The proposed real-time structural health monitoring(SHM) system in past transferred and received data, central server gathered data from sensors, through coaxial cable. an immense sum of money is required to structure sensor network using coaxial cable. This paper proposes USN-based structural health monitoring(SHM). AIso, this paper designs and realizes prototypes according to proposed SHM. The value of sensing data obtained through HSDPA transfer to the BMS(Bridge Monitoring Server) passing through the TCP / IP socket by building two-way communication system, We have implemented a complete graph converting full system.
A Study of the Health Monitoring System for u-Healthcare

As disease and aging increased on the map of nuclear families, the interests in protecting individual privancy and u-Healthcare has increased as well. Until now, the health management of individual medical institutions have limited their researches on the future of offline diagnostics and treatment works, time and space only to medical services. However, in the future, healthcare through mobile medical devices to real-time online personality, mobility, and bulwark where patients can receive personal health statues anywhere seems inevitable. Therefore, in this paper, the PDA based on the each individual elderly and patients that updates their physical health statues through the signal meter management system can notify both the individual and the hospital when a medical emergency occurs. Additionally, it provides relevant information on the results of measurements monitoring system.
The cancellation performance of loop-back signal in wireless USN multihop relay node

This paper deals with the cancellation performance of loop back interference signal in the case of multihop relay of 16-QAM received signal at the USN radio network. For this, it is necessary to the exchange of information with long distance located station by means of the relay function between the node in the USN environment. In the relay node, the loop-back interference signal which the retransmitting signal is feedback to the receiver side due to the antenna of transmitter and receiver are co-used or very colsely located or using the nonlinear device. Due to this signal, the performance of USN system are degraded which are using the limited resource of frequency and power. For improve this, it is necessary to applying the adaptive signal processing algorithm in order to cancellating the unwanted loop-back interference signal at the frontend of receiver in relaying node, we can get the better system and multi hop performance. In the adaptive signal processing, we considered the 16-QAM signal which has a good spectral efficiency, firstly, than, the QR-Array RLS algorithm was used that has a fairly good convergence property and the solving the finite length problem in the H/W implementation. Finaly, we confirmed that the good elimination performanc was confirmed by computer simulation in the learing cuved and received signal constellation compared to the conventional RLS.
Production Control System Based on RFID

In this paper, the implementation of a production control system based on RFID has been studied in order to obtain an exact Cost Center data such as the name of workers included a process of work and a time period to finish the process. The cost center of a worker will be correctly obtained by checking the work time using RFID tag data and by transmitting the data to a server of ERP or POP system. And also warming up time, cleaning time, power failure, and out of order sign will be checked and calculated using the data stored in RFID tags attached in workers and machine facilities. Therefore, exact Cost Center data will be obtained by the production control system with touch screens entering the data according to the situation in real time.
Design Adaptive Acoustic Echo Canceller for AVRCP Bluetooth Hands Free

Recently most of A/V devices are being adopted hi-tech of A VRCP and changed to mobile environment. AVRCP is designed to provide a standard interface to control A/V devices, hi-fi equipment, or others to allow a single remote control or other device to control all the A/V equipment to which a user has access. It may be used in concert with A2DP or VDP. The AVRCP defines two roles, that of a controller and target device. In AVRCP, the controller translates the detected user action to the A/V control signal, and then transmits it to a remote Bluetooth enabled device. It can be small and mixed mobile devices using bluetooth technologies. The functions available for a conventional infrared remote controller can be realized in this protocol. The remote control described in this protocol is designed specifically for A/V control only. We designed new DSP using Adaptive Acoustic Echo Canceller for bluetooth hands free based this AVRCP standard specifications.
Design of Bluetooth based MMORPG Game in MANETs

