Movement of graphene grain boundary and its interaction with defects during graphene growth

On poly and single crystalline Cu substrates, the graphene was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition(CVD). Optical microscopic images which were not possible to show the detailed characterization of graphene growth were adjusted and analyzed using image analyzing software. As a result it was possible to show the detailed growth mechanism of graphene by utilizing the image analysis. Nucleation of graphene on Cu grain boundary and its growth behavior into Cu grain are shown. In addition, the movement of graphene grain boundary interacting with Cu grain boundary and pinholes during growth was illustrated in detail, and the cause and result are discussed as a result of those interactions.
5-TFT OLED Pixel Circuit Compensating Threshold Voltage Variation of p-channel Poly-Si TFTs

This paper proposes a novel OLED pixel circuit to compensate the threshold voltage variation of p-channel low temperature polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors (LTPS TFTs). The proposed 5-TFT OLED pixel circuit consists of 4 switching TFTs, 1 OLED driving TFT and 1 capacitor. This study was to develop a introduction program contents for first year nursing students and to verify the effectiveness of the program contents. The effects of introduction program contents for first year nursing students is to identify a career attitude maturity and self-efficacy. The study used a One Group Pre-post Test Design and the surveys were carried out form 5, March to 26, March, 2012. The participants were 129 students of nursing in K university. The AR(Augmented Reality) is the technique that make the fusion between real world and virtual object. The augmented object on real world can provide the visualization of digital information to user. Also, the real-time AR system makes the interaction between user and computers. Therefore, the immersion of user be increasing and help the information transfer to user with AR system. In this paper, we implement the AR system with the modeled VRML as a three-dimensional object using programming language. The application technique is proposed that augment the various virtual clothes to three-dimensional avatar. Moreover, we propose the novel interface by using marker that can be increase the immersion of user.
The Effects of Program by PNF on the Articulator Function of Stroke Patients

The purpose of this study was to identify an effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) on articulator function of the stroke patients. This study evaluated pre- and post- articulator function, targeting the test group for whom an program by PNF was applied, the contrast group for which an articulator training program was applied, and the control group for which no intermediation was made. Each program were performed total 24 times based on 3 times per 30~50 minutes. In result, MPT, AMR ,SMR of the test group were enhanced. AMR of the contrast group did not show any significant difference in /tə/, /rə/, and /a/. Therefore, Program by PNF is informed to have a effect in advancing the articulator function of the stroke patients, especially it was effective of the tongue movement.
Impact of symptoms of Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders on health related Quality of Life in firefighter under the IT environment

This study was conducted to assess the impact of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) on health related quality of life (QoL) in the firefighter under the recent IT environment. The data were collected by face to face interview using a structured questionnaire in the 366 respondents. WMSDs symptoms were measured by a self-assessed questionnaire on symptom table of NIOSH and health-related QoL was measured by SF-36. The prevalence of WMSDs was 38.0% in upper limbs, 35.5% in the low back, 21.6% in lower limbs, and 59.3% in two or more parts of the body. Subjects with symptoms of WMSDs had significantly lower scores in 7 dimensions of QoL except `emotional role limitation` than those without symptoms of WMSDs at the area of upper extremities (neck, shoulder, arm/wrist, and hand/wrist/fingers). On the other hand, subjects with symptoms of WMSDs had significantly lower scores on all QoL dimensions than those without symptoms of WMSDs at the area of lower back or lower extremities. These results suggest that WMSDs had a negative effect on QoL. Therefore, prevention of WMSDs should be considered intervention strategies for improvement of QoL, especially in firefighters.

Effect of chitosan with sirloin specimens from chitosan-fed and normal-fed pig. The specimens were observed by a optical microscope and their biophoton was measured by a photomultiplier(PMT)tube. Results of experiments showed that specimens of the chitosan-fed pig had lower biophoton rate than that of the normal-fed pig. As a result of the organization were also shown pictures Chitosan as a pork loin tissue and fat in the flesh less delicate and compactness is found that tastes good. Thus by PMT fleshy tissue biochemical measurements to measure the change of state to be one of the new method is to be expected.
Efficient Brainwave Transmission VANET Routing Protocol at Cross Road in Urban Area

Recently, various electronic functions are developed for car drivers as the advent of electrical automobile. Especially, there are functions to examine for preventing drowsy or healthcare through monitoring brainwave(EEG) of drivers in real time. This function can be provided by transmitting driver`s EEG, and the network function for transmission among cars or between car and road side infrastructure is a vital issue. Therefore, in this paper, to provide efficient routing protocol for transmitting EEG data at a cross road in an urban area, 5 different wireless communication network applied each routing protocol such as AODV, DSR, GRP, OLSR, and TORA is designed and simulated in the OPNet network simulator, then it is evaluated for the result.

