A Study on the Effect of Reverse Logistics Capability on Profits and Collaboration Satisfaction

This study aims to define the positive relationship among reverse logistics capability, firm's profits, and collaboration satisfaction. In the previous literatures about reverse logistics mainly focus on the importance of relationship between manufacturers and customers, but less likely on the potential positive effects of between collative firms. To implicate reverse logistics gives firms assets recovery, cost reduction through recycling which affects greater profits. Reverse logistics capability would be positively related with increasing profits for collaboration and satisfaction between partners.
Reactive sound system suitable for platform genre games

Presence of music in the modern game is getting bigger and bigger, and storytelling in the area of game play a leading role in many cases. Platform game is one type of action game genre. In its nature, the character and the object in a game are closely coupled, thus they have intermate relation with reactive sound system. In this study, we tried to build a effective and reactive sound system which is suitable for the storytelling of platform game. In addition, we speculated various aspects of game including psychological, musical and social aspects, finally investigating the future aspects of the game music.
Development of Multimedia Contents System for Gogurye Ancient Tomb Mural

In this paper, we design and develop an educational virtual system which can experience Goguryeo tomb murals in the virtual world. Goguryeo tomb murals are well known in the world, and they are registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site by the value Acknowledged worldwide. We design an user-friendly interface for Goguryeo tome murals by Flash, and make a modelling and rendering with 3D Max. In addition, we create an educational animation with Adobe Premiere. We choose some of items such as Goguryeo tomb murals, historical sites, high-level description of periodization, Goguryeo's clothes, home, play as sub-themes, and we develop a system with detailed views and informations for the daily life of the people of Goguryeo.
Algorithm of Decoding the Data Codeword in Two-Dimensional QR Code

Two-dimensional QR Code has improved greatly the limits on the capacity, size, direction of the one-dimensional bar code. And it has the capacity of compressing and storing the massive amount of data and is widely used in many applications. Recently, the two-dimensional QR Code has been spread rapidly because of introducing the smart phones and increasing the amount of using them. However, there is little documentations about decoding the QR Code in which can store the large amount of information. In this paper, therefore, we present specific processing procedures and algorithms on decoding the two-dimensional QR Code and then make us understand their decoding process by explaining some examples.
PID auto-tuning controller design via fuzzy logic

PID auto-tuning controller was designed via fuzzy logic. Typical values such as error and error derivative feedbackwere changed as heuristic expressions, and they determine PID gain through fuzzy logic and defuzzification process. Fuzzy procedure and PID controller design were considered separately, and they are combined and analyzed. Obtained auto-tuning PID controller by Fuzzy Logic showed the ability for less than 3rd order plant control.
Observer design with Gershgorin's disc

Observer design for system with unknown input was carried out. First, Kalman filter was considered to estimate system state with White noise. With the results of Kalman filter design, state observer, controller properties, including controllability and observability, and the Kalman filter structure and algorithm were also studied. Kalman filter algorithm was applied to Position and velocity measurement based on Kalman filter with white noise, and it was constructed and achieved by programming based on Matlab programming. Finally, observer for system with unknown input was constructed with the help of Gershgorin's disc theorem. With the designed observer, system states was constructed and applied to system with unknown input. By simulation results, estimation performance was verified. In this project, state feedback control theory, observer theory and relevant design procedure, as well as Kalman filter design were understood and used in practical application.
Analysis of Different 500kV HVAC Transmission Lines Lightning Shielding

The lightning shielding of different 500 kV HVAC-TL high voltage AC transmission lines was analyzed. The studied transmission lines were horizontal flat single circuit and double circuit transmission lines. The lightning attractive areas were drawn around power conductors and shielding wires. To draw the attractive areas of the high voltage transmission lines, transmission line power conductors, shielding wires and lightning leader were modeled. Different parameters were considered such as lightningslope, ground slope and wind on lightning attractive areas. From the calculated results, the power conductors voltages affected on attractive areas around power conductors and shielding wires. For negative lightning leader, the attractive area around the transmission line power conductor increased around power conductors stressed by positives voltage and decreased around power conductors stressed by negative voltage. In spite of this, the attractivearea of the transmission line shielding wire increasedaround the shielding wire above the power conductor stressed by the positive voltage and decreased around the shielding wire above the power conductor stressed by negative voltage. The attractive areas around power conductors and shielding wires were affected by the surrounding conditions, such as lightning leader slope, ground slope. The AC voltage of the transmission lines made the shielding areas changing with time.
