Advancement of mobile technology opened new business field in existing marketing area and in spirit of depression of advertisement market due to worldwide shrunken business, investment mobile advertisement market only jas a tendency to increase. In this paper I tried to know some factors to influence on the acceptance of customer to receive the referring advertisement continually through the study of 'KaKaotalk Plus Friends', a kind of marketing platform of KaKaotalk, the model killer application of Smart Phone. For this purpose I developed the research model based on Customer Value Theory and Social Exchange Theory etc. Futhermore based on these theories I studied the facts to influence on the acceptance of customer using KaKaotalk Plus Friends Service.

The Journal of Society for e-Business Studies, volume 19, issue 2, 2014, Pages 31~51
DOI : 10.7838/jsebs.2014.19.2.031
This study examined the effect of product presentation on consumers' affective/cognitive states and purchase intention. The design of the study was a one factor(product presentation: garment presented flat vs. garment presented on models without faces vs. garment presented on models with faces) between-subject design with a moderator (involvement: high vs. low). A sample of 429 female college students participated in this online experiment. The results show the effectiveness of using a realistic human model on apparel websites. Also, consumers who are highly involved with clothing generally exhibit more positive responses than those who are less involved. Overall, these findings provide empirical support for the Stimulus-Organism-Response model and the Elaboration Likelihood Model, and contribute useful knowledge regarding website design for online apparel retailers.

Ubiquitous City(U-City) is spotlighted for the new paradigm to solve the problem of urbanization using ICT technology. However, due to the lower profit and the insufficient of citizen-experience service, ubiquitous service(U-Service) is perceived negatively. In this sense, a study for user-centric profitable service development is needed. This study, as a basic research for the development of U-service, is conducted to identify the factors which are affected to acceptance of the U-Service. Technology Acceptance Model is applied for the basic model of the research. The model is modified by the U-City characteristic which has user, technology, and service perspective. The proposed model is empirically tested using survey data collected from 600 citizens of 7 U-City. Structural equation modeling is employed to test the research hypotheses. The survey analysis results are able to apply for basic research of U-Service design, and provide theoretical and practical implications.
Design of a Block Logistics Operating System in Shipbuilding Industry Based on Axiomatic Design

DOI : 10.7838/jsebs.2014.19.2.075
We deal with the design of the effective block logistics operating system in shipyard. The block logistics operation is one of the critical managerial problems in shipbuilding. The block logistics operation in shipyard consists of storage operation for temporary storage in the limited storage area and transfer equipment operation of blocks from the given storage area to next process according to the block production schedule. We propose a design method of block logistics operating system based on the axiomatic design and IDEF0 method. As a result of axiomatic design, system functions are determined regarding implementation sequence. We validated the proposed design by implementation of a block logistics operating system for a large scale shipyard.

Opinion Mining is one of the application domains of text mining which extracting opinions from documents, and much researches are currently underway. Most of related researches focused on the sentiment classification which classifies the documents into positive/negative opinions. However, there is a little interest in extracting the features characterizing the individual product. In this paper, we propose the technique classifying the opinion documents according to the product features, and selecting the those features characterizing each product. In the proposed method, we utilize the document clustering technique and develope a new algorithm for evaluating the similarity between documents. In addition, through experiments, we prove the usefulness of proposed method.

As the emerged importance and awareness for information security, It is being implemented by each industrial sector to protect information assets. In this paper, we analyze the information security checklists or security ratings criteria to derive similarity and difference in context which used to knowledge network analysis method. The analyzed results of all checklists (ISMS, PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS', 'G') are as follows : First, It is common factors that the protection of information systems and information assets, incident response, operations management. Second, It deals with relatively important factors that IT management, the adequacy of audit activities in the financial IT sector including common factors. Third, the criteria of ISMS contains the majority of the contents among PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS'and 'G'.

The Journal of Society for e-Business Studies, volume 19, issue 2, 2014, Pages 125~142
DOI : 10.7838/jsebs.2014.19.2.125
Previous research about SNS users' intention was mainly focused on revisit intention, while this study reaches a research conclusion by considering both revisit and switching intention. According to the research result, (1) social interaction and SNS addiction influence other precedential factors; (2) enjoyment and usefulness increase SNS users' revisit intention; (3) SNS users would not consider switching to another SNS even they have negative opinions about their current SNS. This research result implies that, for SNS enterprises to dominate market, it is required to provide services so that SNS users can actively participate on social interaction activities, and a strategy is necessary to attract and turn SNS users with negative opinions into active participants.