Object recognition is one of the key technologies of the monitoring system for the prevention of crimes diversified the intelligent. The height is one of the physical information of the person, it may be important information to confirm the identity with physical characteristics of the subject has. In this paper, we provide a method of measuring the height that utilize RGB-Depth camera, the Kinect. Given that in order to measure the height of a person, and know the height of Kinect, by using the depth information of Kinect the distance to the head and foot of Kinect, estimating the height of a person. The proposed method throughout the experiment confirms that it is effective to estimate the height of a person in the room.

In this study, we are a proposed system that could control a multi-functional welder of the current, voltage of the crater, gas control, the wire feeder`s driven, the constant voltage output control, high frequency control, rated current control and the ARC welding control etc., using the mobile-based smart phone. Approximately 90% of user of proposed system are very useful in multi-function welder in their task responded and rest of 10% of the answers don`t need it. 30% answered in 90% of the multi-function welding machine according to age group using a smart phone utilizing this "very difficult" at investigated. However, the use of smart phones is gradually lower the user`s age group can be seen that effective.
Association rule mining for intertransactions with considering fairly data semantics

Recently, to reflect the context between transactions, the intertransaction association rule mining has been study. In this study, we present two problems that is within intertransaction association rule mining method and suggest the methods to solve this problems. First, we suggest an algorithm to reflect changes on data between transactions. Second, we propose the method to solve the unfairly considered frequency of data when intertransactions is generate with transactions. We make more meaningful rules than previous researches. We present the experiment result with measured data from the marine environment.

Recent climate change and ensure each country`s marine fisheries resources due to the sharp decline to address the eco-friendly farming has emerged. Marine aquaculture operations to provide ease of use for the fishing ship cranes. In this paper, we use the default handler for the shipping cranes and improve the working environment of the received video equipment in the work area through the monitoring and analysis of visual information to optimize the image, convenient and high visibility for workers to have real-time video guide system is proposed.
Study on Effects of Alternative Investment Goods in the Era of IT in Relation to Bid Rate of Neighboring Shopping Area

This study analyzed how alternative investment goods would affect a market in a neighboring shopping area in order to provide parties involved in the investment market of this neighboring shopping area with standards which would help them when they try to make a reasonable determination. The study estimated forms and explanation power of the effects of a bid rate of a neighboring shopping area, and came up with those results as follows. Increases in the representative macro economic indicators, the composite stock price index and the fluctuation rate of land price, including the real estate business would have a positive influence on the market of the neighboring shopping area as playing a circumstantial evidence of market recovery and yet, the increase in interest rate, the alternative investment goods, would reduce the relative price-earnings ratio which would, eventually, negatively affect the charm of the investment in the market of the neighboring shopping area. The study, now, understands that housing with a feature of consumers` goods and neighboring shopping area with a feature of investment goods would not have great concern with each other as they are observed to be two different markets from an aspect of interactionism.
Efficient Crossroad Wireless LAN Vehicular Communication Network for Remote Driving and Monitoring Autonomous Vehicle

Now a days, there are various application functions to transmit from vehicles to the Internet and vice versa. And the communication can be operated through a roadside infrastructure including with possible use of routing protocols. Specifically, autonomous vehicles for remote driving and monitoring requires transmitting of high depth of multimedia such as video. Especially in a populated urban area, an efficient network is vital because of handling a great amount of the data. Therefore, in this paper, efficient network topology for a crossroad in urban area is suggested by performance evaluation of vehicular networks using a wireless LAN and a routing protocol. For the performance evaluation, various vehicular network topologies are designed and simulated in OPNet simulator.
Portfolio of Real Estate Price Index for ICT Environment Study on Diversification Effect

ICT environment to the survey released by the Bureau of Statistics 2012 Household Finance. Korean Welfare survey 24.9% of all households in financial assets, real estate is about three times more than 69.9%, respectively. The problem is that the information is slow and income deciles(deciles 1-4), a relatively high proportion of households with low(78.8 to 69%) of the real estate assets of the expansion of the world economy with low growth and low uncertainty, work from home due to the information changes in the structure of the economy, such as increases in real estate prices remain exposed to the risk of a phenomenon such as Pour House Pour Talent and low-income people is bound to be more serious symptoms. This low correlation is by constructing a composite asset portfolio, the weighted average risk of the individual assets while increasing overall revenue decrease that risk is based on the principle of portfolio by type and different areas in the ICT environment in a portfolio of real estate price index low correlation to financial assets by including the effect of dispersion stable complex asset portfolio and empirical Growth was divided.
