A Study on the Apparatus for Image Transmission and Transmission Control using Cellular Phone Network
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 1~10
A remote image transmission apparatus combines robot technology and image transmission there is safe problem or place that a person can not go. Recently, control apparatus that use wire and RF between web server and robot for remote control are developed. But, there is problem that must install Internet line and communication distance. Transmission distance problem can solve when using the equipment of RF, but price of RF router is problem that is very high cost. In this paper, we developed remote control system using the cellular phone communication network that can control image transmission and image transmission apparatus to solve these problem. Developed system could solve defects of methods that use existent RF and internet. And could transmit the most suitable image and voice under limited condition include current communication network.

This study on the systematic access to establishment of the concept of cyber shopping mall as well as to problems to overall parts of EC service as well is required. The objectives of this study are that how service consumers perceive the quality of EC service, and that what effect the quality makes on their satisfaction and re-purchase intention. This means that the research enables a marketing manager to take the meaning of comparative weight among the components of EC service quality, and to provide very useful information to establish marketing strategies which are close to the consumers.
The Recognition of Korean Auxiliary Adjective/Causative/Passive and Their Descriptions Based on Conceptual Graph
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 17~28
Korean auxiliary adjectives. causatives and passives are often used in Korean sentences in spite of the small numver of them. However, the incorrect processing of their concepts leads to the poor translation quality. To solve the problems. this paper proposes a description of them based on Conceptual Graph(CG). For the description of them within CG, this paper first collects 12 auxiliary adjectives, 425 causatives, and 260 passives. Next. the paper performs the analysis of them. Then the paper depicts the meanings of them based on CG, in the experiment, the paper implements the hepler program that translates sentences included in them into CG and explains the experimental results.
Transforming XML DTD to SQL Schema based on JDBC
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 29~40
The information exchange on the using of XML such as B2B electronic is common. So the efficient method to store XML message in database is needed. Because the ORDBMS is extended to ORDBMS for supporting multimedia application such as Oracle8i, 9i, Informix and SQL2000 server, SQL2, the standard RDB is extended to SQL3 for ORDB, And the XML application based on java such as J2EE is extended. Therefor it is necessary for the efficient connection methods based on JDBC between XML application and database system. In this paper, the methodology a transformation XML DTD to SQL3 schema is proposed. For the transformation, first the methods of transformation XML DTD to object model in UML class diagram are proposed. And then the methods of mapping transferred object models to SQL3 schema are proposed. This approach for transform::1lion XML. DTD to SQL3 schema such as Oracle8i, 9i, Informix and SQL2000 server based on java is proposed in this paper, can be used in database design to build XML applications based on ORDB.
Improvement of the Colored Thread Algorithm to Prevent Loop in MPLS Network
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 41~49
Ohba has suggested the Colored Thread Algorithm to prevent looped path when LSP is to be setup. M immediate node sends thread information such as color, hop count. ill, to downs1ream node via LDP message for the set-up of LSP. Afterward, decides that the looped path is formed when it receives a message with a same colored thread that was sent to downs1ream node, and it searches another path. If the message reaches to the egress node, then acknowledged message is sent to upstream node as reverse direction to the ingress node to set up loop-free path. For the algorithm, Ohva has defined three thread states as Null, Colored, Transparent. In this paper, the state of thread is extended to 5 states such as Extending, Merging, Stalling, Null, and Transparent. By the way, related FSM and TCB was redefined to make clear the ambiguity of thread states which causes faulty actions and to remove overhead. And, to improve performance, it limits to generate a thread in the state of Stalling.
Consistency and Completeness Checking of Rule Bases Using Pr/T Nets
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 51~59
The conventional procedure to verify rule bases are corresponding to the propositional logic-level knowledge representation. Building knowledge bases, in real applications, we utilize the predicate logic-level rules. In this paper, we present a verification algorithm of rule bases using Pr/T nets which represent the predicate logic-level rules naturally.
Design and Implementation of Java Based Mobile Agent Security System
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 61~69
Big-bang growth of Internet and World Wide Web is supplying much information and resources to network. However, use of internet resources is receiving many limitations by bandwidth for most users. But, through Applet way, can solve degradation problem that follow on static side and bandwidth of CGI that HTML has. Mobile Agent starts in user's computer to accomplish user's specification purpose and achieves work rooving network. Because code that can perform so is transmitted, and is achieved in network through network, important problem happens to mobile code's security naturally. In computing environment that this research uses this Mobile Agent way that can protect host and agent groping report, describe problem that happen composing Mobile Agent relationship concept and Mobile Agent, and do so that may present method that is studying to solve these problem, and use method that application is possible actually among presented method and design transfer agent's security system.
UDXF Repository Manager for Software Collaborative Based on XML
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 71~80
UML is an object-oriented development methodology to graphically modeling, a software system, We are developed UML, graphics editor and its generating various design objects during software development cycle. Its design object compose of semantics information and View information manage using of RDBMS. Extant tools supporting UDML. however, it does not have an explicit format to describe and interchange its design abject intentionally, In this thesis, to overcome the drawback, the UML design object interchange and presents our efforts to make UML design objects highly interoperable. We developed an interchange format called UDXF(UML Design object exchange Format) based on XML UDXF is a simple and well-structured format to encode UML design objects. It leverages the tool interoperability, team development and reuse of design objects by interchanging the model information with the XML standard. Also, we propose design object repository manager for design object of UDXF format.
Implementation and Performance Analysis of the Group Communication Using CORBA-ORB, JAVA-RMI and Socket
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 81~90
Large-scale distributed applications based on Internet and client/server applications have to deal with series of problems. Load balancing, unpredictable communication delays, and networking failures can be the example of the series of problems. Therefore. sophisticated applications such as teleconferencing, video-on-demand, and concurrent software engineering require an abstracted group communication, CORBA does not address these paradigms adequately. It mainly deals with point-to-point communication and does not support the development of reliable applications that include predictable behavior in distributed systems. In this paper, we present our design, implementation and performance analysis of the group communication using the CORBA-ORB. JAVA-RML and Socket based on distributed computing Performance analysis will be estimated latency-lime according to object increment, in case of group communication using ORB of CORBA the average is 14.5172msec, in case of group communication using RMI of Java the average is 21.4085msec, in case of group communication using socket the average is becoming 18.0714msec. Each group communication using multicast and UDP can be estimated 0.2735msec and 0.2157msec. The performance of the CORBA-ORB group communication is increased because of the increased object by the result of this research. This study can be applied to the fault-tolerant client/server system, group-ware. text retrieval system, and financial information systems.
Reconfiguration of LDAP Sever Architecture for Resolving Directory Server Overloads and Synchronization
Journal of Internet Computing and Services, volume 3, issue 1, 2002, Pages 91~99
Many companies and departments are increasingly concerned of searching their business information in correct and faster way as they share the information through the internet. LDAP has been proposed for directory server standards which supports storing, searching and managing the business information, and it has become a global standard. Current LDAP, however, cannot solve problem; such as server overloads and data synchronization. This paper describes the history and characteristics of LDAP, and proposes an architecture for solving those problem;. Since the proposed architecture is designed based on the existing LDAP architecture, it guarantees extensibility and portability of server configuration.
