A study on the satisfaction of Health Examination for National Health Insurance service -Target of medical examinee in Busan-

The purpose of this study was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction relate to health examination of National health insurance service in Busan. This paper provide basic information of conducted by the National Health Insurance service, and the perception of health examination to provide satisfaction. The sampling group was selected in Busan's health examinations tests can be conducted targeting. Distributed 300 questionnaires were used in the final paper, call 221 and survey was accomplished between March and th June in 2013. The analyzed results was as followed; 1) There was significant of have used medical examinations; have medical institutions use 1 month ago; cigarette smoking day; the number of drinking by demographic characteristics, the statistic difference was existed on.(p<0.05, p<0.01) 2) The satisfaction of health examination institutions were recorded to average
points on 5-points scale; Opinion the health examination services average was
points on 5-points scale; attitude to health examination average was
points on 5-points scale.
Research about Improvement of Pretreatment Methods on Projection of The Baruim Enema

This study which improve pretreatment method was to increase effective diagnosis of barium enema to remind a more accurate action by training precautions, method of taking medicine, time and taking suitable laxative to patient. First, A total of 504 patients who received barium enema in the E university hospital were evaluated about repretreatment proportion of patients. 176 patients who were changed with precaution were evaluated about repretreatment. Second, Both 130 patients who were not changed with the type and amount of laxative and 137 patients who were changed with it were evaluated. Repretreatment rate was reduced about 10% since changed precautions. Stomachache was reduced about 21% due to chage methode to take the laxative improved. Patients who think cleanliness degree of bowel increased that it is going very well about 11.9% since improvement and decreased that it's not bad about 16.3%. The methods which accurately recognize precautions to patient decrease repretreatment rate, inconvenience and pain of patients due to repretreatment. Expectation mentlity for accurate inspection also had increased in that patients think that cleanliness degree of bowel was increased.
A Study on Determining Factors for Manufacturers to Distributors Warehouse in Supply Chain

This study aims to determine factors related for manufacturers to use distributors storehouse and its cost efficiency in Supply Chain. When manufacturers which have relationships with Big distributors determine the way of their logistics, they can use their own warehouse, or the distributors', or outsource its function. In which case the manufacturers face the cost efficiency of using warehouse will be different, therefore, the driven factors will exist internally or externally. The findings of this study are that internal factors(brand value, product portfolio, and technological capabilities), external factors(technological characteristics, demands fluctuations, and munificence), and transaction characteristics(transaction experiences, dependency) would be driven factor between manufacturer and distributors in supply chain. These driven factors effects manufacturers transactions power on their distributors.
Quasi Static Fatigue Analysis of Spot Welding Component considering Change of Stiffness

Spot welding is automation of assembly process, without increasing the vehicle weight and economy, there is a fuel economy improvement of motor vehicles and to widely used in the automotive industry. But By irregular load from the road surface while at the vehicle is running, stress concentration occurs in the weld point, fatigue failure occurs frequently. Considering change of stiffness is the essential fatigue life of the evaluation spot weld. In this paper, by performing a linear static analysis was to understand the vulnerable part. Acquire to the fatigue properties of the spot weld, take the load history of the three levels in the time domain, was performed by setting as a condition of quasi-static fatigue analysis. and Fatigue life prediction method of the spot weld was by applying the method according to the fatigue damage accumulation and the conventional method was compared analyzed with the results shown.
Design and Implementation of Safe-Guard for Elementary School Students

From one elementary school of last 2005 Pusan was started "the school police" system is being applied the effect in the elementary school of the human nature receiving entire country. But "with school police system " have a limit about manpower that is insufficient. So we try to make "Baumter-Gikimy " that is extended scollo police in seoul. Despite being like that at 2010 and 2011 cannot forget the elementary student suicide events which are shocking or sexual assault events occur from the campus.From elementary school 4 grade the students between junior high school 1 grade crime occurrence ratio are highest. These people the group leaving out mainly, suicide, with group violence and sexual assault problem gets up same problems. In order to solve like this problems stands the countermeasure of the dimension which is national certainly is necessary. But so far only the damage student and the parents have an interest in about like this problems and they hurt. We the smart phone of Android bases it will be able to solve like this problem points [ayp] from under planning and development boil the elementary student safe helper it will can use. When it uses the elementary student safe helper system which we propose before the accident occurs, it will grasp the state information of the student and it will be able to prevent an accident in advance. We will try to more efficient safe guard to elementary school student by real-time monitoring skill soon.
Information Management by Data Quantification with FuzzyEntropy and Similarity Measure

Data management with fuzzy entropy and similarity measure were discussed and verified by applying reliable data selection problem. Calculation of certainty or uncertainty for data, fuzzy entropy and similarity measure are designed and proved. Proposed fuzzy entropy and similarity are considered as dissimilarity measure and similarity measure, and the relation between two measures are explained through graphical illustration.Obtained measures are useful to the application of decision theory and mutual information analysis problem. Extension of data quantification results based on the proposed measures are applicable to the decision making and fuzzy game theory.
Design of Sliding Mode Controller with Auto-tuning Method

Sliding mode control(SMC) are carried out in this literature. And to make the controllers perform better, fuzzy logic was chosen,it makes PID controller auto-tuning parameters and reduced the chattering problem of sliding mode control. Since SMC take error and derivative of error as inputs, after comparison some results are obtained.PID controller response faster yet sliding mode control is much steadier. However certain problems cannot be ignored that the chattering phenomenal cannot be reduced entirely and this motion may hurt the machine; this project only considered a simple system, there is no guarantee PID can work as well as in this case for a much more complex system. MATLAB simulink was the main approach to obtain the performance of the two controllers: to observe the control output of the two controllers, electric circuit and special controllers are designed and tested in MATLAB.
