The Effects of Brand Personality of Internet Shopping Mall on Consumer Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit

The purpose of this following research is to verify influence of brand personality development of domestic Internet shopping malls on consumer satisfaction and intention to revisit. To achieve this purpose, a sample study was carried out on college students in Busan who made a purchase from Internet shopping malls during the past 6 months. In the concrete, 11 shopping malls including general shopping malls and open market that have a high market share were chosen as comparison targets. Materials were collected and analyzed through questionnaire survey. Empirical analysis results are shown as the following. Brand personality dimension of Internet shopping malls are 'competence sophistication', 'vitality', 'warmth' and 'reliability' etc. 'Warmth' and 'reliability' have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction and intention to revisit. In particular, 'reliability' showed bigger influence on intention to revisit Internet shopping malls. In addition, consumer satisfaction showed a meaningful influence on intention to revisit. Specific strategy development is needed to strengthen 'warmth' and 'reliability' among brand personality dimensions.

In this paper, we proposed and demonstrated
type plastic optical fiber(POF) coupler incorporating a tapered acrylic cylinder which works optical combining and dividing region. A fabricated POF coupler showd 2.27~3.31 dB of insertion loss for optical combining and 8.67~11.27dB of insertion loss for optical spitting.
A Design of K-Band Low Phase noise Oscillator by Direct Coupling of K-band Dielectric Resonator

In this paper, we analysed coupling coefficient between dielectric resonator of high dielectric constant and microstrip line to design for low phase noise dielectric resonator by direct coupling. Also we analysed phase noise of dielectric resonance oscillator with parallel feedback circuit to complement Q by high dielectric constant. We obtained a result from high-stability dielectric oscillator which is optimum designed through analysis of dielectric resonance oscillator phase noise and coupling coefficient. The result is that the phase noise was -83.3dBc/Hz@1KHz at 20.25GHz when we used about 3.6 coupling coefficient and
=30 dielectric resonator of 20.25GHz dielectric resonance oscillator. As a result, we suggested the direct-connect design method by frequency multiplication mode to prevent phase noise loss at K-Band.
Development of 3D Petroglyph VR Contents based on Gesture Recognition

Petroglyphs is an essential part of the worldwide cultural heritage since it plays a key role for the comprehension of prehistoric communities previous to writing. nowadays 3D data are a critical component to permanently record the form of important cultural heritage so that they might be passed down to future generations. Recent 3D scanning technologies allow the generation of very realistic 3D model that can be used for multimedia museum exhibitions to attract the users into the 3D world. In this paper, we develop the 3D petroglyph VR contents based on a novel gesture recognition method. The proposed gesture recognition method can recognizes the movements of the user using 3D depth sensor by comparing with the pre-defined movements. Also this paper presents new approaches for 3D petroglyphs data recording using 3D scanning technology as accurate and non-destructive tools.
Progressive Image Coding using Wavelet Transform

In this paper we propose new image coding using wavelet transform. The new method constructs hierarchical bit plane and progressively transports each bit plane. The Proposed algorithm not only supports multi-resolution, dividing original image into special band and various resolution using Antonini's wavelet basis function but also reduces blocking effects that come into JPEG. In encoding time this algorithm considers each band characters and priority of transport order, and applies to fast search of image.
IT based EMG biofeedback training on the effects of upper extremity function in chronic stroke patients

The subjects of this study were 30 hemiplegia patients whose disease duration was over 6 months, and they were divided at random into a control group (n=15) receiving traditional rehabilitation therapy and an experimental group (n=15) receiving both traditional rehabilitation therapy and training using IT based EMG biofeedback. The program was applied for a total of 4 weeks. In order to examine the subjects' functional recovery, we measured their upper limb function using FMA and MFT, and activities of daily living using FIM before and after the training. Comparison between experimental groups in the study of upper extremity function improved after training in all tests was higher compared to the control group significantly (p<.05), but activities of daily living were not significantly different in. The results of this study were as follows. we concluded that stroke patients receving intensive IT based EMG biofeedback showed upper extremity functional recovery.
ICT Medical Service Provider's Knowledge and level of recognizing how to cope with fire fighting safety