With the rapid growth of recent wireless mobile computing application technology and handheld mobile terminal device development technology, one of the big issue in these fields is to design online games in wireless mobile ad hoc network environment. Online games in mobile computing environment have lots of constraints for developing online games because mobile terminals have many limitations such as low performance of processor, limited memory space, small bandwidth of wireless communication, and confined life of battery power. Therefore, most of mobile games are restrictive in the function of online and multi-play up to date. In this paper, the online MMORPG game, capable of multi-play with many other mobile users using mobile terminals in wireless mobile computing environment, is designed and implemented. Proposed mobile online game uses bluetooth to construct temporary wireless mobile ad hoc network with other mobile clients, and designed to carry out online MMORPG game with these clients. It also supports multi-play among them.
A Study on the Efficient Interference Cancellation for Multi-hop Relay Systems

The transmitted signal from a source is transmitted to a destination through wireless channels. But if the mobile destination is out of the coverage of the source or exists in the shady side of the coverage, the destination can not receiver the signal from the source and they can not maintain communication. In order to overcome these problems, we adopt relays. A system employing relays is a multi-hop relay system. In the multi-hop relay system, coverages of each relay that is used for different systems can overlap each other in some place. When there is a destination in this place, interference occurs at the destination. In this paper, we study on the efficient co-channel interference (CCI) cancellation algorithm. In the proposed strategy, CCI is mitigated by zero forcing (ZF) or minimum mean square error (MMSE) receivers. Moreover, successive interference cancellation (SIC) with optimal ordering algorithm is applied for rejecting CCI efficiently. And we analyzed and simulated the proposed system performance in Rayleigh fading channel. In order to justify the benefit of the proposed strategy, the overall system performance is illustrated in terms of bit error probability.
Implementation of U-Healthcare Environment for Patient Recognition Applied Algorithms of Extracting Face Feature Points

In this paper to computerized patient management of patients applying for a facial recognition algorithm to extract Face Feature Points environment, the implementation of the U-Healthcare offers. First, mobile devices and the pictures and photos of the patient data used as input data, the algorithm AdaBoost Face Feature Points patterns extracted, then stored in an existing database, extracted from the patient's sample photos, matching patterns and makes Face Feature Points. The result is the same patient if the patient information database, in recognizing the disease, doctors, and medical fields to extract the relevant information on the screen to output devices, the patient will present the implementation of recognition system.
A Novel Multi-focus Image Fusion Technique Using Directional Multiresolution Transform

This paper addresses a hybrid multi-focus image fusion scheme using the recent curvelet transform constructions. Hybridization is obtained by combining the MS fusion rule with a novel "copy" method. The proposed scheme use MS rule to fuse the m most significant terms in spectrum of an image at each decomposition level. The scheme is dubbed in this work as m-term fusion in adherence to its use of the MSC (most significant coefficients) in the transform set at any given scale, orientation, and translation. We applied the edge-sensitive objective quality measure proposed by Xydeas and Petrovic to evaluate the method. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is a potential alternative to the redundant, shift-invariant Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet transforms. In particular, it was confirmed that a 50% m-term fusion produces outputs with no visible quality degradation.
Automatic Detection System for Dangerous Abandoned Objects Based on Vision Technology

Abandoned objects should be treated as possibly dangerous things for public areas until they turn out to be safe because explosive material or chemical substance is intentionally contained in them for public terrors. For large public areas such as airports or train stations, there are limits in man-power for security staffs to check all the monitors for covering the entire area under surveillance. This is the basic motivation of developing the automatic detection system for dangerous abandoned objects based on vision technology. In this research, well-known DBE is applied to stably extract background images and the HOG algorithm is adapted to discriminate between human and stuff for object classification. To show the effectiveness of the proposed system, experiments are carried out in detecting intrusion for a forbidden area and alarming for abandoned objects in a room under surveillance.
An Edge Detection for Face Feature Extraction using λ-Fuzzy Measure

