In this paper, triple band mobile chip antenna for DCS(1.71~1.88GHz) / PCS(1.75~1.87GHz) / UPCS(1.85~1.99GHz) on PCB Layout is designed. To analyze the characteristics of the designed antenna, we designed and measured Single, Dual, Triple Band antenna. The designed antenna was fabricated and measured using vector network analyzer in LTK(Laird Technologies Korea). Triple and wide band characteristic could be realized the measured bandwidth(V.S.W.R<2.0) of designed antenna operated in the band of 1.71GHz~1.99GHz. This antenna has a small size of about
, narrow bandwidth which is a defect of chip antenna is improved. And its experimental results were a good agreement with simulation performance.
Implement of Watt-Hour Meter Monitoring System by Internet Map Based GUI using Power Line Communication

This paper deals a watt-hour meter monitor system applying a Power Line Communication (PLC) MODEM and a Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) which can apply to Internet map based Graphical User Interface (GUI). The PLC MODEM is profitable by saving the cost of installing dedicated wiring, and Internet map GUI also is able to contribute an easy access to monitoring system for non export users. This system makes it possible to monitor the amount of electricity of previous/ current month metering data via Internet mapping service. The implement system can easily apply a PC-management for the electric charges and maintenance with gathering the metering data.
Video Based Tail-Lights Status Recognition Algorithm

Automatic detection of vehicles in front is an integral component of many advanced driver-assistance system, such as collision mitigation, automatic cruise control, and automatic head-lamp dimming. Regardless day and night, tail-lights play an important role in vehicle detecting and status recognizing of driving in front. However, some drivers do not know the status of the tail-lights of vehicles. Thus, it is required for drivers to inform status of tail-lights automatically. In this paper, a recognition method of status of tail-lights based on video processing and recognition technology is proposed. Background estimation, optical flow and Euclidean distance is used to detect vehicles entering tollgate. Then saliency map is used to detect tail-lights and recognize their status in the Lab color coordinates. As results of experiments of using tollgate videos, it is shown that the proposed method can be used to inform status of tail-lights.
Initial Weighting Establishment Through Eigenanalysis for BSS in Two-by-two Delayed Mixture

This paper propose a method for fast convergence technique in frequency domain independent component analysis (FDICA) using eigenanalysis. It important, such as SONAR system, to eliminate the interference sources through fast algorithm. Through eigenanalysing a two-by-two delayed mixture case, information of delay can be used for initial weighting parameters. Simulations show the improved performances in convergence speed and noise rejection rate. The proposed method can present close weights for optimal convergence, noise can be diminished drastically about 3 times epoch, and get the better resultss with 1~3dB than the conventional method.

Linear cascode current-mode integrator

This paper proposes a low-voltage current-mode integrator for a continuous-time current-mode baseband channel selection filter. The low-voltage current-mode linear cascode integrator is introduced to offer advantages of high current gain and improved unity-gain frequency. The proposed current-mode integrator has fully differential input and output structure consisting of CMOS complementary circuit. Additional cascode transistors which are operated in linear region are inserted for bias to achieve the low-voltage feature. Frequency range is also controllable by selecting proper bias voltage. From simulation results, it can be noticed that the implemented integrator achieves design specification such as low-voltage operation, current gain, and unity gain frequency.

The demonstration project of the electrical grid for Smart grid is progressed, the smart digital appliances AV technology, Smart home energy management technology charging the management function of complex energy for the automation management of air conditioning and heating, humidity and air, the health care technology charging the design of housing for the elderly and disabled and the measurement of individual bio information, and the Smart home security technology dealing with the biometric security and motion sensors, etc. have been studied. The power monitoring terminal which uses a variety of wired and wireless networks and protocol is the target additionally to be considered in addition to the security vulnerabilities that was occurred in the existing terminal. In this research paper, the author analyzes the cryptographic techniques corresponding to the smart meter occurred by the problems that are exposed on the outside which are vulnerable to physical attacks, and intends to propose the design of the security systems for the Smart meter terminal being able to maximize the efficiency of the terminal.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is an important and essential components of ubiquitous computing, with the development of wireless communication technologies and mobile computing environment. Recently, RFID becomes the mainstream application that helps fast handling and uniquely identifying the physical objects. It utilizes the electromagnetic energy for data transmission from a tag to a reader in the presence of arbitrary interference and noise. In order to employ the portable mobile RFID reader, a tag-collision problem between two or more adjacent tags should be considered. In this paper, we present the operation of RFID system in which numerous tags are present in the interrogation zone of a single reader at the same time. Since there may exist a number of tagged objects in the narrow area, multiple RFID tags may interfere each other, caused to degrade the data reliability and efficiency of the RFID system. In order to suppress interference signals from multiple neighboring tags, we present an application of Gold code for RFID communication system, which uses spread spectrum technique. In this RFID system, data bits are spreaded in each tags with the unique Gold code and the spreaded data bits are despreaded in the reader with the same Gold code. The performance analysis of the considered RFID anti-collision system is illustrated via computer simulation examples.

As oil price and demand for environment friendly vehicle rapidly increase, research on electric car is being widely carried out. Especially, NEV(Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) is a pollution-free vehicle that can be mass-produced which the time of development for related technologies is urgently needed. In this paper the On-Board charger for mid- and large- sized secondary cell is applicable in aerospace and other general industries, and the Off-Board standing charger is expected to be employed in creating charging infrastructure.

