In this paper, an evaluation of intelligent CCTV system is proposed with recording and implementation video and video DB. Videos for evaluation are recorded by dividing far, mid and near zone. Video DB has video recording information, detection area, and ground truth in XML format. A video annotation tool is proposed to make ground truth effectively in this paper. A video annotation tool writes ground truths of videos and includes evaluation comparing system alarms with ground truths.

This paper relates 10% shrink from
design for logic devices as well as input and output (I/O) circuits, different from the previous shrink methodologies which shrink only core device. Thin gate oxide was changed to decoupled plasma nitridation(DPN) oxide as a thin gate oxide (1.2V) to reduce the flicker noise, resulting in three to five times lower flicker noise than pre-shrink process. Unavoidable issue by shrink is capacitor for this normally metal insulator metal (MIM). To solve this issue, 20% higher unit MIM capacitor (
) was developed and its performance were evaluated.

This paper introduces the reduction design technique of the resonance phenomenon of the inner PCB based on power integrity from the analysis about the inner power supply line generating RLC resonance. With the technique, the resonant frequency resulted from the structural characteristics of the PCB can be analyzed and allows to predict and the capacitor for resonance phenomenon reduction can be decided as a decoupling capacitor. From the simulation result, it was confirmed that the PCB's resonance phenomenon reduction design technique should have the reduction effect in the inner motherboard of the industrial controller. This research will be contributed to the improvement of the safety of a PDN (Power Delivery Network) structure in the layout design technique of the PCB.
Analysis of Tank Oscillation Voltages of Sub-1V Series Tuned Varactor-Incorporating Balanced Common-Gate and Common-Drain Colpitts-VCO

This study performs the analytical investigation of the oscillation voltages at the tanks of the series tuned varactor incorporating balanced common-drain, and common-gate Colpitts VCO which are able to work even at the sub-1V power supply voltages. The results the investigation predicts is verified by the simulation on the circuit behaviors of the two VCOs. The analytical investigation finds that the series tuned varactor incorporating balanced common-gate VCO generates greater oscillation voltage at the tank than the series tuned varactor incorporating balanced common-drain VCO does, which in turn is more suitable for generating the low phase noise oscillation signal from the sub-1V supply voltage than the series tuned varactor incorporating balanced common-drain VCO.
Transmission Performance of Lattice Structure Ad-Hoc Network under Intrusions

As temporary network, ad-hoc network has been effected by structures and implemented environments of networks. In this paper, transmission performance of lattice structure ad-hoc network, which is expected to use in sensor network and IoT(Internet of Things), is analyzed in point of intrusions and countermeasure for intrusion is suggested. In this paper, computer simulation based on NS-2 is used for performance analysis, VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) as a widely used service is chosen for performance measure. MOS(Mean Opinion Score) and call connection rate is used as performance parameter. As results of performance analysis, it is shown that for MOS, random network is better then lattice network at intrusion environments, but for call connection rate, lattice network is better then random network.
End-to-end Transmission Performance of VoIP Traffics based on Mobility Pattern over MANET with IDS

IDS(Intrusion Detection System) can be used as a countermeasure for blackhole attacks which cause degrade of transmission performance by causing of malicious intrusion to routing function of networks. In this paper, effects of IDS for transmission performance based on mobility patterns is analyzed for MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Networks), a suggestion for effective countermeasure is considered. Computer simulation based on NS-2 is used in performance analysis, VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) as an application service is chosen for performance measure. MOS(Mean Opinion Score), call connection ratio and end-to-end delay is used as performance parameter.
In the Automation Environment of Factory and Production, the Implementation of Security-enhanced Mobile Device Management System using Android-based Smart Phones

Utilizing smart phones based on android applications in the field of FA(Factory Automation) or PA(Production Automation) is being deployed actively. In general, MDM(Mobile Device Management) is a crucial infra-structure to build such a FA or PA environment. In this paper, we suggest an open mobile device management platform and implement its prototype. The developed prototype consists of three modules such as DMS(Device Management Server), FUMO(Firmware Update Management Object) and SCOMO(Software Component Management Object). In addition, we suggest a security module based on the concept of the EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol) and the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). The suggested security module's prototype is applied to guarantee the data integrity in the process of communicating among DMS, FUMO and SCOMO for the purpose of utilizing smart phones based on android applications in a FA field. We also evaluate the performance of the implemented security prototype. According to our simulation results, the implemented prototype has a good performance in a FA environment and can be utilized in the other FA, PA or OA(Office Automation) environment with guaranteeing the security.

