Characteristics of the Education Participation Motivation and It's Impact on the Educational Satisfaction and a Positive Change in Life in Married Immigrant Women

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and the impact of it on the education satisfaction a positive change in life after the education according to education participation motive types in married immigrant women. By the regression, education participation motive types(
=.16) affected on the women's the education satisfaction significantly but it's effect(
=.16) on the a positive change in life through the education affected insignificantly. By the ANOVA analysis, the activity-oriented among the education participation motive types were highest in the level of education satisfaction, self-esteem, marital satisfaction, the length of residence in Korea, and age. By the logistic regression, only the length of residence in Korea affected on the activity-oriented significantly.
Characteristics of Village Festival and Its Development Strategies: Case Study on Hanmadang Festival, Icheon City

The study aims to find development plan of the Hanmadang festival in Jachaebanga village. First of all, Financing is the first major obstacle to opening a successful village festival. In order to host village festival. It's important that smooth financing. It needs head north and diversify of the Banga table. Through proceeding by subscription, research a value-added food the village benefits can be better. Because Jachaebanga village located in capital area. The people who live in Seoul and Gyonggi area easily approachable. So, If induce a free visitors to reservation visitors, It will benefit not only village, but also visitors. Hanmadang festival program and another village festival program are evenly alike. Festival organizers must provide a differentiated festival program to reservation visitors. It needs merge the harvest program and society curriculum to amplify the synergy. Like a Turtle play, participation inducement to neighboring traditional culture organization can be of help to consist festival program. There simply aren't enough people here to progress festival properly. In order to supply people to progress properly, Festival plan, Budgets allocations have to be determined by village officers.
Space Planning of Agricultural Park with Local Special Products: Case Study on 'Cheongsong Apple Park', Cheongsong-gun

Rural tourism is primarily a domestic tourism activity with visitors traveling to non-urban area. Therefore, local agricultural and special products as one of rural amenity resources have been used revisitation carriers of rural tourism. For these purpose, this study selected Cheongsong-gun in Gyeongsang province, which has been famous for Cheongsong apple and planned space program on that sites as on-farm research. The sites are divided into 6 districts, agricultural production, leisure, cultural space, events or festival, green space, infrastructure for local residents and tourists. Above all, this study led local government to develop related policies using local agricultural and special products, which can be an example to plan for regional development.
Architectural Characteristics of Hot Spring in Rural Korea

67.82% of domestic hot springs are in rural areas. (Ministry of Public Administration and Security statistics, 2010) Most of hot spring's facilities are aging and inability to accommodate the current changes of leisure patterns. So, a decrease of the number of visitor to the hot spring resulted in economic decline of rural areas. Hot spring has been studied, but Architecture of Hot Springs has never been interested in and research. Therefore, Nation architecture of Hot spring and foreign architecture was compared and analyzed. Then, Architectural characteristics of Hot spring in rural areas was identify. The architecture of Hot spring type of foreign and images are routinely burned, the organic form and old-fashioned adrift. However, our country found in Hot spring architecturally and daily life had any features. Thus, the country's hot springs spa area for construction of the architecture design should be characterized. And, through institutional guidelines and deliberations should be provided in the right direction.
Strategies for Korean Agribusiness Investment in China

Korea and China have a similar agricultural background and they have an analogical culture and custom of food. In addition, they are located close. Thus, their agricultural sectors easily have effected each other. The purpose of this study is to review the history and situation of Chinese agribusiness, to analyze the status of Chinese investing policy which is varied after China joining in WTO, and to suggest the ways that Korean companies can successfully invest in the Chinese agribusiness sector. In addition, we explore the cases that foreign companies in Hongkong invest in the Chinese agribusiness sector. Korean companies must have a special knowledge about Chinese laws and custom of business. They also have to make a good partners who help their business. Second, before Korean companies investing in the Chinese agribusiness sector, they must carefully choice investing items. These items have to satisfy several conditions, accessing to international market as well as Chinese market and that politic assistance of Chines government is rendered. Third, when Korean companies invest in the Chinese agribusiness sector, the scale of invest would better not be large. In addition, Korean companies have to make a joint-venture company in China and build vertical integration.