This paper aims to applying the architectural business model canvas to urban single houses business based on the prosumer concept of knowledge-based economy. For that purpose, current status of housing market are reviewed to compare the characteristics of urban single houses with general apatments, Second, from the viewpoints of prosumers which means the client as both producer and consumer, single house business problems were investigated. Third, for the purpose of improving current business problems, new architectural business model with the help of business model canvas is developed to give the improvement measures.

In this paper, we develop the power management application of the Android operating system that works with a intelligent concent having the functions to protect resistive leakage current, over-current and standby power. Using this power management application a user monitors electrical fire, shock from a concent due to leakage current, can control home appliances by controlling the power supplied to the concents and can easily protect wasted standby powers, anytime and anywhere.

A Survey of the Index Schemes based on Flash Memory

Since a NAND-flash memory is able to store mass data in a small sized chip and consumes low power, it is exploited on various hand-held devices, such as a smart phone and a sensor node, etc. To process efficiently mass data stored in the flash memory, it is required to use an index. However, since the write operation of the flash memory is slower than the read operation and an overwrite operation is not supported, the usage of existing index schemes degrades the performance of the index. In this paper, we survey the previous researches of index schemes for the flash memory and classify the researches by the methods to solve problems. We also present the performance factor to be considered when we design the index scheme on the flash memory.
An Effective Hangul Modification System Using Jamo Modification Window

There are many Hangul input systems to input Korean letter on computer or smart phone. However, the existing systems need to be required more efforts to modify the already inputted letters. This research suggests the Hangul letter modification method which can modify letter effectively based on reusing the alphabets previously inputted. The Hangul modification system using "Jamo Modification Window" follows the composition principle of Hangul, and utilize the already inputted alphabets. It can be applicable to the existing input system without any modification using only "Jamo Modification Window". Especially, this system is very useful on smart phone with small screen.

This paper presents an implementation of embedded platform based ARM A8-cortex processor for android supporting. The development board for S5PV210 is a platform that is suitable for code development of SAMSUNG's S5PV210 32bit RICS micro controller(ARMv7) architecture for hand-held device and general applications. Embedded platform development board offers various function and high efficiencies. In addition to the high performance, the embedded platform offers low current consumption, ensuring low costs and power.

This study focused on the residential real estate market, real estate for sale in the course of the bargaining power of buyers in terms of factors to be extracted was determined. In addition to rental housing, including the number of buyers have several alternatives, the more related information, the buyers have advantage over the sellers in the course of the housing sale process. And if the external conditions and the situations between the parties have changed, how much flexibility to respond to changing and the less costs of to changing, the buyers have advantage over the sellers in the course of the housing sale process.

This study is proposed traffic signal operating system to find existing problems of loop system and complex with doplar system, which have strong linearity, resistence of weather effects and wide range to improve delay problems that used in vehicle detection method. This proposed method have simulated on Southern-Gwangju station to Enter of SeoChang take about 10km by using VISSIM tool and we found this proposed method is 15% through(또는 to) 30% more effective than continuous progress interlocking system or crossing progress interlocking system.

Vehicular communication is one of representative convergence technology which combines information technology and vehicle industry. Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments (WAVE) technology is vehicular communication standard which is widely used in the world. In this paper, we introduce service realization of WAVE based vehicular communication systems in the practical testbed. We review the overall WAVE based systems in brief and introduce the testbed. Then, we investigate various applications using vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communications. Based on realization of systems, we discuss practical implementation issues and the convergence area of WAVE systems.

In the present study,effect of natural mulbelly leaf tea on DMEM MDCK cell line. Mulbelly leaf teas inhibited the proliferation in primery MDCK cells in a dose dependent manner. These results show that mulbelly teas potent inhibits the reactive oxygen species (ROS) and not destruction a component. Therefore, mulbelly teas might improve overall quality of the color and taste. And might be applied newly to development of componant mulbelly teas quality and biochemical change by ROS in living things.

The medical world has predicted that in 2020, the numbers of senile dementia patients in Korea will be more than 600,000. Currently, the distributions of dementia patients according to ages are 3% in the 70s, 23% between 85-89 years, and 58% over 95 years; further, it should be noted that the incidence rates sharply increase with age. Dementia, dubbed "disease of the 21st century", affects not only the patient but also the lives of the patient's family, decreases the family's quality of life, and sometimes accompanies enough burden and pain to destroy some families, and it is sometimes noted to cause significant problems in the society. This study was conducted at a dementia prevention center at a university by enrolling senior patients participating in the dementia prevention center program. The study aimed to actively develop dementia prevention programs and train specialized workforce for dementia prevention.

As a disease, cancer is incurable when being diagnosed with that makes people have a fear of death. It is impacts a person's entire life by lowering her physical, psychological, social, economical, and spiritual conditions. The cancer incidence is continually increasing and its cancer death is 144.4 per 100,000 people, according to the National Center for Health Statistics(2010). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of foot reflexology massage using aroma therapy, a part of alternative medicine. It aims to determine whether the use of aroma oils improve the sleep and pain condition among patients who are either currently receiving a foot reflexology massage or in need of one.