In this paper the method was proposed which uses
-fuzzy measure to detect the edge of the features of the face region. In the conventional method the features was founded using valley, brightness and edge. This method had its drawbacks that it is so sensitive to the external noises and environments. This paper proposed
-fuzzy measure to cope with this drawbacks. By considering each weight of the pixels the integral evaluation was considered using the center of area method. Thus the continuity of the edge was kept by way of the neighborhood information and the reduction of time complexity wad resulted in.
An Implementation of Terrestrial DMB PVR using a Fixed Server

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to store streams seamlessly using fixed servers when DMB receivers cannot receive signals properly due to weak signals. This algorithm includes mechanisms for synchronization and playout by retransmitting streams stored in the server. The results showed that signals were normally generated for 95.5% of the delivery failure cases caused by radical changes or turbulence of signals and that the new mechanisms allow AVs played seamlessly even though there were slight stops.
Analysis of MANET Protocols Using OPNET

A Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is characterized by multi-hop wireless connectivity, frequently changing network topology with mobile nodes and the efficiency of the dynamic routing protocol plays an important role in the performance of the network. In this paper, the performance of five routing protocols for MANET is compared by using OPNET modeler: AODV, DSR, GRP, OLSR and TORA. The various performance metrics are examined, such as packet delivery ratio, end-to-end delay and routing overhead with varying data traffic, number of nodes and mobility. In our simulation results, OLSR shows the best performance in terms of data delivery ratio in static networks, while AODV has the best performance in mobile networks with moderate data traffic. When comparing proactive protocols (OLSR, GRP) and reactive protocols (AODV, DSR) with varying data traffic in the static networks, proactive protocols consistently presents almost constant overhead while the reactive protocols show a sharp increase to some extent. When comparing each of proactive protocols in static and mobile networks, OLSR is better than GRP in the delivery ratio while overhead is more. As for reactive protocols, DSR outperforms AODV under the moderate data traffic in static networks because it exploits caching aggressively and maintains multiple routes per destination. However, this advantage turns into disadvantage in high mobility networks since the chance of the cached routes becoming stale increases.
Color Space Mapping and Medium Access Control Techniques in Visible Light Communication

Visible Light Communication (VLC) is a promising wireless communication technology. It offers huge, worldwide available and free bandwidth without electro-magnetic interference, which makes it very attractive for RF-sensitive operating environments. We propose colored LED-based VLC system for hospital use which includes voice recognition system for operating the medical equipments. New Mr hlation Scheme based on the Light Color Space is suggested to overcome the effect of noise generated by background light. Different color space constellations for different symbol sizes are also suggested which would give better bit error rate performance. Finally, Slotted ALOHA or TDMA medium access control protocols are suggested for multi-user operations.
A Study on the Web Service-Hacking Pattern Recognition System

Recently, web 2.0 is becoming issue can provide a web based services and the technology is developing rapidly. In addition a variety of platforms on the web and SDK(Software Development Kit) is available from various aspects, web services, a trend that is rapidly growing user. But the development of security systems cannot follow the speed and These weaknesses are provided in the Web service by using illegal methods of information acquisition. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed information for checking a variety of illegal access on Web services. Also, we designed and implemented Web Service-Hacking Pattern Recognition System for which warns the dangerous fact that as recognized hacking through comparisons the hacking patterns which have classified from the hacking method of existing system.
Implementation of Hybrid IP-PBX System offer to Voice Conference and Video Conference base on the SIP

These day, market demanded to a Video conference systems rapidly increases in our life for cut cost in communication. more and more it will be grow up. but the cost building to a Voice conference and a Video conference is very hight. therefore it is builded around the big company and the public office. so in this study, we have developed to hybrid IP-PBX which is able to a Voice conference and a Video conference with one system. the system developed has the merits to low-price for it's building in a small company. we make proof the performance through the test. with using the hybrid IP-PBX, we can sharply reduce to communication cost.
The BBA based Power Allocation Method for the User in Outside Service Area in Cognitive Radio