In this study, ICT medical service provider's level of knowledge fire fighting safety and methods on coping with fires in the regions of Gwangju and Jeonam Province of Korea were investigated to determine the elements affecting such levels and provide basic information on the manuals for educating how to cope with the fire fighting safety in medical facilities. The data were analyzed using SPSS Win 14.0. The scores of level of knowledge fire fighting safety of ICT medical service provider's were 7.06(10 point scale), and the scores of level of recognizing how to cope with fire fighting safety were 6.61(11 point scale). level of recognizing how to cope with fire fighting safety were significantly different according to gender(t=4.12, p<.001), age(
=17.24, p<.001), length of career(
=22.76, p<.001), experience with fire fighting safety education(t=6.10, p<.001), level of subjective knowledge on fire fighting safety(
=53.83, p<.001). In order to enhance the level of understanding of fire fighting safety and methods of coping by the ICT medical service providers it is found that: self-directed learning through avoiding the education just conveying knowledge by lecture tailored learning for individuals fire fighting education focused on experiencing actual work by developing various contents emphasizing cooperative learning deploying patients by classification systems using simulations and a study on the implementation of digital anti-fire monitoring system with multipoint communication protocol, a design and development of the smoke detection system using infra-red laser for fire detection in the wide space, video based fire detection algorithm using gaussian mixture mode developing an education manual for coping with fire fighting safety through multi learning approach at the medical facilities are required.
A Simulation Technique for RFID Adoption in Hospital

As a key technology of U-health, RFID can be applied to the hospitals in a variety of cases such as patient tracking, medical instrument management, and so on. However, adoption of RFID in healthcare does not reach expectations because of huge cost. Exact estimation of cost and effectiveness will boost adoption of RFID in healthcare. This study proposes a novel simulation technique to evaluate cost and effectiveness of RFID in hospital environment. To do this, this study proposes a technique for modeling patients' movements in a hospital. Based on the model, this study provides how to obtain tag event dataset by means of simulating identifications of RFID tags that are attached to patients.
The Associated Factors of the Intention and Registration for Organ Donation among Some Medical/Nursing Students in ICT based Society

The purpose of this study was to examine the rate of intention and registration of organ donation and to find their associated factors among some medical and nursing students. The study subjects were 629 students who majored in the medicine and nursing in medical school. The data were collected from self-administerd questionnaire composed of intention and registration of organ donation and scales of knowledge and attitude toward organ donation. As a result, the rates of intention and registration of organ donation were 72.1% and 12.5%, respectively. The associated factors with the intention of organ donation were sex, judging the brain death as a death, attitude for organ donation. The associated factors with the registration of organ donation were major, knowledge scores and attitude scores of organ donation.
Design of the Virtual SD Memory Card System on the Embedded Linux

SD memory cards are widely used in portable digital devices, and most of them exploit NAND flash memory as their storage, so that they have a feature of storing users' important data safely with low costs. In case of using NAND flash memory as storage, however, there is no method to store users' data if memory capacity is insufficient when transferring a large volume of data. This paper proposes a virtual SD memory card system. It used a SD memory card device driver to process data requested from a host by exploiting external storage rather than by exploiting flash memory as a memory core for storing data to the SD memory card. For experiment, it used the FPGA-based SD card slave controller IP on the SMC controller with a S3C2450 ARM CPU to test.
Design and Implementation of Oil Pump Control Systems Driven by a Brushless DC Electric Motor

In this paper, we address the problem of designing and implementing an oil pump control system driven by a brushless DC (BLDC) motor. The proposed oil pump plays the role of providing fuel to the engine clutch and transmission of hybrid vehicles. Main consideration is given to enhancing response feature and accuracy of the oil pump by simplifying the controller that is driven by a BLDC motor under PWM voltage control, which is a standard control method for BLDC motors. The proposed control scheme also helps to increase efficiency and reliability of the oil pump system. To validate the performance of the proposed system, we conduct experiments on BLDC motor speed control and oil pump operations.
Design Procedures of LLC Resonant Converter for Electric Vehicle On-Board Charger

nowadays, many researches for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles have been actively carried out to improve the gas mileage in comparison with mass-produced hybrid electric vehicles. In this paper, the on-board charger for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles is studied for obtaining the high efficiency. The on-board charger consists of two phase interleaved PFC circuit and LLC resonant converter. The new design procedures of LLC resonant converter are proposed in this paper. These are very simple and powerful method. In order to verify the abovementioned contents, the LLC resonant converter is designed and tested by using PSIM tool.
Design of a Reflector for Infrared Camera