In order to create an environment for Apache Hadoop for parallel distributed processing system of Bigdata, by connecting a plurality of computers, or to configure the node, using the configuration of the virtual nodes on a single computer it is necessary to build a cloud fading environment. However, be constructed in practice for education in these systems, there are many constraints in terms of cost and complex system configuration. Therefore, it is possible to be used as training for educational institutions and beginners in the field of Bigdata processing, development of learning systems and inexpensive practical is urgent. Based on the Raspberry Pi board, training and analysis of Big data processing, such as Hadoop and NoSQL is now the design and implementation of a learning system of parallel distributed processing of possible Bigdata in this study. It is expected that Bigdata parallel distributed processing system that has been implemented, and be a useful system for beginners who want to start a Bigdata and education.
Temperature Characteristics Analysis of Major Heating Region According to Cooling Device Location of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Inverter

To combine to the power transmission, photovoltaic inverter is demanded, because the photovoltaic system is generated direct current power. However, photovoltaic inverter is sensitive to high temperature. In the temperature rising such as at noon and on summer, efficiency of machine is decreased due to the loss increment. Because this problem causes national energy loss according to the expanding the photovoltaic industry, countermeasure is demanded. There, in this paper, we installed a cooling system using a thermoelement regardless of the temperature. Also, we analyze the cooling effect according to the position of two fans which improve the effect maximize.
Cooperative Communication Transmission Scheme using Partially Differential Modulation

Cooperative communication, which transmit signal via arbitrary number of relays, enhances the overall communication performance by providing virtual Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) gain without imposing multiple antennal limitation in physical system. There are two representative relaying protocols, i.e., Amplify-and-Forward (AF) and Decode-and-Forward (DF), where we analyze the performance of cooperative communication by adopting DF relaying protocol applying partially differential modulation. The performance is based on symbol error rate (SER), and the effect of relay location on the performance is analyzed. We also compare the performance of the proposed scheme with the system which uses differential modulation scheme.

This study was aimed to detect Submarine Groundwater Discharge (SGD) distribution image of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) using infrared band of Landsat-7 ETM+ around Jeju island. It is used to analyze SST distribution that DN value of satellite images converted into temperature. The estimation of SGD location is that extracting range of
from SST. The summer season images(July 28. 2006, Aug. 29. 2006 and Sep. 19. 2008) were used to analyze big difference between SST and temperature of SGD. The results, estimated SGD locations were occurred part of coastal area in northeastern of Jeju island.

The diurnal range of temperature in korea is increasing. We know that the environment has deteriorated through report about railway damage and economic loss caused by climate. In these conditions, Monitoring device for railway must operate to support the operations and maintenance. Therefore, In this paper, COM-based monitoring device implemented using Industrial-Extended electronic components and made, We tested compliance about temperature environment of actual railway. We verified through testing about cold and dry heat of monitoring device. Used components in this product will be able to utilize the development of the railway industry of electronics.
Design and Manufacture of U-shaped Antenna for WLAN/WiMAX Applications

In this paper, a triple-band U-shaped monopole antenna with T-shaped stub for WLAN(Wireless Local Area Networks)/WiMAX(World interoperability for Microwave Access) applications. The proposed antenna is based on a planar monopole design, and composed of U-shaped of radiating patch, T-shaped strip in U-shaped, for triple-band operation. To obtain the optimized parameters, we used the simulator, Ansoft's High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS) and found the parameters that greatly effect antenna characteristics. Using the obtained parameters, the antenna is fabricated. The numerical and experiment results demonstrated that the proposed antenna satisfied the -10 dB impedance bandwidth requirement while simultaneously covering the WLAN and WiMAX bands. And characteristics of gain and radiation patterns are determined for WLAN/WiMAX application.
Analysis of sight deviation between the panelists and the camera of digital broadcasting

In this paper, we analyze the visual deviation for the sight mismatch between the digital broadcast camera during shooting and panelists due to sideways frequently the digital stopwatch for panelists who participated in the election broadcast to check the time limit. Match the sight of the on-air broadcast camera discussion and participants in the debate, such as the small studio is relatively stable. However, if a large number of participants in the discussion and broadcasting of the forum is a serious sight deviation occurring by sideways large LCD monitor stopwatch that is installed in the center. Therefore, in this paper, the number of panelists, the length of the desk, to discuss the analysis of fair value changes in accordance with the height and distance the distance between the digital stopwatch, and digital broadcast camera.
