Convergence in technology and media makes it possible to augment nurturing by making blended infrastructures with new digital resources available in learning environments at schools. A game-based provision of educationally-valuable content within a collective, virtual environment combined with an analysis of events in the game after it has been played (blended nurture environment) may help to better communicate human values especially where old-fashioned discussion methods fail or do not fulfill the promise of effective, educational institution-based methods of bringing up. In this paper we discuss the use of behavioural metaphors in game-based blended-nurture scenarios for computer games and pedagogical-psychological tests. Upbringing demands an active intervention in the process of children growing up and the courage to place higher expectations on ourselves and our own lifestyles. Decisions and the behaviour of the younger generation are often irrational and the resulting effects can have destructive consequences. Nowadays, games take on the role of modern storytellers. With the help of complex analogies in games, a variety of situations can be depicted in an eye-catching way and later discussed.

Current physics-based simulation is an important tool in the fluid animation. However some problems require a new change to current research trends which depend only on the simulation. The ultimate goal of this project is to obtain information of flow example, analyze an example through machine learning and the novel fluid animation reconfigure without physical simulation.

An expert network administrator is not always stationed as disasters happen. In that case, it is desirable that a novice administrator is capable of taking part in network recovery operations as well. In this paper, an agent-based network management system in emergency situations is presented. We use the Active Information Resource based Network Management System (AIR-NMS) to relieve the human administrator from parts of her management tasks and present an interface that remotely can control this management system. The effectiveness of the system is demonstrated by experiments using a prototype system.
Designing Flexible Thin Film Audio Systems Utilizing Polyvinylidene Fluoride

In this paper, we develop a method to design a flexible thin film audio systems utilizing Polyvinylidene fluoride. The system we designed showed the properties of increased transparency and sound pressure levels. As an input terminal transparent oxide thin film is adopted. In order to provide dielectric insulation, a transparent insulating oxide thin film is coated to obtain double -layered structure. In the range of visible light, the output from the output of the system showed an increased and improved sound pressure level. The piezoelectric polymer film of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is used to produce mechanical vibration due to the applied electrical voltage signal. An analog electric voltage signal is transformed into sound waves in the audio system.
Thermal Characteristics of the Optimal Design on 20W COB LED Down Light Heat Sink

As the demand of the LED for lighting that emits light by p-n junction is increasing, studies on heatproof plate technology is being conducted to minimize the temperature of the LED lighting. As for the temperature of the LED devices, their light emitting efficiency decreases and the maximum lifespan drops down to 1/5. Therefore there are heat dissipation studies going on to minimize the heat. For LED heat dissipation, aluminum heat sink plates are mostly used. For this paper, we designed heat sink that fits residential 20W COB LED Down Light; packaged the heat sink and 20W COB and analyzed and evaluated the thermal properties through a Solidworks flow simulation. We are planning to design the optimal heat sink plate to solve the thermal agglomeration considering TIM(Thermal Interface material).
A Study on Finding Potential Group of Patrons from Library's Loan Records

Social networking services that connect a person to other people are attracting people's attention and various types of services are provided on the Internet. Library has been playing a role of social media by providing us with materials such as books and magazines, and with a place for reading, studying, getting lectures, etc. In this paper, we present a method for finding candidates of groups of the library's patrons who share interest areas by utilizing the loan records, which are obtainable in every library. Such a homogeneous group can become a candidate for a study group, a community for exchange ideas, and other activity group. We apply the method to a collection of loan records of a university library, find some problems to be solved, and propose measures for more detailed solutions. Even though the potential group finding problem still remains a lot of issues to be solved, its potential importance is very high and thus to be studies even more for future applications.
Security Vulnerabilities in RFID Networks

Nowaday's application, that is focused more on the security and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) had become one of the major technologies that became important for security. RFID devices are going to be ubiquitous applications that are used in different areas especially in the business because it simplifies many business transactions. However, security and privacy issues and risks are introduced by pervasiveness of RFID systems. In RFID systems, communication between tag and reader usually takes place via wireless communication. As the nature of radio frequency signal, it can go everywhere and everyone can receive this signal, which is an insecure channel. The computational resources in RFID tag are constrained and it is a big limitation that forces researcher to apply different mitigations compared to common security solutions. At the first part of this research, RFID architecture is introduced briefly. In this paper, the researcher explains existing security challenges in RFID networks then the effects of these threats on security and privacy of RFID are discussed. After analyzing security challenges of RFID networks, different countermeasures that are proposed by other researchers are discussed. At the end of this paper, future security challenges are discussed.
Analysis of Feature Variables for Breast Cancer Diagnosis

It is becoming more important as the growing of health information and increasing in cancer patients diagnose over the time gradually. Among the various types of cancer, we focuses on breast cancer diagnosis. The accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis is increasing when the diagnosis is based on evidence and statistics. To do this we use the weka data mining tools and analysis algorithms significantly associated with the decision tree uses rules. In addition, the data pre-processing and cross-validation are used to increase the reliability of the results. The number and cause of the disease becomes important to increase evidence-based medical doctors. As the evidence-based medical, the data obtained from patients in the past through the disease by calculating the probability for future patients to diagnose and predict disease and treatment plan. It can be found by improving the survival rate plays an important role.

Recent medical industry is an aging society and the application of national health insurance, with state-of-the-art research and development, including the pharmaceutical market is greatly increased. The nation's health care industry through new support expansion and improve the quality of life for the research and development will be needed. In addition, systemic administration of basic medical supplies, or drugs are needed, the drug at the same time managing how systematic analysis of pharmaceutical ingredients, based on data through the purchase of new medicines and pharmaceutical ingredients automatically classified by analyzing the statistics of drug purchases and the future a system that can predict a patient is needed. In this study, the drugs to the patient according to the component analysis and predictions for future research techniques, k-means clustering and k-NN (Nearest Neighbor) Comparative studies through experiments using the techniques employ a more efficient method to study how to proceed. In this study, the effects of the drugs according to the respective components in time according to the number of pieces in accordance with the patient by analyzing the statistics by predicting future patient better medical industry can be built.

Within the United Nations framework of the Economic and Social Council, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) serves as the focal point for trade facilitation recommendations and electronic business standards, covering both commercial and government business processes that can foster growth in international trade and related services. Accordingly United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) was established, as a subsidiary, intergovernmental body of the UNECE Committee on Trade, mandated to develop a program of work of global relevance to achieve improved worldwide coordination and cooperation in these areas. Domestic development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.
