In this paper, we review an outline as premise for environmental analysis of green IT which has basic stage through the world in order to make knowledge map of green IT. We can analyze genuine environment for green IT based on this premise, and we expect that we can also use to analyse power of competition based on intellectual property after performing these environmental analysis.

This study is about development of technology system for MIS(Minimally Invasive Surgery) robot of S. Korea analysed by the application of scenario planning. MIS robot industry receive attention as a new growth industry for national and international and is noticeable for the leading industry of future era in Korea. In this paper was examined the characteristics of an MIS robot technology and its components. It was investigated about the technology of an overseas MIS robot(especially U.S.A) and Korean domestic MIS robot and understood such as the country's policy propulsion issues then, was searched about development direction of the future. As a result, the future policy for MIS robot of S. Korea is to further spur the development of new MIS robot technology and more improvement of the technology level of MIS robot with AR(Augmented Reality) display.

This study is about development of technology system for an advanced deep-sea unmanned underwater robot of S. Korea analysed by the application of scenario planning. It was developed a 6000m class next-generation deep-sea unmanned underwater vehicle(or robot, UUV) system, soonly ROV 'Hemire' and Depressor 'Henuvy' in 2006 at S. Korea and motion control, adaptive control algolithm, a work-space manipulator control algolithm, especially the underwater inertial-acoustic navigation system robust to initial errors and sensor failures. But there are remained matters on position tracking of the USBL, inertial-acoustic navigation system, attitude sensor, designed sonar sensors. So this study suggest the new idea for settle the matters and then this idea help the development of the underwater inertial-acoustic navigation system robust to initial errors and sensor failures, such as acoustic signal drop-out, by modifying the error covariance of the failed sonar signal when drop-out occurs. As a result, the future policy for deep-sea unmanned underwater robot of S. Korea is to further spur the development of new technology and more improvement of the technology level for deep-sea unmanned underwater robot system with indicator and imaginary wall as external device.
Design and Fabrication of Dual-band Compact Monopole Antenna with Two Branches for Wi-Fi Mobile Applications

This letter describes a dual-band compact monopole antenna with two branches for Wi-Fi applications. The proposed antenna is based on a planar monopole design, and composed of two branches of radiating patches for dual-band operation. The ground size of the antenna matches the ground size of a typical hand-held cellular phone for improved compatibility with mobile phone printed circuit boards. The antenna is designed using a simulator and fabricated with optimized parameters. The fabricated antenna is measured at the lower and higher operating frequencies, and the return loss coefficient, gain, and radiation patterns are determined.
Study of the Propagation Model considering Refractive Channel Environment between Korea and Japan

Japan and South Korea since 2004 until now for the broadcast channel interference, by measuring the ongoing conflict are expected to prepare for the future, but Korea's preparation are not enough. In this study, it is pointed that cause of the interference through channel environmental analysis, and effective application of propagation prediction model was carried out between neighboring countries. Between Korea and Japan, radio duct occurs on hold due to changes in the refractive gradient, and comfirmed occurrence of broadcasts interference. The results are presented that 1% time variable, -91.80 [N-units/km], 10% time variable, -43.92 [N-units/km], 50% time variable, -586.19 [N-units/km], for effective refractive gradient. Proposed refractive gradient could contribute to actual radio propagation prediction.
A MAC Design for Collision Avoidance in Wireless USB Home Networks

The USB-IF has specified a Wireless USB (WUSB) protocol based on UWB for high speed wireless home networks and WPANs. In this paper, firstly, performance degradation due to the Private Distributed Reservation Protocol (DRP) conflict problem caused by devices' mobility is analyzed. And a novel relay transmission protocol combined with Private DRP conflict resolution is proposed to overcome the performance degradation at Private DRP conflicts. In order to give the loser device due to Private DRP conflicts another chance to maintain resources, the proposed relay transmission protocol executed at each device helps the loser device reserve another indirect link maintaining the required resources via a relay node.
A Comparison of Raptor Code Using LDGM and LDPC code

In this paper, we propose the construction of Raptor code using LDGM code instead of LDPC code as precode. To see their merits, the simulations are done. The results show that the performance in case of using LDGM code is worse than that of using LDPC code as precode, and the complexity of encoding LDGM code is lower than that of LDPC.
End-to-End Performance of Packet Aggregation Transmission over MANETs under Blackhole Attacks

In this paper, end-to-end performances for some VoIP traffics are measured and analyzed over MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Networks) with packet aggregation transmission under blackhole attacks. A VoIP simulator based on NS-2 is used for performance measure. In the simulation, MOS, call connection ratio, network delay and packet loss rate are measured for end-to-end transmission performance. With analysis of measured data, characteristics of each traffics for performance parameters of packet aggregation transmission is showed on MANET under blackhole attack, As a results of this paper, some considerations be required for packet aggregation transmission are suggested to implement VoIP services on MANET under blackhole attacks.
A Study on Improved Method of Voice Recognition Rate

