Nowdays ITS is being installed in each local autonomous entity, and BIS installation and operation is prior to other ITS sub systems for the public service. The methods of positioning md wireless communication in BIS are DSRC+DSRC, GPS+wireless communication, Beacon+Beacon, which are chosen and operated as the local features. Before this study, the before and after survey of BIS' quality have only been done without performance evaluation of BIS. So the method of BIS' evaluation have been established including performance test in this paper. And the evaluation of some BIS' reliability and efficiency have been done using the reliability of arriving data and the wireless communication response rates after choosing typical BIS' sub system.

The system using UWB is processing brisk study with Bluetooth among the wireless access that is major technology in Telematics. The low complexity and cost for realization is advantage of UWB have communication of high speed. Mamy papers have published on the timing jitter effect on system performance except for the UWB system. In this paper, we analyze the effect of timing jitter on M-ary UWB system using orthogonal Hermite pulse and perform the simulation to show symbol error rate performance. For theoretical analysis, we derive correlation function of orthogonal Hermits pulse with closed form, and as well upper bound of Symbol Error Probability for M-ary orthogonal Hermite pulse system mathematically. It is found that numerical analysis is accurate enough through simulation.
A Development of Automation System of Auto-Recognition for Device Modules using Micro-Processing Unit
Lin, Chi-Ho ;
The Journal of The Korea Institute of Intelligent Transport Systems, volume 5, issue 3, 2006, Pages 24~28
This paper proposed design and implementation of automation system that recognize device module boards automatically that are connected on main control board. The system of this paper is divided to main board and device module boards, and the main board is designed a board by slot structure. The slot structure is possible a extension for upgrade and addition of board ability. Besides, it is easier a establishment and disjointing because it recognizes automatically a device board. The proposed system in this paper compares with K10S1 PLC. The result shows an advantage of extensibility and ability, and it is reduced expense and period for development.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method to detect the signal and evaluate performance of the system in frequency selective fading channel. We combine proposed system with OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) to improve performance of the system. First, we study the SOSTTC-OFDM system using two transmit antenna and one receive antenna, and compare performance of the proposed space-time coded OFDM with that of previous system. We expand this system to the system using four transmit antennas with the proposed decoding method. Simulation results show that the proposed decoding method can detect the signal efficiently, and we identify that the performance of the proposed system is shown with varying doppler frequency in frequency selective fading channel.