Cognitive Radio rules provide that the user outside service region should not utilize communication system in Cognitive Radio environment. The reason why main user should use service without any loss and interference. If this rule is guaranteed, CR users are able to be offered enough services outside service region. In this paper, we target the issue which can operate practical cognitive systems even without causing excessive interference to legacy users. Also, we focus use on non-interference to the primary system rather than realizable benefits for the secondary systems, and using the proposed device. In this paper, we present the possible scheme using Bi-directional Beamforming Antenna.
A Research of Character Graphic Design on Larger Television Screens -Based on Analysis of its Visual Perception-

Character graphic design of TV screen, the major visual element, has become greatly important in its roles to help viewers understand visual information better and to enhance the qualities of the program. This research is to figure our a way of changing and improving the attributes of TV captions and graphics such as fonts, size, and caption speed appropriate to bigger and better qualified TV screen. Based on two Delphi surveys of graphics experts along with the theoretical studies, this article analyzes the relevance of visual perception to various visual elements of TV screen, and proposes a better plan in visual effects for various media under OSMU (One Source Multi Use).
An Expresson of Domain Searching Term Weight using Fuzzy

The leveling of technical internet domain term with its aim to accumulate knowledge that machine can comprehend, which has been used widely in recent years. If stratify domain term weight, we believe that machine can manage and analyze in formation on its own using the ontology. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that allows us to extract properties of ontology weight from structured information already existing in web documents. In particular by stratification of the domain knowledge that is composed of property information, we were able to make the algorithm better and improve the quality of extraction results. In our experiments with 50 thousands targeted documents, we were able to extract property information with 94% confidence.
Development of a Prototype for the Digitalized Nuclear Power Plant's Main Control Room

Domestic Kori-1 MCR was partially modified in 2007 and will be renovated entirely in 2013. Digital devices partially replacing original analog devices have been introduced and standard alone computer systems such as SPDS have been integrated into the plant computer. Upgrading KSNP's MCR based on the ditalization is planned for 2015. However, the site engineers and operators are reluctant to the advanced systems. Therefore, a prototype for the KSNP's advanced MCR has been developed to increase the acceptance level of the operators and field engineers and also, to evaluate user interfaces and I&C architecture. For enhancing support of the operators' work, a P&ID based display system composed of multi-layers, which are linked through a context sensitive menu each other, has been adopted. The
layer displays a simplified P&ID, the
layer control related diagrams such as controllers and logic diagrams, the
layer trends, etc. The end point view of MCR for KSNP is also suggested considering reliability and operability of the digital systems. Additionally, modernization strategies over the overhaul periods, that do not have much impact on operation and configuration efforts are suggested.
A Study on the Coordinate Estimate Algorithm of the Electromagnetic Induction Based Wired Tablet Device

In this paper, we deal with the coordinate estimate algorithm of the wired tablet device. In order to got the position of the electric pen on the tablet, electromagnetic induction effect is used. Most electric tablets have used the electromagnetic induction effect. Tracking the position of the pen on a tablet that is directly related with the performance of the device is very important. In this research, a new real time coordinate estimate algorithm is introduced. To estimate the position of the pen, the electromagnetic induced signals og the wired tablet are used.

olc-type wavelength filters in periodically poled Ti-diffused lithium-niobate channel optical waveguide (Ti:PPLN). A
olc-type transmission spectrum based on the polarization-mode conversion was observed experimentally in PPLN with period 16.6
. A reasonable explanation of such a phenomenon was presented. A polarization-mode converted transmission peak was observed at wavelength 1272.49nm. The FWHM and sidelobe of spectrum are about 0.23nm and 7 dB, respectively.
Femtocell System Technology Analysis

In the recent, the communication market increased every year. Because of the user's demands and exhaustion of wireless resource, we needs a new technology of the communication system. The femtocell is one of the new technology of the communication system. 'Femto' means very small. By using the femtocell that made up the very small cell, the frequency efficiency increase. The femtocell has different cell environments. In the paper, we look around the femtocell system model, the femtocell system technology and simulation result of system performance.
