index - Trailing Composite Index - Home subscription Subscriber account - Leading Composite Index.

In this paper, we developed component for constituent of mobile robot system using RTC which is adapted as an international standardization among the robot middleware technology. We implemented one system by connecting the f elements of mobile robot constituent to each other and performed performance test on mobile robot system using real mobile robot NRLAB 02 that were implemented.
Design and Implementation of System for Sensing Data Collection in RFID/USN

Ubiquitous computing is technology that provides services appropriate for the user. At places where environmental and situational context are relevant in making the determination of what services are appropriate, there are sensor nodes installed, which automatically collect, manage and control environmental information. In this computing environment, in order to meet the requirements of services provided to users, a context awareness system is needed for context awareness processing. In this thesis, using RFID/USN sensors, the context of a user entering and leaving an area was produced, and the user's identification information was received via the RFID reader and antenna. At the same time, to decide whether or not to allow access for the user, a distance sensor node was installed to collect context data. Based on this, a system that provides practical services needed in real life for users was designed and implemented. The context of a user entering an area was produced, which the system recognized and provided appropriate services for the user.
