Smart Phone and Vehicle Authentication Scheme with M2M Device

As the developing of the information technology, M2M market that is using communication between devices is growing rapidly and many companies are involved in M2M business. In this paper, the concept of telematics and vulnerabilities of vehicle network security are discussed. The convergence of vehicle and information technology, the development of mobile communication technology have improved quality of service that provided to user but as a result security threats has diverse. We proposed new business model that be occurred to the participation of mobile carriers in telematics business and we analyzed mobile radio communication network security vulnerabilities. We proposed smart phone and Vehicle authentication scheme with M2M device as a way to solve vulnerabilities.
The Design and Implementation of Messenger Authentication Protocol to Prevent Smartphone Phishing

Phishing is an attack to theft an user's identity by masquerading the user or the device. The number of phishing victims are sharply increased due to wide spread use of smart phones and messenger programs. Smart phones can operate various wi-fi based apps besides typical voice call and SMS functions. Generally, the messenger program such as Kakao Talk or Nate On is consisted of client and server functions. Thus, the authentication between the client and the server is essential to communicate securely. In this paper, we propose the messenger authentication protocol safe against smart phone phishing. To protect communications among clients, the proposed method provides message encryption and authentication functions.
Development of the Logistics Network Diagnostic Assessments and Monitoring Service to promote Eco-driving Behaviors for Truck Drivers

The transportation and logistics industries, the constructions of a green transport methods for logistics systems are presented. They aims the greenhouse gas emissions 37% savings compared to BAU(Business As Usual) for a green growth of national strategy by 2020. An eco-driving training for truck drivers is a typical way. However there are few studies such as the integrated data collection automatically and the diagnostic Assessments and monitoring methods of logistics network status to show the effects of the eco-driving. To solve this problem, this paper provides previous research on logistics network diagnostics assessments and monitoring service and eco-driving. Then this paper shows developments of the logistics network diagnostic assessments and monitoring service business flow to promote eco-driving behaviors for truck drivers based on a smart phone application. Also, it shows an efficiency through an application results in field test.
Analysis of Customer Power Quality Characteristics Using PV Test Devices

Recently, new distributed power sources such as photovoltaic, wind power, fuel cell systems etc. are energetically interconnected and operated in the distribution feeders, as one of the national projects for alternative energy. When new power sources are considered to be interconnected to distribution systems, bi-directional power flow and interconnection conditions of new power sources may cause several power quality problems like voltage sag, voltage swell, harmonics, since new power sources can change typical characteristics of distribution systems. Under these situations, this paper deals with the analysis the power quality problems at primary and secondary feeders in distribution systems, when new power sources like photovoltaic (PV) systems are interconnected, by using the test devices for PV systems based on the LabVIEW S/W. This paper presents the test device which is consisted with model distribution system and model PV systems. By performing the simulation for power quality operation characteristic based on the test facilities, this paper presents the optimal countermeasures for power quality.
Evaluation Method for Protection Coordination of PV Systems Interconnected with Primary Feeders

Dispersed generation (DG) such as wind power (WP) and Photovoltaic systems (PV) that has been promoted at the national level recently is mainly being introduced into distribution systems adjacent to consumers because it is generation on a small scale when compared to current generation. Due to its characteristics, DG can be operated by interconnection with distribution systems to present security of more stable power and efficient use of power facilities and resources. Problems on protection coordination of distribution systems by reverse flow of DG can roughly be divided into three possibilities: excess in rated breaking capacity (12.5KA) of protective devices by a fault in DG current supply, failure to operate protective devices by an apparent effect that can occur by reduction in impedance parallel circuit fault current due to interconnection of DG, and malfunction of protective devices by interconnection transformer connection type. The purpose of this study is to analyze problems in protection coordination that can occur when DG is operated by interconnection with distribution systems by conducting modeling and simulations by using theoretical symmetrical components and MATLAB/SIMULINK to present methods to improve such problems.
A Study on Stress and TMD Factor of University Student

This paper examined the relationship between stress, the most potential cause among a variety of factors causing temporomandibular joint disorder, and temporomandibular joint disorder. In particular, this paper aimed to identify the temporomandibular joint disorder of those who were in their 20s, the age when temporomandibular joint disorder possibility increased. The survey was conducted by randomly selecting 120 college students who understood the purposes of this research and agreed to the survey from July 11 to 30, 2011. For the general features of the subjects, only gender showed any statistically significant difference. In the relationship between stress and habits related to temporomandibular joint disorder, the habit which the subjects had the most was "propping up of the chin", 64.4%. Five habits were observed the most frequently in the group with the highest stress. The habit of chewing on one side of the mouth showed the highest response as 81.5% in the group with high stress. Other habits showed similar results, about 60%.
Association between cardiovascular disease and periodontal disease prevalence

Periodontal disease is a common inflammatory disorder that is being considered as a risk factor for atherosclerotic complication. Recent epidemiological evidence also supports that its potential association with increased blood pressure levels and hypertensive prevalence. Data from cross-sectional studies suggest that in hypertensive patients periodontal disease may enhance the risk and degree of target organ damage. So dental infections have been associated with cardiovascular diseases. There are potential pathophysiologic links between hypertension and periodontits. The role of the inflammatory pathway include C-reactive protein(CRP). CRP is an inflammatory mediator that has been shown to predict the development of hypertension independently of baseline BP and traditional risk factors, has been consistently reported as at least mildly elevated in patients with periodontal disease. Reactive oxygen species produced by locally infiltrating neutrophils participate in periodontal tissue destruction. Periodontits can lead to inflammatory responses in the atrial myocardium, which disturbs the structural and electrophysiologic properties of the atrium and facilitates atrial fibrillation in the animal experiment.
A Study on Determinats of Cancer Patients's Length of Hospital Stay on Medical Charges Pattern

This Study is to propose the resonable management for cancer patients by identifying correlation among the treatment, their length of hospital stay and medical charges. Research subjbject is 144 patient that breast cancer, uterine cancer and Family Medical patients of inpatients in K University Hospital in Korea during six month, from January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010. The analysis shows that the emergecy is superior range thag outpatient because each of them has 97.9%, 2.1% by looking at the path to admission. And the age of 40-49 is the higest group by age. When matrix components of breast cancer patients, principal component is composed of two axes. Factors associated with the first component appeared correlations between all variables without the age. Following results, this study is considered similar types of disease or treatments are need to introduce the DRG.