In this paper, we suggested a method about the improvement of the voice recognition rate and carried out a study on it. In general, voices were detected by applying the most widely-used method, HMM (Hidden Markov Model) algorithm. Regarding the method of detecting voices, the zero crossing ratio was calculated based on the units of voices before the existence of data was identified. Regarding the method of recognizing voices, the patterns shown by the forms of voices were analyzed before they were compared to the patterns which had already been learned. According to the results of the experiment, in comparison with the recognition rate of 80% shown by the existing HMM algorithm, the suggested algorithm based on the recognition of the patterns shown by the forms of voices showed the recognition rate of 92%, reflecting the recognition rate improved by about 12% compared to the existing one.
An Implementation of Smart Network for High-Quality Media Contents Delivery

Recently, the weight of high-quality multimedia contents is explosively growing out of the network total traffic. This steep increase of media contents to require huge traffic does not contribute to the generation of revenue streams and it leads to the situation of dumb pipe to trouble network providers into the big burden of investment on the network expansion. Accordingly, the transfer to the smart network to enable the effective delivery of large-scale media is imminently challenging issue to the network providers to seek the profitable business. The smart network revolves around the technologies to enhance end-to-end quality and fair usage with network resources and to optimize the traffic for the contents delivery over the concept of Content-Centric Network. In this paper, we propose an architecture and fundamental functions suitable for the smart network and suggest improved test results through the construction of an experimental network.

As a demand for the portable device requiring smaller size and better performance is in hike, reducing the size of conventionally used planar 2 dimensional integration circuit(IC) cannot be a solution for the enhancement of the semiconductor integration circuit technology due to an increase in RC delay among interconnects. To address this problem, a new technology of 3 dimensional integration circuit (3D-IC) has been developing. In this study, three-dimensional integrated device was investigated due to improve of reducing the size, interconnection problem, high system performance and functionality.
An Analog Content Addressable Memory implemented with a Winner-Take-All Strategy

We have developed an analog associative memory implemented with an analog array which has linear writing and erasing characteristics. The associative memory adopts a winner-take-all strategy. The operation for reading in the memory is executed with an absolute differencing circuit and a winner-take-all (WTA) circuit suitable for a nearest-match function of a content-addressable memory. We also present a system architecture that enables highly-paralleled fast writing and quick readout as well as high integration density. A multiple memory cell configuration is also presented for achieving higher integration density, quick readout, and fast writing. The system technology presented here is ideal for a real time recognition system. We simulate the function of the mechanism by menas of Hspice with
double poly CMOS parameters of MOSIS fabrication process.

In this paper, n order to degrade of diagnosis of power supply by using Poincare map and fractal dimension with temperature measured by infrared camera. we review the characteristic of temperature variation according to pattern variation of power supply in chemical industry complex. As a simulation results we can be realized the characteristic behaviors of nonlinear dynamics in the poincare mal and fractal dimension. In the future verification method requires through additional research.
Design of Social Network P2P System based on Agent

In the past several years there has been increasing the studies using P2P technology in the distributed system areas. In these P2P systems, the server to support the contents-information have less overloads than the composed system as the server to have resources generally. In this paper, we propose the system to support a social network P2P service based on the social network P2P system. The object of this study was to widen the use of this menu system to determine the price based on visual information by a software agent. Therefore, this system is suitable for micro, small and medium industries in the use of P2P servers and is more usable system interface for owners than previous study.

A study on management performance factors of bedding stores

This study is intended for bedding stores and finds management performance factors from providers' aspect. Henceforth this study can be used when bedding stores were considered to establish by determinations and bedding companies with statistics as a criterion and a tool so that make an accurate estimate. First, it was found that location and trade area are the most influential factor in the management performance. Second, the result of study showed that location placed first in the importance of management performance factors in bedding stores, consumer came second, followed by competition. Third, it was assumed that the large floating population around the bedding store was the most important variable in location factor, the large resident population was the most important one in the consumer factor and high quality product was the most important one in the economic factor.

A Path Generation Method for a Autonomous Mobile Robot based on a Virtual Elastic Force

This paper describes a global path planning method and path optimization algorithm for autonomous mobile robot based on the virtual elastic force in a grid map environment. A goal of a path planning is information for a robot to go its goal point from start point by a effective way. The AStar algorithm is a well-known method for a grid based path planning. This paper suggest a path optimization method by a virtual elastic force and compare the algorithm with a orignal AStar method. The virtual elastic force makes a shorter and smoother path. It is a profitable algorithm to optimize a path in a grid environment.