Recently infrared cameras have been widely used to diagnosis degradation status of the power substitution system. At the place of high magnetic field, however, electronic parts of infrared camera take a place problem that is not reasonable working due to high magnetic field. In this paper, technique of design for reflector is proposed to perform degradation diagnosis without damage of infrared camera in a power substation system including the rectifier that is able to impact to the infrared camera by high magnetic field.
A Study on the policy of disaster prevention using integrated database - Focused on The Policy for Housing welfare -

Korea, old buildings do not currently have earth-resistant facilities, and disaster prevention facilities have some limitation in responding properly to damage arising from natural disaster as they do not reflect recently occurring climatic changes. Accordingly, it is necessary to select vulnerable districts by taking into consideration the possibility of disaster occurrence and the current situation of infrastructures for disaster prevention in order to responding efficiently to future unexpected disasters. For this purpose, national government has recently formed the DB linkage council for disaster prevention under the participation of related agencies and constructed integrated database. But local governments have not properly provided it with basic data necessary to construct database, resulting in the delay of the project. Therefore, it is thought that national government needs to provide them with manpower and financial support.
Identifying Emerging Free Technologies by PCT Patent Analysis

This paper proposes a new strategy for assisting SMEs in S. Korea to grow by the use of free technologies, which include expired patents, patents that are effective in other countries but not in S. Korea, and technologies that were published without being patented. A key question answered in this paper is how to find valuable technologies developed by large companies that can be utilized by domestic SMEs. A procedure for identifying emerging free technologies was developed and is explained with an example. A quantitative analysis of technology trend was conducted on PCT's published patents that did not include S. Korea as a designated country, and then emerging IPC subclasses were identified. Among those emerging technology areas, the subclass areas where the number of Korean inventors is small were identified as key emerging free technology areas. Our method for identifying emerging free technologies can assist domestic SMEs to advance in the international market and guide the development of a national industrial strategy.
The effect of action-observational physical training based on mirror neuron system on upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patient

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of action observational physical training on upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patient. 19 hemiparetic patients participated in this study and were randomly selected into an experimental group and a control group. An experimental group observed performance actions of purposeful activity task through a video and imitated actions with the traditional occupational therapy, and a control group only observed actions with the traditional occupational therapy. Traing was performed 3 times a week and 30 min for each round for 4 weeks. WMFT were performed for an upper extremity function and MBI were performed for activities of daily living. As a result, WMFT and MBI showed significant difference between before and after in two groups but didn't show significant difference between two groups.
A Study for Sales and Demand Forecasting Model Using Wavelet Neural Networks

In this paper, we develop a fashion products demand forecasting algorithm using ARIMA model and Wavelet Neural Networks model. To show effectiveness of the proposed method, we analyzed characteristics of time-series data collected in "H" company during 2008-2012 and then performed the proposed method through various analyses. As noted in experimental results, the performance of three types model such as ARIMA, Wavelet Neural Networks and ARIMA + Wavelet Neural Networks show 5.179%, 4.553%, and 4.448.% with respect to MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error), respectively. Thus, it is noted that the proposed method can be used to predict fashion products demand for efficient of operation.
Vulnerability Analysis for Industrial Control System Cyber Security

Industrial control system (ICS) is a computer based system which are typically used in nation-wide critical infra-structure facilities such as electrical, gas, water, wastewater, oil and transportation. In addition, ICS is essentially used in industrial application domain to effectively monitor and control the remotely scattered systems. The highly developed information technology (IT) and related network techniques are continually adapted into domains of industrial control system. However, industrial control system is confronted significant side-effects, which ICS is exposed to prevalent cyber threats typically found in IT environments. Therefore, cyber security vulnerabilities and possibilities of cyber incidents are dramatically increased in industrial control system. The vulnerabilities that may be found in typical ICS are grouped into Policy and Procedure, Platform, and Network categories to assist in determining optimal mitigation strategies. The order of these vulnerabilities does not necessarily reflect any priority in terms of likelihood of occurrence or severity of impact. Firstly, corporate security policy can reduce vulnerabilities by mandating conduct such as password usage and maintenance or requirements for connecting modems to ICS. Secondly, platfom vulnerabilities can be mitigated through various security controls, such as OS and application patching, physical access control, and security software. Thirdly, network vulnerabilities can be eliminated or mitigated through various security controls, such as defense-in-depth network design, encrypting network communication, restricting network traffic flows, and providing physical access control for network components.
