This paper is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 600~700times at every years. It was analyzed that the collision accident is highest rank by 37% among the marine accidents and the fishing vessel is highest by 58% in these collision accidents and also the small fishing boat under 20tons is highest by 27% on them. Over the half of thecollision accidents by 56% they couldn't find each other to just before the collision situation. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property.

Fast Center Lane Detection Method for Vehicle Applications

In this paper, we address the problem of center lane detection algorithm for autonomous driving. Color information for center lane is gathered by analyzing a row line color distribution of road in front of a vehicle. The candidate pixels for center lane are extracted from the histogram of road colors. Morphological filtering and clustering process are applied to the candidate pixels to extract the exact center lane. We predict a expected area of center lane and search only the regions in subsequent frames, that reduces the time required for center lane detection.

This study is targeted at users of social networks to investigate motives, motives based on information exchange, network density, and reliability of information, recognizing network. Result motivation is a social network analysis of information-seeking motivation, social influence motivation, entertainment motivation, motivation network formation, respectively. Network density is also information seeking motivations, social influence motivation, entertainment showed differences in motivation, information about the reliability of the difference between the difference was in all the motivational factors.
Study on Development and Utilization of Wide Area Visibility Information System Using CCTV on the Highway

Recent researches show that the traffic fatality rate in fog is higher than that in rain and snow. In that sense, methods to measure visibility accurately and to notify the measured visibility information to drivers are required. We thus developed a system for measuring the road visibility in realtime by employing CCTV cameras. In this paper, we also propose a wide-area visibility information system through measuring the visibility of every highway by using the developed system. The proposed wide-area visibility information system uses the video clips from the CCTV camera instead of the output from the expensive fog sensor. Hence, we expect that it can reduce the cost of installation and operation dramatically and the measured visibility information has a number of applications.

The important requirements of designing a pattern classifier are high throughput and low memory requirements, and low cost hardware implementation. A pattern classifier by using Multiple Attractor Cellular Automata(MACA) proposed by Maji et al. reduced the complexity of the classification algorithm from
to O(n) by using Dependency Vector(DV) and Dependency String(DS). In this paper, we generate a pattern classifier using LFSR to improve efficiently the space and time complexity and we propose a method for finding DV by using the 0-basic path. Also we investigate DV and the attractor of the generated pattern classifier. We can divide an n-bit DS by m number of

Nuclear industries have faced unfavorable circumstances such as an obsolescence of the instrumentation and control system, and therefore nuclear society is striving to resolve this issue fundamentally. IEC and IAEA judge that FPGA technology is a good replacement for Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) of Nuclear Instrumentation and Control System. FPGAs are currently highlighted as an alternative means for obsolete control systems. Because the main function inside an FPGA is initially developed as software, good software quality can impact the reliability of an FPGA-based controller. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a software development aspect strategy that enhances the reliability of an FPGA-based controller. In terms of software development, HDL-Programmed Device (HPD) Development Life Cycle is applied into FPGA-based Controller. The burn-in test and environmental(temperature) test should be performed in order to apply into nuclear instrumentation and control system. Therefore it is ensured that the developed FPGA-based controller are normally operated for 352 hours and 92 hours in test chamber of Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials (KIMM).
End-to-End Performance of Packet Aggregation Transmission on MANET under DDoS Attacks

DDoS attacks on MANET makes disable any node which support network function, cause critical results as a stopping of entire network service or separation to some parts. Packet aggregation, which gather some pieces of short length into a certain length of data, improves transmission performances on MANETs. In this paper, some effects on transmission performance of packet aggregation transmission be caused by DDoS Attacks are measured and analyzed in point of end-to-end level. MANET simulator, based on NS-2, is used for measurement end-to-end performances. MOS, connection rate, delay and packet loss rate is used as performance parameters. VoIP traffic is used for object service measurement. Finally, it is suggested that number of packet aggregation is more then 4 for keeping the transmission quality over MANETs under DDoS attacks.
IDS Performance on MANET with Packet Aggregation Transmissions

Blackhole attacks having a unauthorized change of routing data will cause critical effects for transmission performance. The transmission performance will be improved to the a certain level by using or having IDS(Intrusion Detection System)/IPS(Intrusion Prevention System) as countermeasures to blackhole attacks. In this papar, the effects of IDS to ene-to-end performance of packet aggregation transmission are analyzed on MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) with IDS under blackhole attacks. MANET simulator based on NS-2 is used to analyze performance parameters as MOS, connection ratio, delay and packet loss rate as standard performance parameters, an another performance factor which is suggested in this paper. VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) traffics, one of voice services, is used for performance analysis. A suggestion for IDS implementation on MANET with packet aggregations under blackhole is shown as one of results.
Design of Shared Memory Controller Device Driver in Embedded System

In the AMP(Asymmetric Multiprocessing) based dual core using core-specific operating system in a single processor system, shared memory method is used to send data between processors in dual core. To used shared memory in different operating systems, there is a problem of needing to solving the issue of message communication and synchronization between the two operations systems. In this paper, separate memory controller was used for data sharing between different processor cores in dual core environment. This controller can designate two slave ports to allow simultaneous access from two processors, and in the case of process data simultaneously by two processors, priority order of slave ports is determined through memory mediator. When sending data from A to B processor, SRAM area was logically separated into 8 pages. It allowed using memory area from multiple processes with the size of 4KByte per page, and control register with the size of 4Byte was used to discern the usability of current page.

Happiness has been studied in sociology and psychology as a matter of grave concern. In this paper the happiness model that a new second -order systems can be organized equivalently with a Spring-Damper-Mass are proposed. This model is organized a 2-dimensional model of identically type with Duffing equation. We added a nonlinear term to Duffing equation and also applied Gaussian white noise and period sine wave as external stimulus that is able to cause of happiness. Then we confirm that there are random motion, periodic motion and chaotic motion according to parameter variation in the new happiness model.

This paper addresses quality of experience(QoE) and how to measure and evaluate QoE including its subjective aspects. Adopting the real measurements on the field, a various quality metric have been measured for VoIP(voice over IP) service provided through a wireless interface of WiBro(Wireless Broadband). By analyzing the measured values and correlation between the metrics, we attempt to find a method to evaluate QoE of the VoIP service in a objective way. As a result, it has been shown that QoE of the VoIP service through WiBro network has close relation to the packet-level end-to-end delay, and the delay has close relation to received signal strength indicator(RSSI).

Nowadays, most people have been using a bicycle as a transportation or exercise. The bicycle is so indispensable to the public means of transportation. The demand of the bicycle is increasing since one is becoming advancement more and more. We propose a smart bicycle that can controls the individual parts of the bicycle by smart phone. This paper verifies and validates the problem and the advanced direction after confirming the smart phone's public bicycle to learn about market trends and the analysis of future prospects. Based on the analyzed contents of the problem and improving the direction, we implement public bicycle system with smart bicycle. The implementation of the proposed method shows the available and the effective system with the promote public health by cycling and contributing to the domestic bicycle industry.
A Study on the Detection Performance of the LPI Hopping Signal using a Channelization Method

In this paper, the performance of the narrowband channelized radiometer that have a short detection time and high time-resolution was verified based on the theoretical formula. According to the simulation result, the channelized radiometer showed 2.5 dB superior detection performance compared to the broadband radiometer, but is more sensitive to the effects of noise than the broadband radiometer. Also the signal-to-noise of a channelized radiometer was changed dramatically according to the hop rate and jitter effect, which is linearly decreased as the change of two parameters.