Recently the solution integrated of vision and motion controller which are important element in automatiomn system has been many developed. However typically such a solutions has a many case that integrated vision processing and motion control into network or organized two chip solution on one module. We implement one chip solution integrated into vision and motion controller using Zynq-7000 that is developed recently as extended processing platform. We also apply EtherCAT to motion control that is industrial Ethernet protocol which have compatibility for open standardization Ethernet in order to control of motion because EtherCAT has a secure to realtime control and can treat massive data.
A Study on Leisure Activity type of high school students

This study elects 934 high school students in Kwangju, conducts the survey of the actual condition of the youn's leisure, and comes to a conclusion as follows. the young spend mean 9-10 hours a day on class, mean 6 hours on sieeping, and mean 1-2 hours on self-learning. their spending money is less than 30,000 won and is not enough as the past years. While 33.2% of respondents answered they were trained for leisure activities, 66.8% were not. Also thesurvey indicates that 79.9% of the young think a leisure course will be contribute to sound youth. In kinds of leisure, the young prefer computer game, watching TV, video game, or listening to music which are not active. It is required to guide them to enjoy active leisure activities together. the young think their leisure time is not enough, average(41%) and not enough(37.5%). Especially, thy cannot have enough time to enjoy leisure(62.5%). The young are not satisfied of leisure facilities.

This study investigated the quality of life, activities of daily living, and 20 years of age or older and disabled people living in Gwangju, Naju area. Performance of Basic daily life activities and instrumental activities of daily living, and quality of life were investigating the extent to Learn these correlations, bivariate correlation analyzes were conducted. The results showed lower quality of life, lower performance of activities of daily living was instrumental activities of daily living, quality of life and more relevant. Through this study of disabled people, more independent and to lead the life of quality is high, it is trying to be helpful in the future.
A Study on Adolescents' Misconceptions about Oral Health Knowledge in Some Areas

This study was conducted to provide basic data in establishing a method for helping adolescents form the concept of correct oral health knowledge, by searching for their misconceptions about oral health knowledge and figuring out relevant factors. Results showed that they had appropriate knowledge on a relatively large number of questions regarding the level of oral health knowledge, but they also had misconceptions about the toothbrush grip, how to use medicines for gum diseases, and the project of fluorine concentration adjustment in water. It was shown that the score of oral health knowledge turned out to be 10.78 on average as a whole and the mean difference was within the error range. As for the correlations of misconceptions about oral health knowledge by group, it was noted that there were no differences in gender and education level, but those who completed oral health education had more appropriate concepts than those who did not (p < 0.001). In terms of the paths that they obtained oral health knowledge, the Internet and mass media (35.4%) had the highest rate and school (9.6%) had the lowest rate. With regards to the level of oral health knowledge, school had 10.56, which was the lowest score. In this regard, in order for adolescents to form adequate oral health knowledge, the following should be done. therefore, it would be necessary to activate school oral health education so as for adolescents to exercise adequate oral health behavior and to train many oral health educators so as for them to be provided with more educational opportunities.
Segmentation and Visualization of Human Anatomy using Medical Imagery

Conventional CT and MRI scans produce cross-section slices of body that are viewed sequentially by radiologists who must imagine or extrapolate from these views what the 3 dimensional anatomy should be. By using sophisticated algorithm and high performance computing, these cross-sections may be rendered as direct 3D representations of human anatomy. The 2D medical image analysis forced to use time-consuming, subjective, error-prone manual techniques, such as slice tracing and region painting, for extracting regions of interest. To overcome the drawbacks of 2D medical image analysis, combining with medical image processing, 3D visualization is essential for extracting anatomical structures and making measurements. We used the gray-level thresholding, region growing, contour following, deformable model to segment human organ and used the feature vectors from texture analysis to detect harmful cancer. We used the perspective projection and marching cube algorithm to render the surface from volumetric MR and CT image data. The 3D visualization of human anatomy and segmented human organ provides valuable benefits for radiation treatment planning, surgical planning, surgery simulation, image guided surgery and interventional imaging applications.
Implementation of Automotive Multimedia Interface Supporting Multi-Channel Display in Multi-Screen Display

Recently, the diverse needs of the drivers for in-vehicle infotainment systems are increasing rapidly. As a result, the infotainment systems are equipped with more convenient and human-friendly high-tech features. In this paper, we designed and implemented in-vehicle multimedia infotainment system based on embedded system that was applied various multimedia to in-vehicles. The proposed system can support independent display on each screen for the multi-channel multimedia source based on one processor(1 CPU). Therefore, our system can be reduced costs compared to other systems. This system not only displays the video and audio data in storage devices but also displays CAM, T-DMB, and DVB-T multimedia contents which are supplied in real-time services. Also, our system could multi-screen displays multimedia data in smart phone using Wi-Fi. We expect that in-vehicle infotainment systems like AVN(Audio video navigation) and RSE(Rear Seat Entertainment) could be used in various applications and reduced costs.
