A Study on the Isolative Determination of 4-Morpholine Carboximidoylguanidine Hydrochloride in Ophthalmic Solutions

The isolative determination of 4-Morpholine carboximidoylguanidine Hydrochloride in the ophthalmic solutions was examined by means of colorimetric method using oxidized nitroprusside and sodium hypobromite. Interaction of Beta-cyclodextrin with Some Pharmaceuticals

Data are present for the interaction of beta-cyclodextrin with 7 pharmaceuticals in aqueous solution. By means of the solubility method of analysis, definite interaction were found to occur with all the compounds tested. The amount of these pharmaceuticals in equilibrium with their respective solid phase increased progressively with beta-cyclodextrin. A concentration of 1.5 g of beta-cyclodextrin per 100 ml of water increased the solubility of most compounds tested (except one) by 15-120%. Hydrolysis in alkali solution of chrolothiazide was retarded in the presence of beta-cyclodextrin.

The comparative studies were made on the analgesic antipyretic effects of aminopyrine used individually and combined with parasympathetic agents (atropine sulfate). Adsorption of Nalidixic Acid to Human Erythrocytes and Plasma

The adsorption of nalidixic acid on human erythrocytes was found to expressed by Freundlich's isotherm. The amount of adsorption of nalidixic acid on erythrocytes increased with an increase of pH. The adsorption of nalidixic acid on human plasma was found to expressed at Scatchard's equation by the equilibrium dialysis method. An influence of pH on adsorption of nalidixic acid to human plasma proteins was studies at pH 4-10. It was found that the degree of adsorption increase with the increase of pH from 4-6, but descreased above pH 9.
The Study on Absorption and Excretion of Sulfadimethoxine Combined with Some Proteolytic Enzyme

The effort of proteolytic enzyme on the absorption and excretion of sulfadimethoxine are investigated in this paper. The rat small intestinal absortion of sulfadimethoxine in the presence of proteolytic enzymes such as chymotrypsin and trypsin are increasingly absorbed more than 20% during 3 hours. Blood levels of sulfadimethoxine following oral administration are not effected by proteolytic enzyme, but both on the high concentration of chymotrypsin and the low concentration of trypsin at only 3 and 4 hours are increased(P<0.05) from that of the control . Blood levels of sulfadimethoxine after duodenum injection are remakably enhensed to correspand to 18.5-25.0% (P<0.01) by the proteolytic enzyme concentration respectively. Proteolytic enzymes did not give influence on excretions of sulfadimethoxine after duodenum and oral administration.

According to previous paper, the hardness of semi-solid as ointments and suppositories causes the tough or skin, the pain and connected with absorption, the state of spread or the efficiency of drug. A Study on Spectrophotometric Determination of Oleic Acid by Basic Dye Methylen Bblue

A new spectrophotemetric method was estalished for the determination of oleic acid. This method is based on the 1,2-dichloroe-thane extraction of the ion-pair formed between methylene blue and oleic acid. But the absorbance of an ion-pair in the 1,2-dichloroe-thane layer was variable with the temperature, the ion-pair was extracted back into a diluted hydrochloric acid solution.
