Analysis of the Present Situations of Internal Fashion Industry Using Animation Character

The purpose of this study was known the animation history, function of the animation character, the development process of the animation industry, and the industry process of the animation character in the center of the animation character of America and Japan occupying the internal character market largely. Also, it was examined how the animation character was used in the fashion industry and was recognized the importance of the character industry, and it was seen the design development of the fashion character in the future and the proceeding method of the fashion marketing strategy. The following this study was examined by using the various newspaper and magazine, the internal and external reference. In the result of this study, the animation character created in the TV and the screen is extended the related industry and is developed the various cultural products, and it is recognized as the product of the highly added value. The internal animation characters are mostly the characters of America and Japan, but now the internal animation productions is recognized the importance of the animation industry and is producted the animation to attack the internal and external market. The potential of the animation character was really excessive. The excellent animation product was important but the animation character and the activity of the accompaniment industry related to it was important. Also the animation character mostly had influence on the fashion industry.
Analysis of Korean Consumer Brand Awareness and Preferred Types of Sock Design

The purpose of this study was to develop a large representative data base for socks marketing strategy. The study was to determine socks brand awareness in ralation to segmented distribution regions and such demographic variables as sex and age. The authors also analyzed preferred design. A total of 650 questionnaires were distributed and 611 reliable ones were used for statistical analysis. A SAS statistical package including frequency tables and chi square test was used. The results are as follows: Brand awareness involves "brand recall" based on asking a person to name the brand he or she recalls first, and also "brand recognition" based on asking subjects to identify brand names from 30 given brands. 'SOCKSTOP' was found to be a dominant brand as a result of the brand recall test, and 'BYC' was found to be a dominant brand as a result of the brand recognition test. Brand recognition was significantly different in the segmented distribution regions, three age groups and different sex groups. People considered design first in purchasing sports/casual socks, while they considered color first in purchasing dress socks. The most favored type of sock style was the common crew sock type. The results of a chi square test showed that preferred type of sock design was related with the sex and age variables.
A Study on the Influence of Mass Fashion Design Factor in Sportswear

The purpose of this study taken interest in recent, is a development of the sportswear style fashion design and provision of aid for making a marketing strategy and reasonable purchasing for customer's. Results of this study can be summarized as follows : As baseball boom is revived due to Park, Chan-ho's nice pitching, baseballcap and hood-shirt that printed each team's logo have an effect on mass fashion style. Clothes of mountain c1imbingwear style can personal free coordination, because they are little change of fashion, customers are constantly purchase them. As contemporary women are increase about interest on beauty, leggins and bra-top that aerobic clothes are scoordinated various type and included practice style. Snowboard style is coincide with Hip-hop look that loose fitting style pursues free style, it becomes more popular fashion with street fashion. Golfwear taking root in townwear of the 40, 50 women.
A Study on Deconstructional Fashion Design Through Fashion Magazine

The purpose of this study was to examine how deconstruction, which currently had a great deal of influence on fashion, was actually accepted in view of fashion form or material. In order to track the tendency of deconstructional fashion, an attempt to find out what deconstructional methods were used in fashion design for each formative element was made by looking into earlier studies. Then an analysis was made over the recent fashion magazines. As a result of analyzing four fashion magazines, the most distinctive feature was found to be the use of seethrough cloth. In addition, unsymmetrical form also was immensely used. The next most frequently appeared form was layering, followed by slash or making a hole, lingerie look, padded cloth, indeterminate form, wrinkled cloth and patchworked cloth in the order named. The dominant layering style, the most widely used deconstructional fashion, was that inner cloth could be seen through outer seethrough cloth. The most frequently employed deconstructional cloth was seethrough cloth. Rather than complete seethrough cloth, the shape of lace, net or pattern was employed largely, in which the body could be partially hidden. The most largely used deconstructional method was a slash or making a hole. Most slashes appeared on the front part of the body, to which seethrough stuff was attached in many cases. Based on the above mentional finding. 10 kinds of deconstructional design were proposed for each method.
Compressional Properties of Fabrics at Low Pressure to Assess Real Fabric Handle

Twenty-three fabrics of varying thicknesses and weights were subjected to the maximum pressures of 10, 20, 35, 50 and 70
to yield pressure-thickness curves. Compression property values were plotted according to the amount of pressure applied to the samples. Pressure increases resulted in decreases in LC (compressional curve linearity), increases in WC (compressional energy) and no change in RC (compressional resilience). The best-fit lines are found separately according to pressures. The thickest fabrics exhibited the highest LC and WC values. The slopes varied different according to the pressure applied, with a pressure 50
exhibiting the steepest slope at We. The pressure of 20
correlated most closely with the hand-evaluation test results, yielding Spearmans correlation coefficients of .86 and .82 respectively for the LC and WC.
The Dyeability and Antimicrobial Activity of Methanol Extracted in Artemisia princeps

Artemisia princeps was used for the natural dye stuff extraction and concentration to produce the condensed dye liquid. Using this liquid, the silk and the cotton fabrics were dyed. And then the K/S value, color difference were measured in order to determine the dyeability and the antimicrobial activity. The K/S value of silk were much higher than those of cotton. In terms of the silk fabric, the premordanting method was most efficient of the mordanting method. The various surface colors on the dyed fabric were resulted according to used mordants and mordanting methods. The dye fastness was significantly improved when mordants were added. Among them, Cr-mordant improved more than 1 level. The Cu-mordant showed the greatest antimicrobial activity on both of mordant treated silk and cotton.
The Research on the Consumer Consciousness and the Actual Condition of Shape Retention Finished Clothing

The aims of this research were to suppose the basic data to the producer for more useful manufactures production. 700 pieces of questionnaire were made and 552 pieces of questionnaire were used for this study. The results of this research are as follows ; Many consumers feel uncomfortable to using the unfinished clothing and by the point we could expect the shape retention finish has great possibilities. Just half percent of the people knew about the shape retention finish. So the producer have to do more advertisement for the shape retention finishing and functions. Generally the consumers are satisfied with the shape retention finished clothing.
A Study on the Comfort and Skin Temperature on the Clothing Environment in the Taegu City during Years -Concentrated on indoor uniforms-

The purpose of this study was to determine the physiological responses and the Subjective sensations of the human subjects when 10 human subjects(5 males and 5 females) were tested with selected ensembles, including the uniforms of students, industrial and bank workers. For the study, garment material and design were selected, which was mostly used in Taegu area by the survey. Thermal manikin and the human subject tests were performed. The results were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference among skin temperature of head by season and among that of breast and back by all variables, however, there was a significant difference among that of belly by gender and that of thigh and shank by season. In addition, there was no significant difference among rectal temperature by gender and season, but there was a significant difference by uniform. 2. Mean skin temperature of male subjects was significantly higher than that of female subjects. Specially in lower environmental condition, the difference got larger. 3. There was a significant difference among purse rate of subjects by uniform, but there was no significant difference among those by gender and season. There were no significant difference among maximum and minimum blood pressure by gender, uniform, and season. 4. There was a significant difference in temperature of chest among gender and uniform, and there was no significant difference in temperature of back by season. In addition, There was a significant difference in humidity of back by uniform and season but there were no significant difference in that by gender. 5. There was a significant difference in humidity sensation by gender, comfort sensation by uniform and season, but there was no significant difference thermal sensation by uniform and season. 6. For the result of regression analysis, we got the regression equations as follows: Clo=1.810 Thickness+0.525, Clo=0.475 weight+0.863.

Variations of Mechanical·Nourishment (Amino Acid Cystine)·Shape of Cuticle Characteristics according to Hair Coloring Manipulation

The purpose of this study was to suggest the knowledge and scientific information of the damage and improvement according to hair coloring manipulation. The study investigated variations of mechanical, nourishment(amino acid cystine) shape of cuticle characteristics according to hair coloring during 40, 50 minute. The results were as follows; Tensile strength was decreased variations of 6.62%, 13.68%, extension rate was increased variations of 10.58%, 12.28%, thickness was increased variations of 9.15%, 15.64% in 40 min. and 50 min. hair coloring. Content of amino acid cystine was lowered variations of 23.00%, 30.49% according to time of manipulation. A shape of cuticles was disfigured and brocken by reason of hair coloring manipulation.
A Study on Sizing System for the Competitive Manufacturing Environment of Domestic Apparel Product -Based on the Outerwear of Men in Their Twenties-

For proper communication among manufacturers in many countries and for consumer's convenience in purchasing garments imported from foreign countries, the ISO revised the size designation system in 1969. Since 1970's many countries have revised their standard sizing system by adopting the ISO system. The purpose of this study is to satisfy domestic consumer's needs by developing a sizing system based on that of ISO for Korean men in their twenties, and to contribute to entering the international fashion market by manufacturing high quality apparel products. The results were as follows: By measuring and analyzing of men in their twenties, average height is 172 cm, average chest girth is 92.8 em, average hip girth is 93.4cm and average drop is 15.8. According to the result to analyzing body type of this study, athletic type(drop 18) is 47.8%, regular type (drop 12) is 37.3%, the 2 types covers 85%.
